Edit: Came back and now I pay extra for steak and they were really stingy with the steak as you can see in the picture that I also posted. I think I'm done frequenting this establishment until maybe a year from now to see if it improves, which is add because I am a regular....but I'm tired of the attitude problems and being cheated on my meals. This place has gone downhill fast within the last 10 months. I recently waited 15 minutes AT THE COUNTER, just for someone to ask for my order and there was NO LINE. The new cheesy chalupa thing didn't look anything like the picture and it didn't taste anything more than a regular chalupa that's been on the menu all along. On top of that THEY NEVER HAVE DORITOS LOCOS TACOS other than Nacho Cheese. If I want Fire Doritos Locos I always have to go to another Taco Bell!

Placed an online order, went to the counter and they stayed they didn't have it. I showed the shift lead, drive through operator and the guy bagging. Hmm we are sure, give it a few more minutes. Nearly 15 minutes, still nothing. One of the line workers goes, we arent receiving online orders only Uber Eats so I had to cancel my order. Unfortunately what we wanted is not on the "in store" kiosk. Menu in the store does not match online nor the kiosk pricing. Drinks sitting in the meal prep area, workers came from outside, put gloves on and went straight to the line without washing their hands. One and Done for me!

I usually get the Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito from the value menu when I want something satisfying at a good price. The normal cost is $2.00 to slightly more depending on the location, but here the prices are way overpriced, and the burrito size itself makes it feel like robbery. They charge $3.50, and the burrito was the least filled I have ever gotten. Almost as flat as a quesadilla. I saw the person prepare it and was thinking that can not be mine. I'm definitely not planning on coming back here. Any combo is over $10, and I can get better quality and service for that price.

Horrible attitude by cooks getting mad because they don’t get the order right. Telling me that that’s how it is when I order in two different Taco Bell’s almost every morning and they get it perfect. Telling me if I work in the establishment. Don’t bother ordering three layer cheese and paying extra for it in the crunch wrap because they will just tell you it doesn’t come with that much cheese.

My bean and cheese rice burritos had hard rice and they were cold, other then that, the service was good, the women in the drive thru was very nice and helping, she up sold my friends and I,but we couldn't tell the difference in the food, extra meat and cheese wasn't there! Gates.

Every time my husband and I come to this Taco Bell, they are always scamming us charging us with “extra beef” when we don’t request it. I heard the employees get benefits for every “extra beef” they sell. They really need to stop this. This is the only Taco Bell have this issue with.

They were wonderful. The guy in drive thru had such an amazing and friendly personality

Very bad attention, very messy with the orders, when the employees prepared the food they were fighting among themselves, they got so distracted that I lacked food, and I had to wait half an hour a little more for them to give me the burrito that was missing.

TERRIBLE Service. Employees are RUDE I simply walked in to place an order and two female employees rudely KICKED ME OUT yelling at me..!!! I did nothing wrong. I simply walked in, but they said it was closed… well door was open. NOT my fault if they forgot to lock it. That’s NOT the way to treat customers!!! At least show some manners Say sorry, sir, but we’re closed No need to scream at customers!

Ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme, it was badly put together, hardly any of the condiments. Very disappointed. Gave it one star because the staff was courteous.

Sorry but I can't go back to this place for a while. I had the drive thru closed on me. And the food was not as expected. They can make it better. 👍

Great Place. And pretty popular too. They also have Jackfruit!!! And I'm very excited about the Sweet potato pecan pie. YUM Friendly staff, affordable price and deliciousness.

The Taco Bell on NW 36th street and 79th Avenue where Safaye and Angel work is the best place to get seasoned beef grilled cheese burritos! They have great customer service, make the orders right, and are polite, prompt and professional! Only rated 3 for atmosphere because I've only gone through the drive through.

Great access from the Highway! Awesome staff as usual but the price jump is ridiculous! From a 2 dollar grilled chicken to 3.74 ! I hope the ratebyou pay your workers increased! Also instead of pressing them to speed the lines up , let us wait for our food while in the line. Having to park up front due to fear of the franchise owner being displease.. you forget about your customers being displeased! Shame!

No employees greet you at the counter. First time I was in this exact taco bell. I stood at the counter for at least five minutes. When another customer came in and went to kiosk behind me to order, I then realized that there isn't anyone to take your order. Kiosk is comprehensive and allows easy and exact ordering. I ordered nachos bell grande... Grande... no not grande. They reduced the size of nachos bell grande by half. Huge let down. Chips were super salty and a small handful was all I got. Second and final time got 3 soft tacos and a quesadilla. Food was good. But destroyed my stomach, and not much destroys my stomach. All in all. Why go to taco bell?

Great staff! Really friendly and nice. The place is clean and tables are clean. The food was interesting and nice. I like it. What iI really disliked, was the fact AC is running way to cold and brings the restaurant itself to and unpleasant freezing temperature. Plus, the restrooms (men), well, the most disgusting restrooms during my 2 week stay around Miami.

The service was good, the food was good, up until I felt that I was chewing a rubbery plastic piece. I can’t tell what it is, but can only assume it’s from whatever tools or equipment is used to make their food. Definitely need to be more careful when preparing your food as this can easily be a choking hazard.

I LOVEEEE toco bell, but today I recived strawberry flavored cinnamon twist. I didn’t even know that those were a thing Me and my family were stunned and flabbergasted in shock because of the tragedy that just occurred. One of the reasons toco bell is so good is because of the cinnamon twist. I could not believe what happened. This ruined my toco bell experience.They also made my stomach hurt.#nothappy#angryashell

Today I had an ugly experience, in this restaurant, since when I asked for my order, there was nobody in it, secondly when I ordered I had to wait for the 3 workers to come in from outside since they were talking. But the worst case is that one of them tells me WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!? After they gave me the order they mockingly ask me is the food good, I was asked 3 times and at the end in the burrito that I brought I saw that they put a lot of sauce with meat fat, never of the times I've eaten the Cheesy Gordita Crunch Deluxe Box, they were watered down, I'm already disgusted and I didn't continue eating, which means that they make the food with malice and with the intention of making you sick since I ate that even the taste was different. Honestly, I won't go back to that restaurant anymore.
