10
of
us
went
here
for
my
birthday
on
Friday.
None
of
us
have
been
here
before.
We
had
a
reservation.
The
service
was
horrible.
The
hibachi
chef
had
to
bus
our
tables
of
salad
and
soup
bowls
because
the
waitress
never
did
and
he
was
complaining.
We
had
to
ask
multiple
times
for
drinks,
chopsticks,
the
typical
hibachi
sauces.
The
waitress
brought
an
old
beat
up
5
gallon
bucket
of
sauce
trays
to
the
table.
I'm
sure
they
were
clean
but
definitely
not
the
best
presentation.
The
chef
cooked
the
food
well
BUT
there
were
no
typical
hibachi
theatrics.
None.
Not
even
the
volcano.
It
would
have
been
more
lively
at
waffle
house.
I
even
let
the
chef
know
that
we
had
two
people
with
us
who
would
never
been
to
hibachi
before
(hoping
he
would
make
it
extra
fun
for
them)
not
to
mention,
it
was
my
birthday
dinner.
The
other
table
was
a
lot
more
lively
and
the
waitress
seemed
to
tend
only
to
them.
We
had
to
ask
random
workers
to
get
us
drinks
and
refills.
It
really
wasn't
a
good
experience.
The
sad
thing
is,
all
10
of
us
said
we
would
never
go
back
there
because
the
service
was
so
bad.
The
food
was
decent
and
the
prices
were
okay.
Definitely
lots
of
better
options
around
with
better
service.
I
know
the
restaurant
industry
is
still
trying
to
get
it's
feet
back
on
the
ground
but
I
eat
out
a
lot
(3-4
times
per
week)
and
this
was
the
worst
experience
I've
had
in
a
few
years.
