Inviting lobby and quick, smooth check-in with no prior reservation. The room was well-appointed and clean. The comfort of the bed left something to be desired, as it was very hard, but comfortable enough. The shower gel bottle in the shower was empty, but other than that, the lodging experience was great. This morning I had breakfast at their buffet, prepared by Chef Nicole. It was a lovely and varied spread. Debranique was my server and she was so attentive and polite.

It’s been a long time since EVERYTHING has been perfect at a hotel. Starting with the staff. There was nothing they couldn’t and wouldn’t do and always with a smile on their face. The front desk staff was amazing, accommodating and efficient. The restaurant staff was above and beyond. The host and server we had each day went above and beyond to accommodate us. I can’t say enough about them. The back patio is a perfect spot for breakfast or just relaxing on a warm Florida day. The pool area is inviting with plenty of chairs. The gym is currently being redone and I could see tons of new top of the line equipment being installed. Just another plus for this hidden Jem. Already planning our return visit. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our stay just perfect.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed here with my toddler and I was very disappointed my room was not clean the floors were very dirty. My toddler feet were black after only walking around for a few minutes. And our sheets had hair and stain marks. I called and asked for clean sheets and they were just dropped off at my room, no one offered to changed them. So I had to change the sheets myself. Which I think was ridiculous. Hotels needs to do more to ensure their staff are actually cleaning the rooms and to ensure SHEETS ARE CHANGED AFTER EVERY GUEST.

Loved this place! The grounds were emaculately manicured. The rooms were very nice and the price was right as well. Ernesto was amazing at check-in and check out. Mario was reat at making those margaritas. All top shelf drinks. 👌🏽 Debra was a great server during breakfast in the morning. The cooks in the back were also amazingly polite. Until next time. I will be back ❤️

I attended a women’s conference last week at this location. Many of the women were excited about the “posh” decor and beautiful space. We also got excited about having the conference there again next year. WHELP! That will NOT be happening. We found out that the rate for next year is $7500 A DAY + a service fee because it was too loud. We didn’t pay anything near this this time. Now, as far as I know NO ONE was notified of this until AFTER the event and during contact negotiations for next year. SHAME on you Marriott - all you had to do was say something. So, was it because it was CHURCH or something else and NOT any other kind if event?

Wonderful hotel and exceptional customer service by the staff. The hotel facilities are beautiful and the rooms are first class. Very convenient to the Sawgrass Expressway. Housekeeping staff did a good job. Very customer service friendly. My only issue was parking. Insufficient number of handicapped spaces. Plus the parking lot was packed every night. Overall, exceptional stay. Certainly would recommend.

The best part of our stay was the smile Persis, the Fairway Grille hostess, gave us every time we saw her. The smile was the same whether we ate there or just getting off the elevator to head out. Hotel was clean, quiet and we were not bothered. The air con was quiet and the bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds. We were supposed to have no cleaning service while we were there but staff did come in to clean and refresh towels even we did not request that. I wouldn't say this was a high tech room, we did have issues finding plugs for all of our devices. We will probably stay there again when we visit family again.

The hotel was beautiful but my favorite part of the stay was the breakfast buffet. The team was phenomenal! Chef Nicole made the best omelet even the guy who worked with her made a delicious French toast with love. The Host Jeannette was so sweet and the server Zsanae taken great care of us! We were here on vacation for thanksgiving and they welcomed us and were full of joy! 10000/10.

chef Nicole Cannon is an amazing chef! She was able to cater to gluten allergy and make me amazing gluten free french toast! I also was able to eat the food at the food bar for breakfast. If I needed any special request she was her amazing service staff was there to assist me! I recommend eating anything that Chef Nicole Cannon services. She is amazing!

The room was nice, quite warm even with the ac on its coldest. But I have never felt more unwelcome in my life. They tried to kick out some us because their name was not on the reservation. Despite My room being listed as having four total guests. They were trying to implement some kind of curfew so I had to go down in the middle of the night to show my ID to get guests up to their room. Brutus staff have ever seen in the hospitality industry. Hotel is nice and clean. But I would look for just about any other option before staying here.

Great rooms, clean facility and pet friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing and Chef Nicole made outstanding over easy eggs and the best pancakes with crispy edges and a beautiful golden brown. Prices are reasonable and location is convenient.

