I love this place for the most part. The food is always good. Today we ordered 15 chicken biscuits for the office. DoorDash to the rescue here within 20 mins as I said always a great experience. First sandwich I happen to open has a dead fly in it that was fried with the chicken which means all the food well you know. I would think a place with this kind of status would make sure this does not happen.

UPDATE: A few days after this review a manager from the store called and offered a free large as an apology. I accepted it and finally went back today. BOY WAS THE EXPERIENCE THE SAME! My large was just as full, if not even worse, as it was last time! (The second image showing only the large fry is from my order today, April 2nd.) Didn’t know when I ordered a large fry I’d get just as many fries as a medium….not cool

The kids try their best to service everybody fast. Saw the manager instructing them outside. Food is good as usual.

Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? I do not frequent fast food locations however, I had a free breakfast item in my app. Who doesn't love free? The drive-through line is always long, however there is usually no one in line inside. Staff was friendly and my baca on egg and cheese biscuit was served quickly and warm. It was delicious. There were no customers inside, but the location was very neat and clean. There is a gym area for the children.

The customer service here is extraordinary. This place is a cross between Disney World happiness and feeling like I’m a celebrity lol. All staff are on point and everything is perfect here.

Ricardo was amazing, attentive and so nice to my family and me. He went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying our meal.

It's hard not to leave a review for this Chick-fil-A; the staff is awesome and friendly. I can't say no to a spicy chicken burger from them. My experience visiting this location with the family has consistently been great.

Undoubtedly my favorite location. Their chicken soup always comes out beyond average. It’s extremely hot but well worth the wait to cool off. Their ice coffee is excellent too, far better than other fast-food establishments.It taste notably smooth and pure.

Always kind service and always yummy food. The lemonade could use a little bit more sugar but overall...a good visit.

The service here is amazing. The staff is very friendly and they bring your food to you. The use of the color cones is useful so you can sit down and have your food brought to your table. The only downside is the parking lot gets busy at lunch time. So be careful but the staff ensures cars keep moving through the drive thru.

I could care less if this place closes. The food is gross, it used to be good at one time but quality has declined and menu items I used to get have been discontinued. When I order to pick up they normally leave out several items. I only order from here because it's the only place the kids will eat without question. I've made it to the highest rewards status. But right now I am sick in bed one day after taking my family to breakfast at this restaurant. They had one employee behind the counter who was clearly sick. Then when I was sitting with my family in the dining room the sick employee chose to sit across from us to eat her meal, although they've closed or a portion of the dining room for their employees to use. Now I'm sick on Mother's Day unable to take my kids and wife out to dinner on Mother's Day. They need to send their employees home when sick no telling how many people have got sick because of this.

Food is always good but for the first time they messed up my order but like everything else they forgiven lol…. Great customer service as always……

Salted fried chicken....obvious win. 3 for the manager that tried extra hard for my daughter, but basically told the group before to f off. Atmosphere, you already know the wait if you are driving. And the play area is asking for covid.

I wish I could share with everyone how truly great this store is. Juanita and her entire team of managers and staff always go above and beyond. I always feel like family when I go in. They know me by first name. My order is a little difficult but they always get it right. Keep up the awesome work!

It is a nice place but I think need better management organization outside with the orders . My food is always cold .

Who doesn’t love Chick - Fil -A… I always get the BEST service and my food comes out perfect every single time👏👏 Freshly hot, presentable and tasty.

Very clean, very friendly & helpful staff including manager who walks around checking on customers. She was not above taking my daughter's cup to refill it vs telling her to go up to the counter herself.

What you would expect from Chic-fil-A: organized and great customer service. However this is a very busy location so would order ahead on app. At same time this location doesn't give special/coupons through app like other locations do.

I felt right at home when I came to dine in today with my four kids. Our table was clean and surrounding areas. The customer satisfaction, and service exceeded my expectations by an exceptional margin. The way team members delivered and help me set the table for my family. I loved it! My motto is “Anyone who is good to my family is good with me”. Chick-fil-A Morning crew 10/5/22 @ that 9am. You all have provided a service puts a smile on our face. 🥰

Chicken is excellent, but this is a slow - disorganized Chick-fil-A compared to others. 1/4th of restaurant closed off for employee break area (see photo). Kids climbing room was locked (see photo).

Two things you can always count on. 1 the sun rising in the morning. The second, this Chik-fil-A leaving items out of your order. I normally order for four people and my bill is close to $40 just for items to be missing. Last visit 3 items were missing enough to make up one person's entire meal. I had to constantly go back for them to give me the items that I had paid for. Sometimes I'm in a hurry to get someplace I don't have time to have to catch their mistakes when I'm paying a premium. This issue only became more regular since 2020. And ordering in the app saves no time they only begin the order when you arrive. I'll avoid this place at all costs.

I went to this Coral Springs location today around noon. I ordered the 2 strip kids meal for my little one. The fries were very stale and they were all in little broken up pieces. The chicken looked dry and they forgot to put the little kids book in there. Just felt like I paid $6 for a juice box, since that's the only thing that was fine.

I did curbside pick up. When I got there I did exactly what the app told me to do. I waited in my car for 11 minutes then I when in. I asked the manager what's going on with my order? She said sometimes special orders take a while. Well I didn't order anything special and my order was sitting right there in front of her. I took my order and left and said I would never come back here again. The fries were cold and she didn't care. I wouldn't give them a dime of my hard earned money ever again. I asked for pepper Jack cheese and they gave me America And charge me extra.

Never had breakfast before from here and I am so mad no one told me. Had a chicken biscuit and egg biscuit with cheese. Some the freshest, non greasy, and very appetizing drive thru breakfast. Biscuits were soft and flaky. The chicken patty was very juicy and the egg with cheese made to perfection. No I added jelly to my chicken biscuit which took it to another level. Now I also must say that the staff are wonderful and this is my new fast food home.

Though it was a little hard to find, since it's essentially in a strip mall type of set-up, it was worth the visit. The staff was quick, efficient and friendly from order taker to food expediter. I was in and out with a delicious bag of hot, crispy and juicy original chicken sandwiches, hot and delicious waffles fries and cold lemonade. What more can you ask for? Oh...dessert. That was a warm chocolate chip cookie. Though not my most favorite (they add oats to theirs) it was still good.
