Have to say I was disappointed, We went in the morning, midweek during term time. First off disappointed with the cost, no off peak or even reduced price for babies, it's still full price even if toddlers too small for big area, the ball pits were all bagged up and closed, 2 of I think 4 slides in big section closed and one of two in the baby section. Muffins still frozen. Kids had fun but not sure I'd recommend it in mornings for smallies.

My kids had such a good time there's great food loving staff and the play area is a great way to keep kids busy or to get their mind off somthing. It's 5 to 12s in the big area and if you have a toddler or baby there is a baby section

Fair price with good facilities, kids have a lot of fun. Different play zone suitable for almost young kids age range. Nice place for coffee time of parents. Alway busy in weekends. Didn’t give full stars as they don't allow customers bring your own food and drinks. (disguised forced consumption)

Would not rate the place for two reasons - rude staff, super unmannerly, and the prices. It's a tenner in, and then even cordial is €3, the place itself is good for kids, just the girls working there , and the owner walking around with a pus / unfriendly look. The toilets were also filthy, no toilet paper or hand towels, who place just doesn't entice me to return or give them my well earned money !!!

I could not recommend Olive and her team enough. We had a large birthday party and the team could not have been more accommodating. Food was delicious and the team were extremely attentive at all times despite being very busy. The seating and play areas were spotless. Will definitely be back very soon. Thank you all for a fantastic day!

Clean, spacious and fun. A lovely playzone to visit. Suitable from toddler to ten or so. Very safe, with security tags attached to each child on entry. Hot food available as are teas and coffees. Well looked after by staff. Definitely worth a visit. Only downside is fairly limited parking outside with clamping in next door area. Be careful where you park.

I have used monkey maze in the past and yes the kids meals couldn't feed a skinny Hamster 🐹 and the kid's were bored after roughly forty minutes but I have a little boy who genuinely enjoys the place. So as a surprise I took my ten year old son his twin sister and his older sister to Monkey maze today. Upon arrival having driven from Tipperary as we have nothing like it anymore after the closure of planet playground we were told my ten year old son was too tall. His sister's could play but he couldn't. Thank God for airtastic just seven minutes away. He was so let down by monkey maze. We will never darken their doors again.

Fantastic place for kids to play. My tip - dress your kids brightly if you want to be able to find them as it is so big!

Brought our daughter to Monkey Maze for her first birthday party with school mates and can't help but give top marks. The play area is very large and all the small folk had all the fun they could ask for out of it, the party food is cooked fresh and everyone got a good portion of what they were expecting and limitless juice to keep them refreshed. The staff are friendly and on the ball and even helped serving the birthday cake which I hadn't actually expected. So top marks from me, very happy to give my recommendation.

Worse place especially for toddlers to go as they have a very very small toddler play area. So toddlers get bored so easily and wanted to go to the big play area where kids were running so madly inside and pushing other small kids. If you child stuck inside or other kids misbehaved the elders are not allowed to go inside and get your kid they have to wait for the staff to come and they will go inside and will take your kid outside. Balls room closed, cannon ball throwing room closed too. Just a wastage of money and time. Only good for kids above 8 years. Plus cleaning is not so good and it was overly crowded too as there was no place for elders to sit in.

It's a great place for kids and a nice area to have a coffee. The only downside is that Parking is an absolute nightmare. I generally go for other options first but that's the only reason.

Had my childs party here and defo wouldn't return! The parking situation is an absolute disaster and parents are stressed before the party even starts. Then like other reviews below we experienced rude staff but I will point out this is likely because they are expected to do too much and are over worked. Owners are running the place with a skelton crew The party area itself had no plates, or cutlery for cake, we had to ask for a jug of juice about 5, times and the food came about 15 mind after the announcement for kids to go back and sit down therefore they were mad bored. Overall I would say it is not a great place to host a party or even visit. There are far better ones around the place. We will try Air-tastic in Little island next time

Huge centre play area great to keep kids occupied for hours. Toddler area is also a great size and has a number of bits to keep all the smaller smallies happy. Staff are good, see them up in the equipment helping little ones. Foods good and noise level for the facilities is perfectly fine. Only faults are that the post mix drink machines been down for a little to long to not arrange an alternative option for softdrinks, that said there are some bottled options and coffee station. Seating can be a bit of a struggle on weekends, but you always find a spot. Overall a really good day out.

