I have been here many times, since its very close to my house. But every time I order takeout, the portions seem to be smaller on some of the dishes. I’ve tried many dishes and the only one that actually taste like real Chinese food is the Mongolian Beef, Dan Dan noodles, and the Pat Thai, the others are good but it’s just not the real Chinese food. The sauce they put on the Mongolian taste soooo good. They also have a great sushi selection, I tried the Kung Pao Shrimp Roll and it’s pretty good. The environment is also really chill and relaxing, they also have outdoor seating. Overall a great restaurant and would come definitely order again!

Some Pei Wei's have been able to maintain their quality since PF Chang's sold the chain. This location, however, is not one of them. I've tried multiple times hoping they'd get better. My most recent experience was lousy. "Special" chicken was dry, almost looked and tasted re-heated with no sauce (paid for extra protein; looks like they gave me extra white rice!). Egg rolls were greasy, and my wife's noodles were cold. I've given up - not wasting my money here anymore.

As a regular customer tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this location. Ordered my regular family fest and I got a wrong side and my meals were all dry just fried chicken and white rice. So I called to correct my order as I thought it was no big deal to fix. When I called the girl on the phone was completely rude and was arguing that she saw the store manager putting sauce on the food. I thinks that’s very unprofessional and there much much better ways to go around the complainant. As of this experience I will no longer order form this location as my money is no value to them

I have never received customer service like I did today. Mauricio, the server, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Such a gentleman!! When he realized I had trouble with English, he switched to Spanish at the drop of a hat. The food that he recommended was so good!! I can definitely say, the world needs more servers like this. Come to Pei Wei!!

Second visit there, Absolutely delicious food, atmosphere is great, prices are phenomenal, and the place is super clean. Our overall experience was superb. Highly recommended. Will definitely continue to come back.

We are a family of 5 and we order food, but my dad order a pad thai with coliflower rice, the manager argued with him about that they can't make it (we did it a bunch of times) then she said "I'll do it just this time". Time goes by and the manager throw a bag and said "I have this, you can take it home, they are preparing your order", still time going and they bring the order without pad thai sauce, so we ask for the sauce and never came. The cashier was amazing and checking on us a lot, but the manager just keep arguing with new customers, pretty bad experience. Food was ok.

Aug 10 2022 11:15-11:30 am Catering order While understaffed 3 employees who obviously care about service completed a HUGE catering order while dealing with a rising stream of customers, getting orders out in a timely manner. These guys shocked me with how much food they were able to cook in such a short amount of time. I dont eat Pei wei so this review is simply a review of service. Give these guys a raise.

I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes they help train or change things, here goes. The staff will rush the hell out of you to order even when there is no one in line or when it’s your first time there and you have no idea what they sell. Even after informing them of this they don’t really care, they rush you with a smile and they will speak to you like you’re a child and even though the chicken was, well, fine. No idea what I ordered I just ordered the first thing I saw that was “spicy” cuz I’m really not that picky and was apparently in a rush? The fried rice was awful, I never write reviews and this was that bad. The flavor was bland and the only flavor that was there was bell pepper and sugar, the texture was wet and soupy. If the staff wasn’t in such a rush to push me through the empty assembly line I prob wouldn’t have even written this and I would have known what I ordered but it was all around bad. Won’t recommend, won’t be back, and will make it myself next time I’m craving bell pepper flavored rice and sweet chicken bits cuz it wasn’t spicy at all, just sugary. Btw I came in to order for 5 people, thank goodness I only ordered for myself! After I ordered the chicken thing she asked for a reward card, as if I had been there before lol and said swipe your card so I guess she knew I’d be disappointed if I ordered for the fam. I could have spoken up but It all happened so fast and I still don’t know what they sell except rice and chicken lol

The beef was tough and tasted more like liver, more rice than meat. The crab wontons could've been crisper (the top was but, the middle was soggy) not really good. I won't be going back.

