I
am
really
disappointed.
To
start
the
nail
technician
did
not
offer
to
sanitize
my
hand
or
to
wash
my
hands
before
we
start
with
the
manicure.
She
asked
me
to
dip
one
hand
into
the
dipping
bowl
and
on
the
other
she
started
to
do
the
filing.
We
later
switched
and
she
asked
me
to
dip
the
other
hand
to
the
same
water.
Not
offering
to
move
the
bow
to
accommodate
the
shoulder.
In
my
case,
I
have
a
shoulder
so
that
position
was
extremely
uncomfortable.
Not
to
mention
the
method
of
using
the
same
water
and
the
bowl
on
2
different
hands,
which
is
ideal
ground
for
a
bacterial
or
viral
transfer.
The
next
step
was
the
metal
cuticle
pusher
that
she
pulled
out
from
the
drawer
that
was
not
in
the
sanitation
bag
same,
same
thing
happened
when
she
did
go
from
nail
to
nail
without
dipping
the
metal
cuticle
pusher
into
a
bow
whit
medical
alcohol
to
sanitize
between
the
fingers.
Nail

was
not
pushed
to

skin
around
the
nails
were
not
up
to
my
standard.
Megan
did
not
even
try
to
remove
the
excess
skin
with
the
nail
machine
or
nail
snippet.
Application
of
nail
varnish
was
done
to
tick
and
from
the
start
was
not
applied
to
the
rim
of
the
nail
cuticles
bit
on
the
extend
of
2
to
3
mm
from
it.
At
this
point
I
had
it
so
I
asked
her
to
remove
it.
After
that,
her
EGO
got
the
better
of
it
and
she
engaged
in
back
and
forth
with
me
on
who
is
an
expert
and
who
is
not
verbal
discussion.
And
after
I
said
that
she
clearly
is
not
she
took
offense
and
rudely
asked
me
to
get
up
and
proceed
to
the
reception
where
she
charged
the
rest
of
the
amount
that
was
due
for
the
full-price
manicure.
She
did
not
finish
the
service
and
jet
the
full
charge
was
taken
from
me.
I
have
left
the
premises
of
the
property
highly
disappointed.
I
have
been
in
the
beauty
industry
since
1999,
finished
school
at
OPI,
Shellac,
Gelish,
Magnetic,
Alessandro,
and
numerous
others,
the
list
is
too
long
to
actually
name.
And
honestly,
I
have
never
experienced
such
poor
service.
I
was
honestly
expecting
much
better
and
more
quality
work
from
your
establishment.
Whoever
did
the
training
with
Megan
should
reconsider
the
quality
of
the
passed
knowledge.
I
would
not
recommend
you
establishment
to
anyone
when
it
comes
to
the
manicure
service