Great location, close to a bunch of a variety of stores. Excellent breakfast buffet, including omelette bar, pancake and waffle bar, all custom to your liking. Ask for Chef Nicole, she prepares the best blueberry banana pancakes! 🥞 overall, very happy and the rooms are nice and clean. Totally worth it and will definitely come back 🏝️

Good rooms, great service (Nicole & Alessandra were great for grabbing a quick breakfast in the morning!) for reasonable prices, and the location is pretty convenient. I'm definitely enjoying my stay here better than at my previous hotel.

I recently stayed at the Marriott hotel, and my experience was exceptional. Alessandra, who attended to us during breakfast, was incredibly attentive, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch. The star hotel's overall service and amenities exceeded expectations, making it a memorable stay.

Hotel was a great stay. Great location. Chef Nicole with the breakfast buffet was great. She was very personable, energetic and dedicated to high customer service. It sounded like the hotel walls were thin as each night we were able to hear neighbors or people walking down the hall. However, overall, the stay was great!

Great location and clean rooms. The staff in this hotel is extremely kind and client oriented. In our stay, there was a problem with AC and they attended the issue and the manager gave my family different updates on the process and assistance as requested. All at the front desk, bar and restaurant staff: great service! They gave me and my family treats and attention in our stay. Specially thanks to Debra and Bahama Mama (Zsane) at the restaurant breakfast time, who were truly kind and were there for my children, caring for details and letting us to feel comfortable as at home. Huge thanks for your kindness and great service.

Staff was extremely friendly, comfy beds, nice pool and conference rooms, and the newly renovated guest rooms are very nice to look at, and I usually don't nit-pick much, but there was a slip of paper asking for feedback on the recent renovations, with a QR code thar brought me here, so I'm sharing my thoughts on the room itself more candidly than I might otherwise. The rings are nice, but honestly, I have to question some of the design decisions. We were there for 4 days, but I had to live out of a suitcase, because there were only three small drawers in the entire room. No dresser of any kind. My wife's things barely fit in the small drawers provided, let alone mine. There is a sliding barn door in front of the small closet that doubles as the door to the bathroom. The look was contemporary and aesthetically pleasing, but they can't both be open or closed at the same time, you have to choose one or the other. "Pardon me honey, I know you're trying to lift the ironing board over that safe and out of the tiny closet, and choose something to wear tonight, but I have to close the closet door right in front of you so I can go to the bathroom." Want to keep the door closed for your spouse whose in the shower, and also close the closet door when someone knocks on the room door and you don't want to have some if you're things on display? Not an option. I feel like closets and bathrooms are separate things, and are too independent to use the same door for one or the other but never both. Other minor thoughts: Five hangers for a double occupancy room? One regular and one decaf coffee packet for two people? Again, staff was happy to help with what they could fix, and brought us everything we asked for (extra towels, coffee packets, etc.), and I feel like the room would have seemed well equipped for perhaps a 1 or 2 night stay, it just doesn't feel like a place must people would be comfortable "moving into" for a stay that's any longer than that. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the hotel.

Nice looking hotel. It’s a bit dated, but the entry and lobby are clean and welcoming. Check in was fine, no problem whatsoever, but felt that our check in person was bored or had someplace better to be. Room looked great at first glance. Nice furnishings etc. amenities were lacking, shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. Bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked and was quiet. Bathroom floor could use a mopping.

The minute we got there, 11:30am , we were allowed to check in, front desk staff were very warm, friendly and accommodating. I had my 94 year old mother with me and she needed food , we ate at The Fairway grill on property and it was delicious! On the menu, so many delicious things but what we chose was the fish sandwiches a cheeseburger and a beautiful, fresh salad with chicken. The wait staff was very friendly and efficient. “Queen” the chef came out to say hello and see if we were enjoying the food. Very nice experience!

We have been staying here for weeks now and Ernesto is one of the kindest managers I have ever met no matter how busy he is he always finds time to talk to me in person or on phone he made sure to always check on me made sure everything was good. I would like to say Chris is a very great employee always made me feel welcomed and always took the time as well to see me in person or on the phone. The bartenders the 3 guys and room service and resturant the girls were outstanding. We also love Carolyn at front desk she was so nice all the time and let me spin the wheel all the time!! Overall Ernesto and Chris made this a home away from home.

