Staff in boutique are very helpful but for the last few years I order online really excellent service, order one day its here the next.been with them for well over 12 years,never a problem 👍.

First of all I have to say the store looks very modern and nice, employees were helpful as well. They gave us few tips and also help us to solve small problem with our old nesspresso machine, we bought a 24 month contract new nesspresso machine and I'd say this is a great deal for everyone. Thanks a lot guys

Perfect place to shop everything Nespresso. Also they have a coffee bar which offers free coffee. Perfect to try new flavors before buying them. The Nespresso Shop offers most things you can find on the Nespresso website, therefore a very good place to browse all items, touch them and make a decision.

The young man at the counter has 10/10 customer service skills. I found him incredibly friendly and my mother went recently and she mentioned the boy at the desk and I knew it was the same guy! Super friendly and helpful.

Top-class service always and friendly exchanges when serving and discussing coffee tasting. (Young Italian staff was intrigued to hear some customers talking in Irish and expressed his appreciation for hearing it -- typical of nice and welcoming attitude in boutique.)

Lovely staff, particularly Paul and Murt who are also so friendly and helpful. I went in yesterday to enquire about upgrading my machine and Murt gave brilliant service explaining how their promotions work etc. Thank you!

Very friendly staff and I always feel welcome when I come to get my coffee capsules. They always invite me to have a coffee there as well which is a wonderful Idea to try new sorts before purchasing a pack of 10 capsules.

Can’t fault Nespresso boutique in cork, set me up with all my gear and staff are extremely friendly in store, so much so I prefer to go back to boutique to restock instead of ordering online.

Usual good quality coffee including sample of coffee at counter. Could do with stool or area to drink it less fast. Bit hard sell on specials that were not any better than usual ones.

I went there yesterday with my friend and was served by a man named Darren. I would just like to say how lovely he was. He made us a really nice coffee and actually took the time to have a chat with us as well. He made me feel like a valued customer and wished us a happy new year. Excellent customer service.

Amazing experience with the call center. So kind and patient! Walked us through every little detail on how to clean our machine and then helped up further then the coffee was still tasting awful! Amazing service!
