Horrible experience. I took my watch there to replace the battery, a Lotus water resistant watch that have been with me more than 14 years. When I had a shower the same day, the watch got filled with water. When I looked what was wrong I saw that a screw was missing and the rear lead had been placed wrong, one side out of the watch as you can appreciated in the pictures. The watch is completely damaged and when I went back next day to told them what had happened they try to made me fell like it was my fault! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Top class service, had the clasp on my watch strap and the battery replaced for an incredibly reasonable price, and with very friendly service. I'll definitely be back 👌

First time I was in there and I was really impressed with the customer service. My grand niece wanted a watch for her Communion and her mom took me there. They asked did I need it engraved I was told yes. I picked it up a few days later, gift wrapped, engraving perfect. Would highly recommend Lynch's Jewelers any time. 5star plus all the way.
