Not crowded at all. Good service and fresh salad and soup.

OG you need more professional people at the hostess stand. There were more than enough vacant tables and plenty of staff walking around doing nothing. One guy was even putting napkins and silverware together. Yet, we were told "15-minute wait". We arrived after 1:30pm. Waiting service was good and so was the food. Why ruin a customer's mood with unnecessary BS?

Family and friends is what comes to mind when I think Olive Garden. Always so welcoming with the breadsticks and salad. Makes me feel like I’m at my grandmas. The service was amazing and the food all came out hot and tasted delicious.

It was my first time here. The server was amazing. She was able to give me a run down of the menu for me to be able to make the perfect choice. The salad was amazing with the garlic bread. The pasta was delicious. The only thing that was a little different for me was the soup. Apart from that. I highly recommend this place.

We were really disappointed with our visit at this location. Our server had a bad attitude. My wife cannot eat a full meal ,so we share all the time, she brought the salad and only brought one plate, so when my wife asked her about it,she was very short and said , you only get a salad for one ,with one order. We understand that, maybe a better way is to bring 2 plates and let people know , you get no refills. Not only that ,but we asked for no onions, but of course it had onions, She took it back and brought out one with no onions , but half the size as the first one. Really petty if you ask me. Then when our main course coms,it has the wrong sauce on it, right away the server says ,she put it in right, but why would you even bring it out if you know the sauce was wrong, much better to come out and tell us they made it wrong. Just because we share ,doesn’t mean we don’t tip well.

Our waitress Amanda made the day. I wish she wasn't leaving but I'm sure this location will hire more just like her. She made my 12th Anniversary special.

The salad was my favorite part. It was so crisp and fresh just the right amount of dressing. I really like the touch of the fresh grated cheese. I had a wonderful server kept checking back on me and offered me more soup and salad since that’s what I got. The breadsticks were warm and fresh and I made sure to pick up a couple of Alfredo dinners to take home to my kids. It was a win-win.

My visit to this place wasn't great, to be honest. My order took forever to arrive, the plates were kinda dirty. Cleanliness and timely service are basics for a restaurant, and they fell short in both areas during my visit. 👎

Food was total wrong order. Very saddened by this… Fast forward several months later. We ordered the food the same exact way again and still got it with red sauce. The Coral Springs location store manager Kenneth Williams does not have his store location under control. His staff is rude, they all have terrible attitudes, they curse in the main part of the resteraunt. I reach out to corporate, Kenneth emails me back saying he cannot compensate at this time. Sloppy food, sloppy service, sloppy management. Will take the drive to the plantation location before wasting time at this one again.

The best Olive Garden around!! The staff is always amazing, you always are greeted with a smile when entering! The soup and salad combo always is a hit for lunch for us adults and my daughter loves the spaghetti/ravioli kids meals!!! For birthdays, the singing and dessert make the kiddos so happy! The general manager Kenny Williams has exceptional people skills. We enjoy him coming around to the tables and interacting with customers!

We had a party of 15 people, we got to the restaurant 12:30pm and they took one hour and half to call us. The waitress was seated and there were more than 7 tables empty and the lady that guide us to the table was extremely rude. After 18 years been a loyal customer my family and I will rethink about comeback

Had a fantastic 😊 meal at the Coral Springs Olive Garden 🫒. Greeted right when we 🚶‍♂️ 🚶‍♀️ walked in the door and hostess said our tabled would be ready in 5-10 minutes. Visited the rest room while we waited. It was spotless. Seated right after I returned from restroom. Waiter promptly took our beverage order. He quickly brought our drinks and hot bread. Soups and more bread followed quickly after we ordered. Had second soup which also arrived quickly. Then entees and dessert. All the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed 😉 the brownie lasagna. It was a great finish 👏 to a great 👍 meal :)

2:30 in the afternoon, the restaurant was full. The food was fresh. On time. Delicious. Our server, Sebastian, could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. We were impressed with the quality of food and service in the middle of the afternoon, not at lunch, not at dinner, yet on a Friday. It was a birthday lunch and everyone had a wonderful time. Meals are less expensive before 3:00 but just about the same portion. I cannot brag enough about this location in Coral Springs, Florida and, if you go, ask for Sebastian - he must be a server for 20 years because he was that polished and he made this old gal feel real good. My take order was supposed to be ready at 1755 and wasn’t ready for pick up until 1820. The breadsticks were hard and had literally no seasoning. This was my kids dinner and I spend almost 50$.

