Small but nice DD, does have a drive through and outside seating. Plenty of parking. Hard to see from the road because of Coral Springs restrictions. Employees could be friendlier.

I came at exactly 8:38PM and the guys did not want to take my order. He said they are about to close , but I thought they closed at 9PM ?? I was going to spend about $80 dollars but they were closing 20 minutes earlier…. The owner have to know this! You are losing money!

Just went through the drive through and ordered a box of 50 munchkins, visually you can see that there are not 50 munchkins in this box. After counting I received 26 munchkins. Unfortunately I was still charged for a box of 50, that’s cool. I’ll just go ahead and dispute this on my card. Thanks Dunkin’

This a typical Dunkin Donuts. Poor quality, poor service, and no hope for improvement. Today I received a box of munchkin donuts straight out of the refrigerator, more likely they were probably frozen and had been sitting out just not long enough to come up to their normal stale temperature. This is a new low for Dunkin but actually explains why the donuts are so bad. You can also see that my recipe is incorrect not showing my complete order. Do yourself a favor, especially when in the drive through, Do Not leaves until you check your order.... Never thought that would include checking to make sure my donuts aren’t right out the fridge.

this location much much better as far as customer satisfaction goes. Good management and good group of staf will continue to go here :)

They close at 9 now and no longer make the donuts fresh in house. They also taste different. Everything’s going down the tubes. No more quality ingredients. Just cheap, processed.

Girl in the fron with the nose ring had a nasty attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked nicely about not putting bacon on my order she still brought my order with bacon the other guy had to change it smh

Not a bad Dunkin Donuts, for one it's usually dead here so you get quick service since it's so far out of the way. It's clean and overall they are pretty friendly. The food and drink quality at Dunkin is pretty uniform so I won't comment on that. I will say that the parking lot for the drive through is horrible, I had to circle around a few times to find it. Other than that I've been here dozens of times and never had a bad experience.

No matter what time you go to this location they have no munchkins. It is 2:30 om a Saturday and they have none and don't plan on getting out anymore, how do they stay open till 9PM. Also last visit got bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, when i got home no egg was there. This time I just walked out just want for the munchkins.

Love that my daughter had a matcha blended drink and she said it was gross and the employees working today this morning 10/20/23 helped by making her something she likes. That is great customer service and we will return for our daily.cold brew. And the spider donuts were so cute. Muffins are moist and delicious.

Had an excellent iced coffee and donut. The quality of food has improved significantly!

I ordered just a capuchino, and 16 minutes later my coffee wasn't ready. Just one customer in front of me also waiting for a coffee . I asked who is making the coffee and nobody answered... at the end, I left the store without my capuchino. Thank you for nothing, thank you for the bad experience and also thank you for taking fi money.... totally disappointed.

A Dunkin Donuts without donuts or munchkins. They're always out of something. Unbelievable.

Coffee was perfect and my bagel was nice and warm.

It's dunkin..better than that star place. As always. Had food and coffee. So kuch better value

It's had its moments with the slow service and a couple times I've had to ask for a mobile order to be prepared after several minutes but overall they have decent service.

This Dunkin is 50/50. They get the coffee right 50% of the time. When there’s someone outside taking the orders, the orders are much more accurate. When they don’t, you may end up with someone rude on the other end that sounds like they don’t actually want to serve people. Lady at the window is super nice (not the one taking the order). When you order a chicken sandwich with no bacon, you’ll get bacon 50% of the time. I’ve gotten back the same sandwich that had the bacon on it and had to go inside to raise the concern before as well. I understand it’s hard to find good quality workers but it’s been consistent like this for years at this location.
