Do
NOT
Stay

By
Far
The
Most
Incompetent
Staff
&
Poor
Working
Conditions.
Several
Of
The
Lights
Did
Not
Work
In
The
Room
&
The
Water
Temperature
Sucks!
I
Would
Try
To
Turn
On
The
Cold
Water
Because
I
Was
Risking
2nd
Degree
Burns
With
The
Hot
Water
&
It
Just
Kept
Getting
Hotter
&
Hotter.
Also,
The
Power
Went
Out
In
The
Hotel
TWICE
For
Over
30mins
&
The
Hotel
Had
No
Backup
Generator.
While
I
Was
Showering
The
Power
Went
Out
&
I
Slipped.
When
We
Contacted
The
Front
Desk
For
First
Aid,
Such
As
A
Heating
Pad
&
A
Hand
wrap
For
My
Wrist,
They
Couldn’t
Help.
The
Supervisor
On
Duty
Sergio
Gomez
Was
The
Most
Incompetent
Person
I
Had
Spoken
With.
All
He
Kept
Saying
Was
That
He
Didn't
Represent
The
Hotel
&
That
He
Was
Not
A
Medical
Professional.
Hector
Was
Just
As
Bad;
Neither
Refused
To
Help
&
Offered
Nothing
More
Than
An
Ice
Pack
&
Trying
To
Call
Fire
Rescue/Ambulance
After
I
Denied
Multiple
Times
Seeing
As
Though
My
Medical
Insurance
Could
Not
Be
Transferred
There.
My
Friend
&
I
Requested
An
Incident
Report
&
Sergio
Kept
Misinforming
Us
&
Trying
To
Suede
My
Friend
From
Filling
Out
The
Witness
Report.
I
Spent
The
Duration
Of
My
Trip
On
Bedrest
Using
Heating
Pads,
That
We
Had
To
Purchase,
&
A
Hand
Wrap.
The
Management
Team
On
Shift
From
3pm-11pm
Were
Incredibly
Apathetic,
Inconsiderate,
&
Useless.
They
Did
Not
Follow
Up
Or
Offer
Any
Type
Of
Accommodations
To
Ensure
I
Was
Okay.
When
It
Came
Time
To
Check
Out,
They
Harassed
Us
To
Leave
Even
After
Notifying
Then
That
We
Would
Be
Delayed
Because
My
Friend
Had
To
Pack
Us
Both
Due
To
My
Back
&
Wrist
Being
Hurt
From
My
Fall.
DO
NOT
STAY
HERE
!!!
This
Hotel
Needs
To
Be
Closed
As
They
Are
A
Poor
Reflection
Of
The
Hilton
Brand.
