    I couldn't recommend the team at BASE enough. Have been working with Keelan for over 4 months. My workouts have been tailored to increase strength, reduce injury and overall improve my running performance. It's reassuring to know that the team at BASE have such a good understanding of the requirements and needs for running and other sports.

    Absolutely amazing! Joined the start of June and from the start I was met with the friendliest team members up there. I trained with Nicole, Ryan and Sarah and each one helped and supported my journey.. I’ve got amazing results so far (10kg weight loss) and have now become so comfortable in the gym I sometimes train myself also! They have taken the fear out of going to the gym for me & I enjoy every minute!

    I really enjoyed working with Keelan over the past 4 months in Base Fitness. My workouts were very enjoyable and tailored to areas I wanted to focus on for my return field sports. The atmosphere in the gym was always upbeat and everyone is very friendly.

    I started with Nicole in June 2021. It was difficult getting back into a gym routine after lockdown but Nicole was super encouraging and motivating. She really helped me with my short term goals and helped me put a good plan in place to achieve my long term goals. The weekly check ins really keep me on track and accountable. I look forward to our PT sessions and always leave feeling great! Nicole is really professional and I couldn't recommend her highly enough

    I recently started back training after a little break, and the team in BASE has been amazing. Sarah's SGST classes are brilliant, and she has really taken the time to work with me on my needs and get me back on track. Sarah had helped me gain some of my confidence back. The community events are great monthly outing. The most recent was all about stress management and meditation, and it couldn't have come at a better time. Thank you to Nicole and the team for providing such a friendly, encouraging environment, but also for really giving back to the community.

    Super cool place with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are extremely competent, knowledgeable, approachable and accommodating - they really know their stuff and they are happy to adjust training sessions to individual needs. For a fitness newcomer like me, Base has been brilliant. Some other gyms seem a bit intimidating to me but that's not the case at all here.

    I approached Nicole at BASE fitness just over a month ago for some much needed help. Both Aidean and Nicole have been nothing but patient and helpful on my journey so far. They are super knowledgeable at the service they provide and each session is unique to the clients individual needs. The space they have created has a wonderful atmosphere and I would not hesitate in recommending BASE fitness if you are looking for a professional service.

    I have been training with Sarah at BASE fitness for over a month now and my experience so far has been beyond phenomenal! Sarah has been such an amazing coach and a mentor to me, guiding me throughout this whole journey. There was a time when walking into a gym scared me and weights just intimidated me. But after suffering from an ankle injury leading to excessive weight gain... I came across BASE gym and went in for a free consultation session. I walked out as a new person after that session! Sarah motivated me and helped me believe that every goal that I talked about is achievable and this will be more of a journey. And the results I have seen in just a month is exceptional! My progress pictures look great... I've started to implement the habit of having healthy breakfast after 12 years and I am achieving my fat loss targets. Sarah helped me build up my confidence back while understanding my injury. She changed mindset about healthy eating and helped me understand my body so much better. And I'm delighted to have also achieved my goals progressively with Sarah's constant guidance. I highly recommend BASE fitness to everyone who is looking to be sustainably fit for a long term. It's not just a gym, it's a community and it's a family. Everyone at BASE greets you with the widest smiles and the highest possible energy!     Ive really enjoyed my clases at Base Fitness. I feel stronger physically but also more confident after a long time of illness and injury. I really couldn't recommend Nicole and her team anymore. They are welcoming, fun, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and informative, and they cater to all ages and abilities. 10/10

    I started training with Nicole in December 2021. I hadn't been in the gym in a while because of some health issues, but wanted to get in shape and build strength both for my own long-term health but also to get in shape for my wedding! Nicole was amazing from day 1. She was supportive and made the training environment seem safe and much less daunting. She has always pushed me to try new things, whether that is lifting heavier or doing a new exercise. I have achieved so much in the last few months, none of which would have been possible without Nicole! The full experience has been so helpful for me - weekly check-ins and help in setting goals for macros and calories has helped me to stay on track. Nicole's knowledge of functional fitness and how nutrition and other factors affect our ability to train is honestly mind-blowing. I am always learning from her and to top it all off she's a lovely, kind, funny, empathetic and driven person. If you're considering personal training, look no further. You won't regret it!

