Nicest Publix I've ever been to. Very clean and super helpful employees. Pretty cool to be able to pull it on your boat on the way out of the river and buy snacks and drinks!

A nice and unfettered place to shop at this precise moment, being that this store recently opened. Best time to go is very early in the morn - you will then have the store pretty much to yourself! I recently visited this store and was accosted by store personnel for taking pictures to add to this particular review! The personnel I am referring to were Jessica & Annia. Micheal rushed me at the lobby exit as if I had stolen merchandise! All in all, I am sure your personal experience will be much better. A very nice store and the service is above adequate. Tell them Jay sent you - the guy taking the pics whom they said they would have the police trespass ME! JE

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. The service at this Publix has been in steady decline particularly the deli section. Orders online are not respected. Shame. I hope corporate takes a closer look at this location. Update: months later I decided to buy a sandwich without preordering. Neither of the two featured sandwiches were available. This department in this public is trash

I get my regular grocery items from this place only. I have been here thrice and have not repented any minute of it. It is literally a smooth walk from my apartment. It is not a really big store but you will get enough variety for yourself. Honest opinion, I am happy to be a Publix customer and will keep visiting the place. They even have discounts as well as BOGO (Buy-one-get-one) offers going on a lot of stuff. So for those who have not yet been to a Publix store, I would wholeheartedly recommend that you must visit your nearby Publix store at least once.

Super friendly staff. Parking was a breeze (big parking lot) free for now, but the best thing about Publix is the deli subs! Wow they are delicous!!! The ladies working at the deli were super friendly. There are a few other stores in the shops.

It's a very nice store. I got to meet the manager once when the store first opened. He asked me how my experience was going and then gave me a $15 gift card. I had never shopped at Publix before because of the rumors of it being more pricey. There is some truth in that, but if you know how to use deals (and have some good apps), it helps the wallet. Take some time to walk or sit by the river and enjoy the view, too.

In my 43 years in Miami, I can confidently say that this has been the most disappointing experience. The level of disorganization and lack of cleanliness is unprecedented. There are constant shortages of products, and it's frustrating to see the inefficiency of the staff. The departments seem to be managed by individuals who are completely out of touch with their roles. Trying to get something from the deli is a whole ordeal, with one person handling a long line of customers. Even when requesting to speak to the manager, you're met with excuses like them being on lunch break. The ticket system they have in place is a complete mess, causing arguments among customers. Talking to a manager doesn't yield any results either, as they seem to excel in passing the buck. I strongly recommend visiting this store only in emergencies.

Shopping is a pleasure. Had a perfectly made cafe con leche accompanied by una empanada de pollo. Ladies at the cafe were friendly even early in morning. Toured the market and used a clean (not yet bombed) bathroom before I left. Good job Publix.

Great place to shop when in the area. Plenty of parking. You can pull up to the river dock with your boat and shop.

located in a building with infrastructure where you can have ice cream, shop around, or just lounge after doing your groceries. has a small section with brazilian items, which I haven't seen in other publix stores. i also enjoyed the lemon-themed stand with lemon flavored foods like biscuits and cakes.

Great store. Management thinks everyone is going to steal. The younger staff at the registrar or friendlier. The cafe makes great iced coffee with Publix brand half and half cream. Highly recommend if you a coffee lover like me. The make nice tropical smoothies too.

I live 3 minutes from this Publix. Very clean, they have most of the items I’m looking for, staff is helpful, bathrooms are always clean. Fast checkout .The only thing is that every time i stopped at this Publix either the soda machine or the coffee machine is broken. Pls fixed it once in for all…. Also in the peak Sunday afternoon not enough packages of wings, on Sunday Football 🏈 😱😱 …….I don’t like going to the French place next door for coffee or anything else. Too overpriced and staff is not as nice as Publix. 👍

The store itself is fine and clean. Everyone who works here is nice and helpful. My two biggest issues are with quality control of the produce and the cost. You can buy strawberries from here in the morning and they’ll be moldy by the afternoon. I’ve never experienced anything like it - I don’t understand how all of the produce they offer goes bad in a day or less! Plus, it’s super expensive. I’ve probably thrown away hundreds of dollars worth of produce at this point because it goes bad so quickly.

