    I’ve always wanted to try Arby’s but we don’t have one in RI so I took advantage while visiting Florida. The chicken wrap had a bit too much honey mustard for my taste but other than that everything was great. The chicken in the sandwich was more flavorful than the one in the wrap. We especially loved the nuggets and curly fries. The tenders were so juicy and tender.

    I liked the Big Game burger that I ordered. It was steaming when I opened the wrapper and the bread was super soft. This was my first time trying elk and deer meat. Where else are you going to find that? I would get it again.

    I went here for a quick bite. I ordered the smokehouse brisket. I ordered one of the new Waygu Steakhouse Bacon Ranch Burgers. Overall this was good and the price was good too. The location is next to McDonalds and Best Buy in Coral Springs

    Food was pretty standard for an Arby's although the curly fries were a little on the hard side. The one thing that bothered me was that an older gentleman was trying to use the app to get a coupon and couldn't get it to work. The staff had no clue how to make it work. If you have an app, you better make sure all of your employees understand how to use it and troubleshoot it because it is a pain in the butt to have all of these apps, definitely detracts from user experience. Not to mention holding up the line for everyone else.

    Food is always great at arby's. BUT upon arrival i had to deal with the most worst person I've ever meet in life. THOMAS. Everyone Was complaining about this dude... Im not the leave a comment type person but today this location needed to know. If you go to this location AVOID THOMAS!!

    This Arby's was good also, I really don't eat at Arby's. But part of my family wanted to go, I ordered 2 chicken sliders. The grill chicken, not the fried. I don't eat a lot of fried, but I did enjoy the sliders they fix for me. ☺💞

    My order was incorrect. I asked for crinkle-cut fries and she gave me curly, but the fry box as small as it is was only half full with no fall out in the bag. There were 3 things incorrect. She didn't have the best attitude while correcting only one so I didn't even bother to ask her to fix the other 2. The next time I'll just go somewhere else. Arbys has gone down. So sad!

    I arrived at 11:30pm. They say Arby's closed but you're supposed to close at midnight. SMH!

    I like Arby's but this location is not a good one. I have had issues on several visits. Once the drive thru took forever to get through and I was stuck and had to wait. Another time I paid for my order in cash and the cashier did not give me my change back, when I asked her about my change before driving off, she actually asked me if I wanted my money, the change, back. The last straw for me was just this week when my food was cold, that's it I will not come here again.

    Nice and clean. Friendly service also. Employees seem to be happy at work a big difference than going to McDonald's were It seems like they are doing you a favor to take your order. At this Arby's they took my order with a smile 😁...

    It's been a long time since we ate at Arby's. Now they have a new menu and the beef burgers were really good. Next time will upload pics, but trust me it was good.

    I just ordered an online order from this location. My wife and I pulled up through the drive-through and the lady told us to park in the front spot. We pulled up to the window, but there was a car in front of us waiting for their order. She told me that I told you to go to the front spot. I told her there’s a car in front of me and there’s no way to get around . She replied, you are on a timer, and you need to reverse. I am very unsatisfied with this location after multiple attempts of trying to get Arby’s food. I used to work for Arby’s in Ohio and this was never an issue for us. This location is garbage. The workers do not care to supply customer service. This is an issue Customers should not have to experience. These workers do not care. I told this worker I was going to call corporate, and there was no dissatisfaction. This was not a problem to her. I do not understand why I have to reverse to help them make their times for orders it’s not my issue is this locations issue? I never received a receipt for me to make a formal complaint. I have no idea who this lady was but she was working the drive-through at 5:40 PM today.

    I liked the parking setup, handicap parking is opposite of front door. The food was pretty fresh and warm...but no potato cakes-that was a bummer. The one thing that dragged this Arby's down was the cleanliness of the dining area...it needed a good going over when I got there around 3 pm.

    I literally have been going here for years since they opened. The food is generally decent and pretty fresh overall. However this past Saturday mi and my wife stop there to pick up a snack. But much to my disgusted surprise there was mold in the ice. When i'd brought it back in the gave me a full refund, but didn't bother to say sorry, and I watched another customer get a drink and I have to assume it was not a concern.