    I began training with Nicole and Aisling about three months ago. When I initially joined it was to get back into the gym and lose some weight. They have completely changed my mentality and moved it to seeing what my body can do, encouraging me to sign up for some triathlons too and I am so glad they did! All the team at BASE are a wealth of knowledge and will do their best to go over and beyond in all aspects to make sure you are getting all the advise and support their client needs to reach their goals. They have created such a friendly environment at BASE, making it somewhere I always enjoy going to and feel even better when I leave. I would definitely recommend BASE to anyone looking to do some Personal Training.

    I started Base Fitness with zero fitness, very little knowledge of gym and poor eating habits. 1:1 personal training is the best investment you’ll make for yourself. I went from zero fitness to lifting 42kg in 3 months. They are extremely knowledgeable of the body and tailoring workouts to suit your needs. For someone who hated anything to do with sport/exercise /moving in general, I have found a love for workouts, lifting weights and love seeing the changes in my progress pictures. 100% recommend this great community gym.

    I started training with Sarah in Base at the start of the summer and all my expectations have been exceeded tenfold. Originally I planned to do group PT and only for a defined period of time but as soon as I started working with Sarah one on one I noticed significant benefits immediately and now I consider my PT an essential part of my self-care. The biggest benefits for me have been my improved self-image, which was a challenge for me for my whole life, and increased and sustained energy. The way the training is personalised is exceptional and the place is so welcoming and friendly, their ethos is fantastic. It’s also just been great fun to train and I’ve never been reluctant to go to a session no matter what’s going on in my life!

    I recently had the pleasure of training at BASE gym with Ryan, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the staff, who were quick to assist me with any questions I had about the gym and its facilities. The gym itself is spacious and well-equipped, with a wide range equipment that caters to all fitness levels and goals. Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve your overall fitness, BASE gym has everything you need to achieve your goals. What really stood out to me was the level of expertise and professionalism displayed by Ryan. He took the time to understand my goals and fitness level, and then tailored a workout program that was challenging yet achievable. He was always on hand to offer guidance and motivation, pushing me to go further than I ever thought possible. Overall, I would highly recommend BASE gym to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness experience. And if you have the opportunity to train with Ryan, I would definitely take it - his knowledge, passion, and commitment to his clients are truly exceptional.

    I recently joined weekly strength and core classes at Base. Nicole and the team are fantastic and have created a great space to work out. I am generally not a fan of gyms but i am definitely going to sign up now as a member as there is such a friendly and relaxed environment they have created. Looking forward to more strength work!

    It's very difficult to put into words the fantastic Vibe at BASE health. Nicole, Aidean and all the coaches are simply outstanding. The motivation and passion they have every single day no matter if early in morning or last session in the evening is second to none. Everyone should have a weekly dose of The Butler girls 😊 focusing on Goals, challenging you to be better and a genuine interest in your overall health and lifestyle. They make training enjoyable, fun and I look forward to sessions every week. Massive well done BASE, keep it up.... Cannot wait to see what is to come within this community ♥️

    I have been training with Ryan the past 4 weeks and have seen great results. Ryan has been very patient with me (as I have no experience in the gym) and each session I am becoming more confident and comfortable with each exercise!     I signed up to Base Fitness from a friend recommendation based on her experience with Nicole. I started training back in November 2022 and started running in January 2023. My prime goal was to run Corks Half Marathon and this June weekend I did it! Not only did I achieve my goal I ran it in under two and a half hours (02:24:35) which I am delighted with considering it was my first time and the conditions were far from ideal. Base helped me to gain confidence in myself and in my body. I was always shy with the weight section in the gym, now I am squatting 55kg during 6AM sessions and doing 15kg RDLs like they’re a walk in the park. This is the best money I have ever spend. Highly recommend Nicole and the whole team at Base Fitness

