just
ordered
an
online
order
from
this
location.
My
wife
and
I
pulled
up
through
the
drive-through
and
the
lady
told
us
to
park
in
the
front
spot.
We
pulled
up
to
the
window,
but
there
was
a
car
in
front
of
us
waiting
for
their
order.
She
told
me
that
I
told
you
to
go
to
the
front
spot.
I
told
her
there’s
a
car
in
front
of
me
and
there’s
no
way
to
get
around
.
She
replied,
you
are
on
a
timer,
and
you
need
to
reverse.
I
am
very
unsatisfied
with
this
location
after
multiple
attempts
of
trying
to
get
Arby’s
food.
I
used
to
work
for
Arby’s
in
Ohio
and
this
was
never
an
issue
for
us.
This
location
is
garbage.
The
workers
do
not
care
to
supply
customer
service.
This
is
an
issue
Customers
should
not
have
to
experience.
These
workers
do
not

I
told
this
worker
I
was
going
to
call
corporate,
and
there
was
no
dissatisfaction.
This
was
not
a
problem
to
her.
I
do
not
understand
why
I
have
to
reverse
to
help
them
make
their
times
for
orders
it’s
not
my
issue
is
this
locations
issue?
I
never
received
a
receipt
for
me
to
make
a
formal
complaint.
I
have
no
idea
who
this
lady
was
but
she
was
working
the
drive-through
at
5:40
PM
today.