The food and excellent service, but the place has very annoying small flies, we had to change tables and they were still there.

Went tonight and food was terrible!!! Cooks playing in the kitchen 2 girls ,Red Head and Brunette. My egg rolls still frozen inside and just plain worst service! I won’t spend another dime in this place! Now I see why it was empty… on Friday…People want quality and not Trash! I would have had a better experience at Burger King! SMH

You guys have a major fly and ant problem. We've moved tables THREE TIMES with our food to try and get away from these little fruit flies EVERYWHERE on our food. It was super unappetizing to the point we didn't even finish our food.

Pei Wei in Coral Springs was disappointing. Though my chicken dish was pretty tasty, the wonton soup was horrible. Tasted really bad. Might want to change the ingredients.

My wife and I tried Pei Wei for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was fast and efficient. I had the orange chicken, and my wife had the firecracker shrimp with drunken noodles. The food was fresh and did not have a processed taste to it. Overall, we will definitely recommend Pei Wei to our family and friends, and we will be back to enjoy other items on the menu.

We had a great experience tonight at this Pei Wei! It was our first time there. The staff members were very kind and hospitable. The restaurant was very clean. The food was good! We got the family meal for 3 so we could try a few different things. The honey chicken was my favorite of what we ordered. The donuts were so delicious we had to go back and get another order! My family had a good time.

Mya and Nicole were extremely helpful with my order. They both exhibited courtesy and professionalism. They had extensive knowledge of the menu and took the time to answer my questions. I'll definitely be coming back because of their service.

There is unfortunately it’s no consistency to the food at this location. I’ve gone here in the past and had great meals but more recently they have been horrible…either cold and dry or they skimp on the amount. Today my hubby and I each tried the new hot honey chicken. Makes no sense how each of our chicken looked completely different than the other when it was the exact same thing we ordered. My chicken was also cold and dry and both of us get the sauce was all pepper/heat and zero flavor. Totally inedible. Got a salad to go with it and the lettuce was completely turning bad. I stopped dining in awhile ago when every time we went the tabes and flors were always dirty. But even ordering take-out is no longer an option from this location, Even with their coupon, it’s a waste of money to eat here. Never ordering again.

I don't know what happened but Pei Wei food was to look forward to. Since lately and especially my last order was the worst quality and quantity to the point that Pei Wei will no longer be in our choices. Whilst I understand that supply costs have gone up and almost all restaurants have increased their menu price and Pei Wei is trying to stay the same. But if that comes at the cost of food quality, that lower price is all wasted when one throws away their food and won't go back there again.

The reason I give this place 5 stars is Barrington (I hope that's his name). On my visit there were only 2 employees and he was the superb with his customer service. A big smile on his face running from task to task. Barrington big thanks. Tell me who to call you need both a raise and a promotion. You are the definition of excellent customer service with a smile.

Wow this place has gone downhill. All of our meals had 3/4 of the plate with rice and the rest is just a teeny bit of the actual entrée. What a waste of money. Won’t be ordering from here ever again

I like the franchise and everything about it. Prices are reasonable and the ambiance of food continuously being cooked throughout the day is amazing. Online special and mobile app deals are a commonplace. My ONLY gripe with Pei is that they aren’t generous with their meat in proportion to the rice. I once received 20% meat for my entree. So much rice. I know others have complained about this before. Especially since mom and pop oriental restaurants are fill your plate up.

This is the worst food I’ve ever had. If I wanted a plate of rice with few pieces of popcorn chicken I would have made it myself. This was so not worth the $12. You guys have to do better.

I used to love pei wei, but as of late it has been horrible and this location is no exception. I went in today hoping to eat some good food but boy did I make a mistake. I ordered a wonton soup, which may have been the saltiest dish I have ever eaten, and a bourbon chicken with noodles, the chicken has the texture of a marshmallow and tasted salty aswell, if I were not in a rush to leave I would’ve asked for a refund. I write this review in hopes that they improve from this terrible quality.