I have stayed at Marriott properties most of my life with certain expectations. Maybe not 5 star, but at least high 3 some at 4. I used to help rate hotels for ExxonMobil until I retired 10yrs ago. When they say renovated, it means downgraded. My res said balcony room with marble bathroom shower and bathtub. Nope, looks like cheap linoleum, no bathtub, in fact when I asked they said only presidential suit had that had all that, so I had to ask if they at least had a shower tub combo? They're obviously going the nickle/ dime everything route but not offering any class. They've lost the golf course, they charge you to park yourself, no valet. There was no shampoo or soap in the cheap plastic pumps hanging in the shower. The non slip tub liner was worn down to a smooth surface that I almost fell from. I told them that's a serious concern, but was told we don't have replacement non slip linings, again nickle/dime for 100k lawsuits. At this point I will never stay at any hotel managed by this group. I do feel bad for the staff trying to take care of customers while having their hands tied. This hotel should be classified with the days inn, or travel lodges, but they're still charging premium rates. Shame shame. I used to love this property when there was TLC. The only redeeming quality is they are pet friendly.

Evacuated here to avoid Hurricane Ian on FL west coast. Front desk ladies, Carolyn & Judy were helpful, concerned, professional, efficient & pleasant in ensuring we had a safe, peaceful, positive stay. Great location, clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast buffet and happy hour bar. Highly recommend this family/animal/evacuee friendly resort.

My family just had a great weekend at the Coral Springs Marriott. The upgraded new room was beautiful. I also want to give a shout out to our front desk person Jennifer who went over and above to make our stay even better. Thanks to all and we will be back!

A super experience from reception JENNIFER ..an amazing welcome. The cook preparing breakfast. Henry (?) was extremely helpful with "special" requests. Rooms were well appointed and clean. One problem...dinner on Sunday evening was a bad experience for my guest. Chicken dry and inedible. Food was returned for hamburger, served close to raw. Disappointing.

Extremely customer oriented they will do anything for you. I really did like the location the rooms were nice the shower is very large. Swimming pool and fitness room were par. I felt the food pricing was fairly expensive there are no free breakfast in fact the breakfast was $22, a buffet. Who eats $22 worth a breakfast every day it doesn't make sense people.

This wasn't a favorite, for sure. It's generally a nice hotel but it was clearly purchased from an Embassy Suites and even with the renovations they are doing, it's a very dated hotel. There are also areas of the grounds in your way in that almost look like the area was abandoned. The area right around the property though, has very attractive up-to-date landscaping. Staff was ok, though no one seemed overly cheerful or happy to be there. The rooms were clean, nicely appointed and comfortable, though their TV system dropped out and lost signal repeatedly. In this day and age, maybe cable would be a better option for higher-end hotels in Florida where storms are a constant. If you found this review helpful, please hit the Like button. 👍

We stayed for 1 night but it was great. The front desk staff was friendly. Ernesto Figueroa helped at the front desk and he was very friendly. The lady who sat us for breakfast was super friendly. Our server was very friendly as well. The whole breakfast was great. One lady behind the omelets station was alone and doing everything from scrambled eggs to making omelets, to making waffles. She did it all by herself and she was still so friendly. The pool was great. The water temperature was perfect. The bar staff was friendly. Everyone in this hotel looks like they want to be there and truly enjoy their job. I would recommend this hotel 100 times over. We will be back. Thank you so much to all the staff members at this hotel. You guys are great.

From a check-in offer of 9:00 am via text (astounding!!) to a fabulous breakfast upon checkout, this was the nicest hotel stay I have had in many years. We had our dog with us so we anticipated a not-so-lovely room because most hotels have a certain floor for pets and it is almost always “less than”. My mind was blown. The room smelled heavenly and was very very clean. The vinyl flooring was awesome. Can’t believe all hotels are not on board with 86-ing carpet. Staff was friendly, elevators were cool, pool area very nice and other great amenities. I definitely recommend this hotel. I’ll be back. DO WATCH YOUR BILLING closely with this hotel. They charged me a higher price than they quoted me over the phone.

Where do I start..??? I'll just say, for a Marriott property... This is way below standard. Nasty carpet throughout the entire hotel including the rooms. Overall cleanliness less than desirable in all areas of the hotel. Old, ripped and torn bed skirts... Burn marks and the curtains... My room refrigerator was on the floor?? Inch of dust on the tissue box in the bathroom... Shower didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while... Cut my stay short. Definitely won't be back

Went here for a dance competition stayed Fri sat night. One elevator location with 2 elevators were very busy since mahority of hotel was booked for convention. There was a bar and reatraunt on site. A small pool and gym on site as well. Cute lobby seating area. Getting the sinks to work... Motion sensors in bathroom was difficult every time. Wish there were more trash cans placed around and hand sanitizing stations. Had a good time. Rooms were clean but wish there were microwaves in the room and lamps with usb ports....