I purchased precooked shrimp for dinner while traveling to Miami on 10/12/23 around 8:50pm from thisPublix. When I got back to the hotel and opened the container it was rancid. The shrimps were slimy and smelled. (Note the packages said sell by 10/16.). I called back to the store to let them know and suggested they check the other shrimp in the cooler case, so no one else would have a similar experience. During my 4 minute call there was no resolution and Jose said the manager would call me back the next day. I am STILL waiting on a call back! My family and I shop at Publix in Orlando 2-3 times a week and never had such a poor quality experience. This negative experience cost me dinner an a wasted 10 dollars, however it could have been easily resolved beginning with a call back from a manager.

Everything good but they need to work on those girls that work in the bakery they always have a attitude. Like they don't like there job. They need to work on there customer service skills. There not nice or friendly

Too bad I can't give them 0 stars. The customer service in the deli department is horrible and Miguel the department manager is even worse. I placed a catering order NINE days in advance (I even called to make sure they received the order) and when I arrived, they did not have one of the platters I had ordered and paid for. I asked why and Miguel simply said that they didn't have bread. It was obvious that he was annoyed that he had to help me and made no effort to give a reasonable explanation as to why I wasn't given advance notice. It amazes me that such mediocre and unprofessional people can reach a managerial position and be an example for the rest of the employees.

Clean market, helpful staff. Plenty of items in stock. Garage parking is a nice bonus. Make sure not to lose your parking ticket; it’s $50 for a lost ticket! Overall great Publix.

This location has a cold bar (salad bar). There is a Cafe inside this location so that you can sit and enjoy your purchased meal with a microwave available for your use & there are outdoor patio style tables & chairs if you prefer to eat outside. Directly next to this Publix there's a river/bay area that you can sit and watch private boats sail by. Beautiful view however there is construction going on at this time in the river/ bay area so you cannot not sit there at this time.

For the 2nd time had a bad experience with this Deli. Last night 6/17/22 I placed an order at 6:13 at the recommendation of a manager from my last poor experience allow extra time close to dinner so I picked a 7 pm pickup arriving at 7 my 2 sandwiches were not even started again! Then when asking about them the started making them but busy chatting put in toaster when we said no, after asking them to remake and pleas pay attention person helping us walked in the back. We had to engage the manager from the front of the store to get what I believe was the deli manager to come out from the back. We got a half hearted I’m sorry at 7:15 over an hour after placing my order I finally had my 2 sandwiches. What is frustrating is your system pics the available time. This deli is horrible, as you know you charge a premium for service which I don’t mind paying but when the service is equivalent to Walmart I may as well go there and save money. I was recently at your Miami Beach Publix and had a fantastic experience and they were slammed. This is the second time and last for this deli. Fortunately Winn Dixie, subway and firehouse are all close and there is Uber eats! If you cannot manage online ordering at this location it may be best to make not available or maybe when busy deli manager could change slots to every 30 minutes. When I lived in Tampa Publix had close to 80% of my business it started that way but it is quickly dropping I cannot recommend this store.

I’ve shopped at the Publix a couple of times already. The setting is beautiful, located right next to the Miami River; you can see all the nice boats sail by as you enter it. Inside, it is nice, clean and orderly. Today, the staff at the Customer Service station was very nice and attentive as they helped with my Sunpass Purchase. I recommend this Publix!

A smaller location to be sure considering how large some publixes are getting but still nice, shoppable, and helpful staff.

The deli department needs alot of work. Chicken is always under fried or cooked in old oil. The line for subs are always long like 30 minutes or longer wait.

I went to the Publix at River Plaza,a beautiful grocery store. Well lit and offers a wide array of food selections. Chase bank and AT&T there also,so it is a great one stop for all my needs.
