It's local and does the trick if you're hungry but there are better options. The turnover in staff is phenomenal and the service is mediocre, at best. I don't blame the server as much as I blame management and ownership. However, management is more concerned with flipping tables than they are with the customer experience. Train your people... the entree shouldn't come out seconds after the appetizers and side plates should be on the table or brought out with the appetizers. Then, they want you to tip 20% automatically if you use the contraption on the table. Where did the 20% come from and why isn't 15% sufficient for mediocre service due to lack of training? Don't they pay their people? The price of the meals has gone up and the portions have shrunk. So, 15% ought to be sufficient for average service. If you expect more... be more than average.

This is what was delivered. If i could give zero stars I would. I wish this store would just say their out of food instead of charging someone an arm and a leg for a meal that can't even feed a small child yet alone a baby. I ordered food for my son but instead was delivered crums. You will never get my money again I can guarantee that. I'll pass on your half eating plates you deliver through door dash. Its not the forst time this has happened either.

This has been the worst Chili‘s dining experience I’ve had in my life. I placed an order online for pick up directly through the Chili’s website and this is what they served me. The quesadillas were so old and burnt that both sides of the quesadilla wouldn’t even stick together. If you rub both sides of the quesadilla together you could certainly start a fire— that is how dry and hard they were. The Texas cheese fries were also obviously old, cold and stiff with wet smelly bacon crumble on top and it looked like a bowl of vomit. I cannot believe they actually gave this to a person to eat. I have noticed with this Chili’s if you place an order online for carry out they automatically assume that it is an Uber eats order and they like to try to blame the food being cold on Uber eats. In this case however, I placed the order online directly via the Chili’s website and I picked it up from the restaurant only 10 minutes after placing the order online at around 12pm which is one of the least busiest time for this restaurant according to Google analytics. There was no excuse for that food to be cold or old. Absurd.

First time at this location. It was a busy Friday night, about a 40 minute wait. We had a nice server. We had a party of eight. Everyone liked their food.

My family and I really enjoyed our lunch this afternoon! Thank you very much for the excellent service. My aunt and grandmother are visiting. They were bragging about every food item we received! The food enjoyable. The 2 for $25 meals were perfect for a group of six. More food than we could handle!

This was my second time ordering curbside from this location and each time the food was cold. I got there early & checked in and still have to wait 10-13 mins for my food. I ordered Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers w/ Coleslaw &Fries Spicy Shrimp Tacos w/ Mexican Rice &Black Beans Pepper Pals Cheese Pizza w/&Fries In the pictures the fries look half eaten and the coleslaw looks like it’s been sitting in the fridge over a week. The rice I received w/ the tacos was literally the bottom of the pot rice nasty & hard. I won’t be going back to this location…terrible.

I ordered food for delivery and I am beyond disappointed. I didn't get any bacon in the chicken bacon quesadilla the food was cold, hard, and dry. I didn't get any sour cream or Pico de Gallo. The food is usually good here but this is not okay. I also ordered an appetizer and let's just say that I won't be ordering from here again. What a waste of $50!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service and food were very good. Kenny, our waiter was great. He did everything to make our dining experience enjoyable. Quite simply, all the food was prepared fast and served hot. The only exception was the potato soup had too much water added to it

- [ ] Post pandemic most Chili’s have fallen to the way side: under staffed, poor food quality, and subpar service, NOT this Chili’s! From the FOH to the BOH the impeccable leadership is obvious. I was immediately greeted and escorted to an immaculately clean table of pristine menus. Moments later, warm chips and salsa arrived. Lennese then introduced herself as my server & she was AWESOME & her service was stellar! She offered the 2 for one drink specials. I initially order the Bahama Mama, too strong for me. She sent it back and returned with two Strawberry daiquiri’s without hesitation. This Chili’s is definitely Rock Star quality!! I drove from Pembroke Pines to this location after reading the reviews. I had a taste for Wings and this location did not disappoint. The ambiance reigns supreme and cleanliness made for a great Wednesday evening dinner.

Great, great, GREAT service. It was very busy but we still received amazing service. We were a party of 15 so we had a bit of a wait but I saw how they cleaned and disinfected the tables before they say anyone down. Once we say down they asked for our drinks and we received it right away along with the chips and salsa. Our waitress was very sweet and hospitable, along with the 2-3 other ones that helped since we were a big party. The food was delicious, I had ordered the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich with loaded mashed potatoes and sour cream on the side. The sandwich was huge and delicious I could only eat half. My family ordered everything from steak and ribs, to salads and pasta, everyone raved about their food and they kept ordering the spider margaritas so I'm guessing they were good too. I highly recommend this place. Friendly and great service, delicious food, decent portions and prices. Enjoy.