Really nice and relaxed environment for young kids to play, for hours of safe fun & also have parties, catered for. Staff are lovely always going over & above when possible

I would highly recommend Monkey Maze for a play date and especially a birthday party. Today my sons birthday was cancelled by another soft play area as there was a power outage. Luckily Monkey Maze had a free slot today and I am so grateful they were able to save my little boys party. The staff were unbelievably accommodating and so friendly. It was so clean and had lots of space for kids to run and play. They also used tags for the kids so an alarm would go off if they opened the gate to access the front door which put everyone’s mind at ease! It is a great location just a short drive from the city centre with enough parking. Kids loved the food party bags were supplied. Thanks again Monkey Maze for saving the day and being so understanding in our time of need!

I would give a full 5 stars, but the limited options for food and party snacks and obviously cost is where my problem is. Yes buy onsite but offer a better range and bulk options for better pricing if possible

Very nice place Very busy, loud & a hugely active place Service was lovely and friendly Food was nice Lots of tables and chairs to sit and wait out the kids :-) The intercom system is very hard to understand as they tell you when your time slot is up

Great and safe place for kids to interact socially and play! Only disappointing thing... check kids height before embarking on ur journey to avoid disappointment2the chilld/ren! Very sad2see children so looking fwd2 playing just2b told "sorry, ur too tall. U can't join ur siblings. U can only play basketball and soccer." I could've cried...it was heartbreaking. Especially if you have children of above average height who are still young at heart.

It's good to have a toddler area from 1 to 4yrs old with adult supervision and a separate area for kids above 5yrs old. And also the cafe is a good option for parents to have a chat and relax.

Huge site with well maintained equipment and staff are really nice. Parking can be a bit difficult when it’s busy and there’s a business park that you shouldn’t park in or you’ll get clamped.

Excellent place highly recommended very clean and safe for the kids

Great facility for kids. However, charging double the price of a single espresso for a double espresso is not a practice I was happy with. €5.60 for a double espresso made with very average quality coffee is a real mark down.

Big play area, staff are nice, only negative thing is food. Pizza is usually horrible, chicken gujons were tasteless. My kids love pizza but they couldn't eat up even one slice each. Sausage is always spicey, do most kids eat spicey? I don't think so.

Went for a birthday party there with my 6-year old and the staff was helpful and kind. Facilities are clean and safe for kids at any age. Great place to sit down, grab a cup of coffee and let the little ones run around

9 year old was too tall. So upsetting, child was so sad. Left car there to go elsewhere,at 658 car was clamped at 125 euro fine. Disgraceful. People be ware

Great play centre but parking situation is a mess. Seeing families getting clamped and hit with €125 fine for using other section in business complex a nightmare. People scrambling for spaces was actually dangerous. Had to drop kids and wife and head off looking for alternative parking, there is none in Glanmire. Won't come again.

Fantastic for the kids. Just a little short on cleanliness sometimes but alright. Our daughter always catches something there but we’ll worth the fun!?

very big indoor play center with seperate football pitch and toddler area. Under 1s go free. Little restaurant that served food and ample sitting for adults. Wish parents would watch their children more as some don't seem to care. 145cm is the cut off for children to enter the main play structure yet no one seems to enforce this either

The kids have a great few hours every time we visit. The food is what you would expect, the staff are nice & the place is relatively clean compared to other soft play places locally. The often generous claw machine is popular. Only downside is limited parking on rainy days considering the capacity of the place

The worst experience ever and total humiliation of my 10year old daughter by the staff manager....... apparently my 10year old was too tall to play wth her 9/10year old friends,as I travelled with 2 other parents and 4 other kids from mallow,....there was people waiting behind us to get into monkey maze and staff member, who was an older woman, kept saying ,out loud, repeatedly, that my daughter too tall,...my child never has an issue with her height, but she was very upset , upon leaving,,,we all had to leave that Thursday morning, which was very quiet in monkey maze, anyway, policy should be child's age, not physical size, monkey maze management should be ashamed of their lives, in this day and age,to publicly humiliate a 10YEAR OLD ChILD

We had our sons 2nd birthday here at the start of May and couldn't recommend highly enough. We're already looking forward to booking his next birthday here

  • 4/5 Sinead C. 2 years ago on Google
Kids love it here. Would help if there was some sort of a membership or family rate. 5 kids tends to be very expensive for going to play centres

Kids had a great time today at a party. Food was lovely and coffee! Great service and play area. They loved their goodie bags can't wait to go back.
