    I ordered 2 medium pizzasto be delivered. They never showed up so I called with no answer. I went up there to get a refund. They basically called me a liar that he delivered to the correct address. They refunded my money. I went home to check again and they delivered to the address next to mine. By the time I opened the box it had ants crawling all over both pizzas. Disgusting.

    I ordered online at 6:11 and was told 20-30 minutes. I arrived at the store at 6:30, and did not get my pizza until 7:00. I waited for 30 minutes before anyone even came out front to check if I'd been helped. There were 4 other people there waiting with me. When I got home this is what my pizza looked like. The pieces were unevenly cut, some were big, others were tiny. It was also not hot and the cheese wasn't melted like it should have been... It was an incredibly disappointing experience. Frankly, if I could give no stars, I would.

    Horrible Service!!!! We ordered a pizza and as per the tracker it went into the oven 1 hour after we placed the order and 35 minutes later said it was in transit for delivery. The driver never showed up! I called the location but by this time they were closed. I phoned the manager the next day and she blamed this missed delivery on us "the customer" she said the driver says no one answered the door. I have a ring camera and security cameras and I assure you no driver ever approached my door. Either they went to the wrong house or was just being lazy. Nonetheless I told the manger most delivery drivers will call the customer if they can't locate them or get an answer at the door rather then just claim they could not deliver. When I told the manager we would take our business elsewhere she said "ok" and offered no apology. We ended up placing an order with Dominos and the service was fast, friendly and everything arrived hot and fresh!!!

    I wasn't that impressed with the family box pizza deal. There are choices which is good but if you get cheese sticks it's a dollar extra. The bread sticks weren't that fresh. Pizza crust wasn't really crispy/ crunchy.

    This is the worse Pizza Hut ever. There is always something wrong with the food here and half the time you never get your whole order. Today I didn’t get my drink and my pizza came burnt. Then when you call this location they never answer their phone.

    I went in to pick up my pizza even tho it was busy and the manager looked stressed out she still greeted me with a smile and kept it together even tho there was like 8 other people in the lobby. Customer service is what’s important in this business.

    Made our order wrong, my husband went in to make sure we didn’t get someone else’s order. We were fine taking the wrong thing, but wanted to double check it wasn’t someone else’s. The “manager” said no that’s what you ordered, no and we even double checked before going in. Then the girl behind the counter verified they made it wrong. Manager just stood there and said nothing. This place has been awful the few times we have ordered. Won’t ever bother going here again.

    I couldn't understand how they could have my order ready in15 min. My piza was reheated and not freshly baked. Little Cesar's type pizza. Not what I get in Ohio Pizza Hut. Disappointing....

    If I could give no stars I would. Literally NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT SAY THEY HAVE NO DRIVERS SO YOU GO THROUGH DOOR DASH. Their solution is refund and contact door dash cause it's out of Pizza huts hands. But yet pizza hut is the one who took my money. And i have to wait 1-2 business days for my money and they wanted me to replace the order and pay for it again. Don't order from here unless you want a headache.

    I am deeply saddened and disappointed to share a distressing experience my elderly father encountered at the local Pizza Hut in Corinth, Texas. My father, an 87-year-old battling Alzheimer's, visited this establishment today, hoping for a simple and enjoyable meal. Instead, what transpired was a blatant and heartless act of exploitation. My father ordered 2 large pan pizzas with 3 toppings each: Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, and Pineapple. Shockingly, the total bill amounted to an exorbitant $45.59! The price alone was outrageous for what appeared to be two pizzas scarcely larger than mediums. To make matters worse, the pizzas were lacking in flavor, depressingly flat, and scantily topped. What stings even more is the complete disregard for my father's status as a senior citizen. Despite his age and health condition, not a word was uttered about a senior discount. The fact that they failed to extend this simple courtesy to someone who clearly needed it is truly disheartening. It pains me to think that Pizza Hut, a well-known brand, could stoop so low as to exploit an elderly man, especially one grappling with Alzheimer's. This incident speaks volumes about the lack of empathy and integrity displayed by this particular branch. Taking advantage of someone in their vulnerable state is both unethical and shameful. I implore Pizza Hut to reflect on this incident and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Exploiting an elderly individual who simply wanted a decent meal is a disservice to their reputation and to the values they should uphold. My father's trust was shattered, and my hope is that this review serves as a wake-up call for Pizza Hut to treat all customers, regardless of their age or health, with the respect and dignity they deserve.

