The food was really really good. The best roasted chicken I’ve ever tried in USA until now. The appetizers were delicious… but what made this experience more special was our server: Génesis, she was so so great that I made me want to go back.

Great spot in Doral to get some Latin food. Love their variety platter which gives you many different tastes in one order. Additionally their coconut lemonade is wonderful. Really different, I had never had anything like this before and it’s a must order if you’re here. I also very much appreciate the fact that they make their food on the charcoal, you can really taste the difference. Service was good. There was also lots of seating inside. Great quick bit it casual family dinner on a weekend!

I frequently go to Francisca to enjoy the delicious food they serve. My wife had the “parto frito” and I had the Patacon Picado, both outstanding. We also had the mandocas! On previous visits we’ve had the chicken which is very flavorful. Service is also great, Dayana was polite, friendly, and courteous.

Wowwww!! it’s amazing how you sometimes pay so little and get so much. The food was mind blowing delicious!! We had a chicken, fillet Bronzino, and four sides. The food was incredible!! It was all taste and no fluff. It’s really nice to have food that was prepared in the most simplest way, on charcoal and without all the extras that many places try to go over the top with. Simply excellent tasting food with a Latin flavor. Service was excellent and the place is beautiful. We are definitely going back of this one. This place should not be missed !!!

A must try while in doral! We had the Francisca sampler and it was AMAZING best pan de bono and tequenos! We also tried the 1/2 chicken with rice and red beans, portion is big enough to share! 10/10 service from Josmary very attentive and sweet!

Worth the drive. A friend recommended the chicken and chicharrones here and it was def worth it. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was quite busy but they really have service down to a science- even though we waited a bit at the table for our initial order another waitress saw it and said you know my coworker is a little tied up in the kitchen let me take your order- it really wasnt a long wait but i thought that was so thoughtful and efficient. the vibe was good busy and positive. but the chicken was just divine- when you thought you were full you wanted to keep going- juicy, fresh and the sides just as good. Really impressed and our. waitress Ruth was kind hospitable and on point. would def recommend and come back. I would have gotten pics but we were so hungry and left so full it didn’t happen gone before we could blink.

Food was very tasteful and filling. Barbara was in charge of our table. She was very nice and aware of whenever we needed anything and helped in a very timely manner. Drinks were strong yet very delicious.

Nice place ,nice food ..... Cachapa its a great corn made kind of sandwich with fresh cheese and cream. A very very taste dish and very healthy. Many interesting plates of Latin origen. Good . No way to fail here. A little Expensive. Kind of fancy. Recommended.

The food was so delicious and flavorful!! This was the last stop on my bucket list for places to eat in Miami and it was the best place I’ve eaten! The service was exceptional! Our waitress, Angelmar, was always checking in on us at the right times and I wish we had more servers like her back in Texas! Make sure y’all ask for her when you come in to eat! :)

Excellent food here. Staff was very accommodating for our group at lunch. The platter appetizer was very good as well as my bandeja paisa dish.

Francisca never disappoints. The chicken here is the best one out there, guaranteed! What I have here the most is the pork belly. And today it was even more fresh! Marian was so sweet and attentive, literally made us feel like we were the most important ones here and made us feel so welcome! She is everything you want in customer service. It really is a family environment here.

100% recommended We have come to the restaurant in two different occasions and we’re always amazed with everything we’ve tried. The barbecue platter is so delicious! so fresh and tasty is actually for three people but is always a good idea to take the leftover at home. Marian took care of us this time and she was awesome giving us the best option to do. Best server ever

After watching their Instagram page my husband and I decided to try their food and it did not disappoint the amazing smell before you walk in just lures you inside. The food was awesome great service

Great South American Grill. If you love meat would go here. First timers, their sample platter is a good start. English may not be their strongest suit but they are nonetheless friendly and the food is great. Coconut lemonade was different and refreshing.

This place presents a great environment, well dedicated servers, convenient location. But what’s best in here is the food’s quality, seasoned amazingly similar to Venezuelan’s and you can tell is organic chicken! You won’t see those huge disgusting chicken. On top of that prices are very down to earth definitely affordable. I have no time to cook and this place it’s been a must stop for me. Recommend!

Came to Francisca today because my husband want it to try it. The atmosphere is good for family. We are at the one in Miramar. I like the place is just a little smaller. I haven't try the food yet, I will let you know how it goes.

Fantastic chicken, tender, juicy, charcoal grilled and not overly salty like other places who brine their chicken. We only wish we can communicate with the waitresses better because they barely speak any English. The fried pork is awesome too. The sausages and other meat dishes are so so.

First time visiting Francisca Charcoal Chicken and Meats. You smell their food from the parking lot. We shared a Parillita Francisca with a side of Moros. Food was good and promptly served. Our waitress Alexandra was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We will be back.

Great place. The chicken is so tender and juicy. The hallaquitas are great companion for the chicken plus the guasacaca is heating the spot. The only bad thing about this, is the extractor is right over the counter and when the chicken is ready to go on the table, if the servers don’t take right away that chicken is like a block of ice and that happened to me twice in this facility. Everything else is good. The parchita cocktail is a must to try. I am a returning customer everytime I’m in FL.