    This Arby's is really great. The staff is very friendly I like the fact that they always keep the dining area clean. As soon as someone gets up from eating one of the staff persons is wiping the tables down. The food is always hot and fresh.

    Arby's overall could do better with customer service, but our cashier, Israel, was excellent. There were no errors in ordering, even though I was particular about my order. He was professional and well-mannered. When I mentioned that the sauce station was out of sauce, he gave me extra packets and refilled the station relatively quickly.

    I've been coming to this Arby's for 20 years I work right around the corner at JP taravella. The food is always very good The customer service is always extra nice The manager Chris is one of the nicest I've ever met other than Maria who was before Chris. There's also Miss j and Aisha working in the back Miss j always makes my sandwich perfectly and she's very efficient. There's two twins that work the front counter I can't remember their names I don't know if I got this right but it might be Israel and Ishmael they take orders without mistakes Great guys.

    POOR INFORMATION SECURITY AVOID-AVOID-AVOID I tried to use an online Arby's coupon tonight, which required the order taker to scan a bar code on my phone. The order taker said the scanner at the counter was broken, so I needed to give him my unlocked phone, and he would disappear in the back and scan it at the drive through. I explained that giving him my unlocked phone wasn't appropriate. That is because he would have access to perform various other activities in my name. He said my only other option was to pay full price. I asked him if he could get the scanner fixed and he said "no". So I didn't make the purchase. Arby's procedure of asking patrons to give them their unlocked phones shows profound ignorance of information security protocols. I would avoid even using a credit card at Arby's. This company is just clueless.

    12/13 at 1:00 i went for a drive-thru order. i must compliment the young person at the take-out window; extremely polite and very cheerful. it was a pleasant thing to see

    Haven't been to Arby's in a few years. I went the other day and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Had the beef and cheddar. Will go back soon.

    Drive thru order. The attendant seemed to be in some kind of a trance. I apologize if he had some hearing problem, but I had to restart and repeat my order 3 times! He didn't seem to be able to process it. Sure enough he got my order messed up. I love the 1 pound roast beef meal and I was VERY hungry! I got the Classic, of course, much smaller than what I and my hunger was expecting. I was very frustrated. Also, he said they were out of MEDIUM soft drinks. I had to order a LARGE. How can you run out of medium? If you are out of medium size cups you should serve a large and charge for medium!

    Love Arbys food is always good. Have tried many ssndwiches always fresh and tasty. The Rueban is good, as is their curly fries and of course the roast beef sandwiches.. we love their jalepeno poppers with sauce.

    Absolutely horrible. $28 for trash. The sandwich was cold and had dry ends and they didn't put anything inside of it that was supposed to go in there, my bfs au jus was disgusting and thick like gravy and salty, they were out of a ton of stuff. There was hollering and screaming inside. No one clearly taking their jobs seriously. However how can I be mad? It's people selling sandwiches worth more than they make in an hour.

    I couldn’t tell his name because he was not wearing a name tag, but there is an older gentleman with white hair at the customer service counter who this review is for. This is my second time ever seeing him, however each time he has been completely rude to the customers in front of me. Instead of welcoming folks to the restaurant, with a nasty tone he greets them with “here or to go?” I’ve seen him roll his eyes at customers who ask questions about the menu, I’ve heard him tell customers he wished he had just stayed home. Today I actually left the line inside the store to go through the drive-thru just so I wouldn’t have to deal with him. I can handle disrespect from people, but the senior citizen female in front of me who was being talked down to did not do anything to deserve the way she was spoken to AT ALL!

    Great staff. Super friendly and helpful. One of the better Arby's I've visited in a few years. Highly recommend this location. The food was hot and fresh. Exactly what I requested. Very clean location, well maintained.

    The food was fine, the service not so much. They do not wear gloves when touching the food. Long hair and no hairnets on their heads. The cashier was the most unfriendly person in there.

    Arby's in general, is not too bad, considering its fast food. The staff are friendly, the parking is adequate (disabled or not... We usually park under a tree, it's quite enjoyable). They have a cheese steak with dipping sauce that is out of this world. The only thing is, at the Arby's in Coral Springs on University, the person making the fries has a heavy salt hand... We've mentioned it to them before, to no avail; guess we'd better try another Arby's, or suffer a stroke.