    My roomie and I recently switched from Domino's to Pizza Hut. The delivery is fast , prices are reasonable and food taste great ; )

    Lexi went above and beyond helping me understand something about an order. She was kind and gentle in explaining what took a minute to get through. Lol. Honestly it doesn’t get better than this. Yes pizza was great but the customer service was extraordinary. It is easy to forget how hard it is to handle the hangry public day in and day out. Bless you Lexi. Thank you.

    I hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut in forever and was quickly reminded why, my order stated it would be delivered at 8:30 and didn't arrive until 9:30 with the smallest wings I have ever seen. I tried reaching the store to check on my order and was connected with a call center that was unable to assist me in checking my order status. I'll stick with Domino's.

    I'm not sure if this issue is with this particular Pizza Hut or the company in general, but something needs to be done. They NEVER answer their phone. I have ordered from them several times and had my orders delivered. When what I received was incorrect or burned, I could get no one to answer the phone so I had to drive to the store. I ordered a cookie and received a burned brick. I ordered a chicken melt that was horrible. Finally, last night I ordered a meat melt with a Pepsi and never received my drink. I called over 10 times. No answer. I tried to order a replacement Pepsi and was told I my order had to be at least $10 even though I never received what I paid for. So, once again, I will drive to the store and be told, "Ma'am, I am so sorry" but no explanation as to why they don't answer the phone. No allowance for the inconvenience. I will not use this Pizza Hut again and will think long and hard about using Pizza Hut at all.

    Don't visit here. I came here to pick up my pizza. I waited more than 15mins in front of counter. No one appeared even I call them out. I got my pizza is not hot... not to go to this place. Just go to Domino...

    Asked for curbside and waited 15 minutes and nobody showed. Went inside waited another 5 mins finally got my pizza. Got home and the pizza wasn’t hand tossed in my opinion and not 1/2 and 1/2 like I ordered with extra sauce.

    HORRIBLE. DON’T GET PIZZA FROM HERE. Ordered pizza and wings for my kiddos. 2 medium pizzas and 8 wings, not a big order at all. Waited well over an hour. When order was delivered it was left at our door step, when I opened the door I noticed the wings were missing. Open the pizza and it was barley warm. I tried calling the store, about 10 times. The phone would ring for a while, then I got disconnected. Never got our wings or a refund. If they can’t handle customers orders properly then that location should be shut down..

    Pizza was over an hour late, cold, hard, and not what we ordered. Tried to. Contact the store, and they would not answer the phone. Tried to call the 1800 number and they transferred me to the store🤬. Will never give them another dime, will take my business elsewhere!

    Past experiences have not been good here so have not ordered it in quite a while. This time was completely different. Ordered on the website. Had it delivered to a business. The food was delivered very quickly, was hot and high quality.

    I placed an on order at this location after waiting 2 hours I decided to call and check on my order and was not able to get anyone on the phone, The message came up saying that the location was closed so I decided to go to the location and see what was going on. I had a $150.00 order. I knocked on the door and the young lady on duty explained to that my order had just came up and drivers was still out making deliveries. I told her ok that I would wait since I was here she did offer for me to sit inside I told her that I would sit in my truck and wait because I had my kids with me. She said ok, Next thing I know she's on her way to my truck with my order and this guy was carrying the pizza. he told me that the next I something like this happen that I better not disrespect his girl. I told him that I didn't disrespect here and at this point I knew this was his girl friend. So because i had my children in the truck with me I stepped out of the truck nd I told him that our conversation had nothing to do with him. And then I explained why I came to the store because I could not get anyone to answer the phone. Also while i was sitting waiting a looking because i was parked in front of the door watching them hug. When i placed my order if I would have been told that they were closing soon but my order would be still coming out I would've never came to the store. I felt totally disrespected by this guy he scared my kids and I am totally disappointed. The young lady was very polite and she understood that I was a little frustrated.

    I said "extra sauce", Pizza Hut heard "No sauce, and cheese only on the edges". A $20 partially edible pizza... rough.

    Horrible experience with this place. The app was saying 30 to 45 minutes for delivery. After one hour and half we started to call the location nobody answered the phone. The Call Center was not responding too. Was finally drove to the store they said we are still at least 30 minutes in line if they were honest this time. When we were there we noticed they obviously choose not to answer phone calls and we finally asked to cancel our order. I don't think there any excuse to not let the app know there is 2.5 hour delivery time to not to destroy people Sunday evening.
