Rooms are very nice and include great sustainability features. The restaurant food is reasonably priced and fantastic!

I made a mistake entering my email whilst making a booking and of course have not received a booking confirmation. I have not been able get through on the customer service phone line, nor find an email address for them. I realise it is easier for them not to talk to customers or answer mails but there are occasions when they should.
