The ricotta we got for breakfast was delicious, but the breakfast was a bit heavy on sugar otherwise. The espresso was very good. The room was clean and modern, yet maintained the feeling of agritourismo. It's also a great venue for functions, but perhaps if you're looking for a quiet place to stay, check that you're not booked next to a big wedding. We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this as a base if it fits your travels.

Great location: Castel del Monte is in sight - yet the Masseria is very secluded. Very nice and helpful staff. Stylish rooms and interiors. We arrived mid-may and were (apparently) the first guests for the season. I highly recommend this place