The customer service was superb. The food was good. I enjoyed the time I spent dinning. It is a shame I didn't get the servers name. Lovely atmosphere to dine as a couple or group whether small or large.

I love that they have the option for me to join the waitlist before arriving because this place can get pretty busy. I’m a fan of the 2 for 1 drinks. Margaritas specials are also great. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really delicious and then there are times when it’s so dry and hard that I can’t even finish it. I’ve never had a issue with the service and everyone’s always friendly. Cleanliness can use a little work. Our tables and booths can use a wipe down before seating guests. Needless to say, I’m here for the drinks. That’s all lol!

It was my first time being there and I can tell you this much I was impress. The salad was AMAZING and the margarita was bartender kiss. Will definitely be going back there

First time at this location and the environment was clean, the staff was very pleasant and food delicious. I felt daring and tried this specific burger(I forgot the name of it🙈) but it was 3 stacks of meat. It was so huge that I literally served me three times over 2days lol and even on the second day it still was moist and tasted great. Definitely will be back whenever I visit that area again.

The food was edible, granted we did arrive 30 minutes before closing. The service was sufficient and my group didn't have to wait to get their orders in or for drink refills. I would go back during daytime hours.

I placed an order through UberEats from Chili’s a few days ago. I ordered an Oldtimer burger, along with a few other items. I requested that my burger be cooked WELL DONE with NO PINK. Once I received the order, the Oldtimer burger was rare on the inside even though I asked for it to be cooked well done. I am 7 months pregnant and I cannot eat meat that is pink on the inside. Unfortunately, I took a bite out of the burger before I realized it was not cooked. This is the SECOND time this has happened! Please don’t order from Chili’s unless you want to put yourself at risk of food poisoning! I will NEVER eat from Chili’s again!

On Nov. 20, 2023 my family and I came for dinner around 5/6 pm and our server was Evelyn. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was sweet, attentive and quick with the service. The best experience we've had in a restaurant in a long while. My boys even commented that she was very nice and hoped we would get her again when come back.

We were seated immediately in the bar area. The waitress was very sweet and gave us the run down on the menus, then took our drink order. We received chips and salsa, a couple of minutes later we had our drinks. My friend and I were catching up so the server didn't rush us, gave a bit before taking our order. Although she didn't hound us she was very attentive. I took a shot and ordered the sirloin, which to my surprise was one of the best I've had-cooked to perfection. The restaurant, bathrooms, outside area were all clean. Thank you for a very enjoyable evening for myself and my friend.

This is the first time I've been to Chili's in Coral Springs and what a pleasant experience it was. The food was so delicious and fresh and the cheesecake was phenomenal. The waiter was so nice and the ambience - relaxed and enjoyable.

My experience at this location was not great. We sat down for at least 10 minutes before requesting a server, who came immediately but walked past us at least 4x and was the only one on the floor. After that there was a wait for drinks and food, long story short. Some people came after us and left well before us. Took us a whole hour to get chips & dip, and chicken tenders. Insane .. idk but I was not pleased. They were not busy at all. We were really just blatantly ignored. There was absolutely no empathy regarding the delay of food or anything. Disappointing experience.

Our Server Amanda was so nice and helpful! She was very attentive and made sure we were fully satisfied with our food and meal overall! She provided great service. The food was great as always however they need to do a better job at this location with cleaning the silverware. It looked spotted and sticky at first and then I ended up getting plastic silverware instead. Pictured are the honey Chipotle chicken crispers with the roasted street corn and loaded mash. *I had already taken a bite out of the corn*

I've been here several times being raised in Coral Springs but this last visit was awesome! Their food was so delicious. My fiance, two boys, and I loved everything! The food came out in great time! Thanks Chili's🤗

Honestly, I'll say the visit was ok. My server was awesome, my drink was great, but the tacos were lacking flavor. The beans were so flavorful but the rice and spicy Shrimp tacos didn't have enough flavor.

Not great but not too bad. Ribs were delicious but cheese fries were dried out and seemed like they were old, left out too long. Also, we ordered curbside but when we arrived and checked in, we waited over 15 minutes before we ended up going inside to get our order. Others waiting for curbside did the same.

The food was awesome. The service was even better.
