    Horrible customer service Only person in there n they still couldn't be bothered horrible management n manager.. . Rhats were it starts manager bad attitude follows suit.... Y be bothered u obviously unhappy Don't work in customer service then .... Suppose to at l east put a fake smile make that dead restaurant just that dead POOR Manager ....I just don't give out bad reviews this one is well deserved...... Multiple occasions Wiles is only a miles further ..... don't mind extra 5 min drive to get what I want thats why it's called choices .... I choose to tale my business else where

    Showed up and I simply wanted to know the hours of operations when they announced they were closed. I wanted to know if I shouldn’t follow Google if it’s wrong. The manager had an accent…he was extremely rude and yelled at workers when a young woman tried to tell me and even her just kept yelling “we’re closed” at one point. . I accepted they were closed, I was just asking what are the hours of operations. There was no need to treat me like that. That was so unnecessary.

    I had the honey chicken biscuit sandwich it was burnt I went back to have it changed they gave me an uncooked sandwich and I’m pregnant they are giving people raw food

    I think Wendy's food is usually better than McDonald's and Burger King when it's fresh when you give you the chili meat as a burger meaning the old meat it's usually pretty bad.

    Have not had Wendy's food in over a decade and decided to give it a try. I had a Dave's Single with cheese and to my surprise it was enjoyable. It was hot and fresh and the cheese was actually melted. The store was very clean and the staff were friendly. A+ I'll visit again

    They can't get online/mobile orders correct. Order a baconator burger with extra onions and pickles? You get a Dave's Single. Maybe a ghost pepper chicken sandwich? You get a grilled chicken. Too many times now to just be one offs. It's now a requirement to sit in the parking lot/at a table to check each individual item you order for take out otherwhise they'll try to hustle you and give you cheaper menu items.

    The GM Maria @ North University dr location in Coral springs needs additional customer service training. She's not a good example as a manager especially while dealing with a paying customer's dispute. Otherwise, the food was good.

    The food was good we got it in a fast time Restaurant was very clean we took time to eat inside I do recommend it on the outside it doesn't look like a Wendy's but the food is good and very clean

    They get your order wrong? You’re in the wrong. Horrible management, horrible service. ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT!!! UPDATE: THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN MY HUSBAND AND WE ORDERED THE SAME EXACT THING. DEFINITELY GET A RECEIPT. I’LL BE MAKING A CHARGE BACK WITH MY BANK AND COMPLAINING TO CORPORATE.

    Location randomly closes the dinning area so you are forced to go through the drive thru which can be frustrating at times

    I ordered online and when I went to pick up my breakfast the front doors were locked. Not a problem other than the fact I couldn't pick up my food and eat before I needed to be at work. Too few employees was the explanation that was given for why the doors were closed. They shouldn't accept mobile orders if they cant conveniently serve consumers.

    Worst wendys EVER no regard for the only customer standing, the hispanic manager told me to make an order on the kiosk which i didnt have a card then he said hes busy!

    The young lady at the register, forgot her name, displayed great customer service skills. However, the workers there didnt seem to customer oriented. They just stared looking bland, dull, and uninviting. SMILE MORE! How are YOU are in the business to make the CUSTOMERS SMILE based on a pleasurable experience and YOU ALL don't smile. Manager on duty was good! She needs to ensure everyone is good!

    Not sure what changed but at a fast food place like Wendy's all you can really rate is the cleanliness and service. The service was bad and the manger was standing right there 🤷

    Frosty’s have really gone down hill… They weren’t even their usual thickness. They were all melty, and this was right out of the door..it’s not like it was sitting around. Kinda sad…did someone change the recipe ?

    They do not give out ice water after you purchase something. You can only purchase bottled water. Sounds like the owner/management is cheap. I must also mention the employees are very ghetto and condescending.

    I was waiting in the drive through for about 15 minutes and even longer to get my food. I understand how busy fast food workers can be but that was the first and last time I'm waiting at the drive through for 15 minutes. If this location takes this long to serve the customers, they probably need help in there and they should hire more reliable individuals if that's the case or the managers need to get on their employees and talk to them about their sense of urgency when it's busy at the store.

    NO Frosties after 11pm on Sundays... too close to 12am store closing. All Food was piping fresh and hot, so 5 ⭐ for the freshness factor. Staff was helpful and they were patient with repeating things via the drive thru microphone. Wendy's is known for their Frosties... hence the 3 ⭐ overall.

    Worst Service Ever! Very bad experience. Manager and worker in the window with nasty attitude, telling myself she can’t do refund on cookies because they out of the item on the menu.

    Love the new fries! Always friendly, usually correct. Asiago Chicken Club is delicious. New Lemonades are also quite tasty.

    Rude customer service and The oil was old. The fries and nuggets didn't taste fresh. This location is NOT very good. My kids wouldn't even eat it.
