It’s a no for me. i first tried ordering from the Wiles location. no one picked up the phone. then i called this coral ridge location which took forever to place an order. don’t even waste your time with chicken tenders and fries for the kiddos. it’s not good. then my chocolate chip pancakes had no chocolate chips, which the girl rung up correctly so now i’m just paying extra for something i didn’t even receive. i don’t even know if i wanna give this place another chance. i should took my friend’s warning but i wanted to see for myself.

I used to love this place. Not sure if it was sold or if they just changed the staff. This place is so unorganized now. The take out coffee is so bad. I called ahead for 2 bagels with cream cheese. Upon my arrival, they couldn't find the order under my name or under a name that sounded like my name. People in line were waiting behind me for 15 mins while I now had to wait until they filled my order. What good is calling ahead? A good place that has gone very bad.

One star is generous. The place is complete chaos and no one is in charge. Not only did it take 40 minutes to get our order but it was wrong. The to-go process is so unorganized. They gave us the wrong order and after allowing us to open and touch the box, they put it back to give to another customer. I will never return.

Eat at the other Rob's on Wiles regularly, love it. The service was disappointing at this one, though. I ordered the Greek Omelet with no olives... which would make it only tomatoes and feta cheese. The server delivers my omelet and proudly announces that he "added spinach to it for me." Are you serious? Who makes that decision for someone without asking? I know what you're thinking : "take it easy, no big deal, it's just spinach." Well, truth be told, I don't like spinach in eggs, I find it to be more than a little off-putting. So I had toast and took my omelet to work and gave it away. I was really looking forward to a Rob's breakfast too, the visit was random in that I had an errand in the plaza, arrived too early, and the UPS Store wasn't open yet.

Place was full of bugs. Was not allowed to finish my lousy bagel because they wanted to close and go home. Can't blame them, so did I. Wanted to get a couple of bagels to take home to for the wife, I was told to "come back, we're closed". Small chance of that happening! I gave them the one-finger salute and was told that "I was rude"! Some people who live in glass houses shouldn't be throwing stones....

September 25th,2022. I was going for a morning walk. While returning I had my breakfast, all kinds of bagels with cheese here. I rate 5 out of 5, because of the value they deliver for the money paid. The seating and ambiance are fine. The serving people were very polite. Food and beverages are divided into the bakery, bagels, smoked fish, and deli sections. I calculated that with about $40 to 50, a person happily enjoys his holiday here. There are parks nearby to have a lot of suns and fresh air.

The most delicious food. I love my custom made B.E.L.T. I can't wait to go back for another. My wife's breakfast was also second to none
