There's always a friendly welcome upon arrival in reception. Very rarely do you have to wait very long to be seen by the dentist. I go to the hygienst regularly and she is so pleasant and gentle and knows my dental history, I feel very comfortable.

Pat Harknett is a total professional gentleman. Very conscientious. Takes a pride in his work. Reception staff are very friendly and professional. Great service. Giving 5 star review. Well deserved.

I had been with my Dentist for 25yrs and he retired so I needed a new dentist . I’d heard good things about Dental Care in Mayfield so decided to try them. Well, I wasn’t disappointed. The Dentist was wonderful, she explained everything that was to be done. I wasn’t in the slightest bit nervous. The receptionist was lovely and friendly and her manner would put you at ease. I highly recommend them.

Treatment was first rate. The staff from reception to dentist, hygienist etc. couldn't have been nicer. Everything was explained clearly and I felt no pressure to pursue one line of treatment over another.

I have been trying to ring this place for months because I badly needed an appointment. Finally i got through to them only to find out they blacklisted me and blocked my number over 5 missed appointments. They made it out that I just didn't bother showing up for these appointments when in fact i cancelled in advance. 3 of them from 6 to 7 years ago. All appointments had been cancelled by me in advance because I was busy or something came up with work only to be rescheduled for which I did show up then. I was then told I had to pay a €20 penalty if I wanted to be seen after they ignored me initially. I have been going to this dentist for about 15 years now and i never will again. Stay away

You are made to feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you arrive. I myself have major Dental phobia and they always make me feel comfortable about any procedure I am about to have done. I want to praise Kerry in reception, she has always tried to advise and accommodate me for any appointments. I have had experience with most of the Dental team and I have to say the care I have received has been exceptional. My experience has always been very comfortable. All staff are friendly and very informative. You are never rushed and always given the time needed. The Dentist can be very daunting but this factor is eliminated when in great care at Dental Care, Mayfield, Cork.

Excellent service with friendly receptionists and the phone is always answered promptly. Louise is a fantastic dentist who is always professional. Thanks to everyone.
