For
the
2nd
time
had
a
bad
experience
with
this
Deli.
Last
night
6/17/22
I
placed
an
order
at
6:13
at
the
recommendation
of
a
manager
from
my
last
poor
experience
allow
extra
time
close
to
dinner
so
I
picked
a
7
pm
pickup
arriving
at
7
my
2
sandwiches
were
not
even
started
again!
Then
when
asking
about
them
the
started
making
them
but
busy
chatting
put
in
toaster
when
we
said
no,
after
asking
them
to
remake
and
pleas
pay
attention
person
helping
us
walked
in
the
back.
We
had
to
engage
the
manager
from
the
front
of
the
store
to
get
what
I
believe
was
the
deli
manager
to
come
out
from
the
back.
We
got
a
half
hearted
I’m
sorry
at
7:15
over
an
hour
after
placing
my
order
I
finally
had
my
2
sandwiches.
What
is
frustrating
is
your
system
pics
the
available
time.
This
deli
is
horrible,
as
you
know
you
charge
a
premium
for
service
which
I
don’t
mind
paying
but
when
the
service
is
equivalent
to
Walmart
I
may
as
well
go
there
and
save
money.
I
was
recently
at
your
Miami
Beach
Publix
and
had
a
fantastic
experience
and
they
were
slammed.
This
is
the
second
time
and
last
for
this
deli.
Fortunately
Winn
Dixie,
subway
and
firehouse
are
all
close
and
there
is
Uber
eats!
If
you
cannot
manage
online
ordering
at
this
location
it
may
be
best
to
make
not
available
or
maybe
when
busy
deli
manager
could
change
slots
to
every
30
minutes.
When
I
lived
in
Tampa
Publix
had
close
to
80%
of
my
business
it
started
that
way
but
it
is
quickly
dropping
I
cannot
recommend
this
store.