    I started doing Strength & Conditioning classes a few months ago with Nicole through the triathlon club as a return to training after a significant horse-riding injury. Her knowledge and understanding of fitness, my injury and limitations meant I was able to train safely and effectively. She adapted exercises for me so I could continue to train without pain. I am now so much stronger than I was when I started and that strength has given me the confidence to start horse-riding again. Unlike a lot of other classes I've attended in other gyms, you get personal attention in the class as well as great motivation! Because I was so happy with the chases at Base I also recently started personal training there. I've worked with both Aideen and Niall and they really know their stuff. They've been pushing me to (but not beyond) my limits and I've been really happy after every session and really noticing a difference in my overall strength. I couldn't recommend Base highly enough. They are lovely people and knowledgeable and motivating trainers - you won't find a better gym! 5 stars every day!!!

    Nicole and Aidean are very skilled personal trainers. They are friendly, trustworthy, passionate and extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and moves. I started with them after trying and failing for a long time to get back to the gym after a back injury. They have helped me build up my strength again slowly and safely and after 8 months I am now lifting heavier than I was pre injury. It is clear how much they genuinely care for their clients. I feel lucky to be trained by them

    I have been attending Base Fitness for a couple of months now and it has been a fantastic experience. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to make sure I am making progress towards my fitness goals. Base Fitness has a welcoming and supportive atmosphere and there is a great sense of community in the gym. Overall I can’t recommend this gym enough!

    This place is unreal. All 3 trainers - Nicole, Aidean and JP are so considerate and helpful. I really enjoy the classes each week. They have tailored home workouts to do in between the weekly PT sessions and a nutrition plan to suit me. I have lost a few kg in the past month which I'm delighted with and all down to the gang at Base! Thanks guys!

    Nicole is an excellent trainer, so knowledgeable and helpful! I did 12-weeks of training with her and I learned so much during that time.     I can’t recommend Nicole & Aidean highly enough- they are amazing! I started in Base the summer of 2021. I love going every week, look forward to getting stronger and having a chat! They are the best personal trainers, so knowledgeable, always checking in, giving tips to improve, offering advice for everything fitness and health related. Nicole and Aidean are so encouraging, so caring, so interested, and best of all they are so much fun! I always come out of the gym feeling good and with a list of things to do….. and I do it!     I started training with Nicole in May 2021. She is very passionate about her job and a perfectionist. I have become much more confident in the gym and stronger since starting with Nicole. Each session she pushes me hard and i always surprise myself with my abilities and achievements. I always come out buzzing and extremely satisfied after each session. Couldnt recommend Nicole & Aideen more highly.

    I started training with Nicole in June 2021. I was nervous starting at the gym because i find gyms quite intimidating and I would not have known what to do in the gym but Nicole could not have been more encouraging and motivating. She is very hard working and considerate to her clients as regarding work schedules. Her workouts were tough and challenging but week after week I saw my form and my strength improve and results started to show after only a few weeks. Nicole is a fantastic trainer and she is extremely dedicated to her job. I dreaded every session but I always left feeling happy and stronger afterwards and this is all thanks to Nicole. I would highly recommend Nicole

    I couldn't recommend Base Health enough! After a tough few years of trying to get the motivation to get back into the gym, I knew I needed help getting starting and I knew Nicole and Aideen were the exact women for the job. From the first message to them, they make each session feel like you're coming into meeting friends, not a PT. While their passion and support drives you to smash your goals, their compassion for each of their clients really makes them exceptional. They understand people have bad days, get injured or might not be up to the same standard as every other day but they work with you to adapt and change so you still get the most out of your session. To anyone who is looking to or is lost in knowing where to start, Base Health is best.

    Super, excellent, the best! I have worked with Nicole both face-to-face and online now. She is very knowledgeable with all facets of health and fitness. She builds programs that challenge me physically and allow me to focus on the targets we set together. She always explains the exercises well, which is especially important for me as I am blind. She also takes care to explain the theory behind each exercise which I appreciate. Nicole is highly attentive, making sure to correct my technique where needed, and happy to be flexible if I am struggling for one reason or another. Nicole is highly reliable, fun and supportive. She genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend Nicole and the BASE team.
