I’ve
had
plenty
of
great
experiences
in
Mardyke,
but
first
time
out
after
Covid
19
I’ve
been
faced
with
a
situation
where
I
paid
€8
to
book
a
table
in
the
Woodshed
for
13:45
on
a
Sunday,
and
well
punctual
I
was
told
that
the
Woolshed
is
not
actually
open
and
that
they
will
have
to
“try
making
the
F1
work”
on
one
of
the
TVs
in
the
Mardyke
after
we
agreed
to
have
a
seat
upstairs.
4
or
5
drinks
in
we
were
honestly
having
a
great
time
but
nowhere
near
drunk
enough
to
have
a
situation
where
we
were
considered
“drunk
guests”,
however,
the
manager
insisted
we
have
our
last
drink
at
15:30,
20
minutes
into
bowling
so
we
decided
to
stand
up
and
leave.
This
is
totally
unacceptable,
as
we
were
enjoying
ourselves
after
a
few
drinks
but
we
were
not
even
close
to
the
level
of
being
drunk
as
the
manager
have
suggested.
The
whole
place
was
unprofessional
and
their
system
let
us
book
a
table
for
a
non
existent
opening
time,
yet
we
were
the
ones
to
feel
embarrassed
about
being
stopped
for
drinks
after
having
2
pints,
2
cocktails
and
one
spirit
-
I
do
not
agree
we
were
“drunk”
as
opposed
to
what
the
“manager”
of
Mardyke
entertainment
complex
though
therefore
the
situation
was
very
embarrassing
and
the
service
was
unprofessional.
I’ve
spent
plenty
of
time
and
money
in
there
and
that’s
how
they
repay
this
customer
loyalty.
If
you
have
the
choice,
DO
NOT
GO
THERE.