Sunday, around 6 pm. You guys where short of staff. Too much waiting time to get our food. Not usual in others location. The worst thing of the night was not having espresso coffee. The best thing was the menu to go for $6. I'll give you guys another chance on the next visit. 4 stars for you. Next time fix the espresso machine for me please. Thanks.

Five stars does not do our visit justice. If I could give ten starts I would. We came in at the very end of the night and were kindly greeted and seated within seconds. After being seated, our server Aaron, was extremely kind and welcoming. We were expecting everyone to have an attitude with us for coming so late but it was the exact opposite. I have never had such a kind and welcoming server! He checked in on us multiple times, assured us we could take our time and was so kind. We received our food very quickly and it was perfect! The pasta was cooked to perfection!! I could not believe that for such a good experience and good food that we only spent $100 for FOUR people. Just a few days before we went to another Italian restaurant and spent $200 for just TWO people when the food was made awful! Overall, we had a wonderful time and I would 100% go again and recommend it!!

Love this Olive Garden. Go there all the time. Even when its crowded, they keep it moving and you don't wait that long. Excellent place. Just went there today 6/5/22 For the first time I couldn't order a neverending soup to go without paying for it again. Never had that problem. Mng. On duty is Kenny Williams. Even after I'm explaining to him that's my 1st refill still didn't accommodate me. So next time please , especially if you see Kenny Williams there order your soup or salad before you pay then ask for a take out container. I'm kinda of not liking Olive garden that much no more. When you needed us in the pandemic to keep you open ,it was people like me who supported you. Thank you anyway.

Wonderful service at this Oliver Garden Restaurant. (Coral Springs) A super nice team. They are to be congratulated for their kindness. Especially the Makayla M. who attended us with all politeness and care. I really appreciate it.

Wonderful food and portions, as usual. Hot and fresh. Great, filling lunch specials. I believe the lunch specials are Monday through Friday until 3 pm. Always a delight. Great server.

Great service our waiter was very attentive (Sol) but food took a while. I still recommended it’s a great place to meet and have a good family time.

The service has been amazing everytime we eat out here. Daniella was our waitress she was super attentive, and she had another very large table with 10 plus people, she never forgot us. The food came out quick and everything was as ordered. Great experience.

Update 3/9/2023 Aaron was the best server we have had in a long time! This young man is a gift to this place! Food was great and the fact he offered us things no one ever did in the past made us want to come back! Original post: Food good, service slow

This Olive Garden location is fantastic - the last time my spouse and I ordered from Olive Garden, it was at a Tampa, FL location, and the food was bland and dry. This time we ordered to-go a meal of chicken scampi, and spaghetti and meatballs along with salad and four breadsticks. Everything was very tasty and fresh. Love how they provide the four chocolate mints as a dessert. The staff who greeted me as I entered to pick up my order was excellent, prompt and courteous.

The experience was not quite as expected: Our hostess was annoyed with every request we made Our cocktails were flat, lacking vodka, watery even though we requested light ice.

The ambience was great. Honestly I didn't expect it to be that nice and comfortable. Jennifer (Coral Springs) our waitress was awesome too. She gave outstanding customer service and was very efficient and friendly. The food was on point. I had no regrets about it at all. Loved it!!!

The food was great! The servers (especially the one who serve us) were nice. I recommend trying the Asiago tortellini and lasagna classíco😌
