😠 Incredibly rude staff. Sunday 11th June the lady on the help button was ZERO help and condescending to boot. Apparantly in Q-Parks world a 'daily' rate consists of just 8hrs not 24hrs like the rest of the planet. A lesson in customer service and clearer tariff rates are needed. People often mention park, parking,

I would leave 0 stars but that’s not possible so I give a 1. We have never been to this car park before, so we were unsure of how to pay as we were only waiting for our father to come out of his hospital appointment and we’re not leaving the car. We rang the bell and the lady on the intercom was an absolutely horrible lady, so so rude. We asked her how we pay as we don’t have contactless she then said “you shouldn’t have came in if you didn’t have contactless payment” we explained we did not know that and where do we pay, and she continued to say “just turn around” as if there wasn’t a huge line of traffic behind us. We then rang again and no answer. She was accusing us of trying to get free parking when we were just asking where do we pay. I then rang customer service it was the same lady again and she hung up on me. My sister then started crying as we were so overwhelmed by the situation. My dad had been waiting outside about 40 minutes by this time. If it wasn’t for the lovely man who was also using the carpark helping us we would not have gotten out at all. There is severe floods and we are over 40 minutes away from home. I then rang the helpline number inside the building and the irish man who answered was lovely said he would pass my number onto the boss and that the woman who was on the intercom is based in England and was so shocked at the treatment we received. She should be fired, horrible woman.

Parking at this car park is so unsafe . Drug addicts on stairwells and in the corner of the car park openly injecting . On my way to my car on the first floor at 8pm post my shift I encountered 4 four people openly injecting beside my car I was terrified. the security gaurd did confront them but it’s not good enough . Management are aware as it has been brought to their attention.

Handy location if you want to avoid the Patrick's Street/Grand Parade area in your car. Entrance is a little tight and it has gradually gotten more expensive in recent times. Not the most spacious car park either but the staff are helpful and it is generally clean and well looking after.

Very central carpark. I've always been able to get a car space. You must approach the closed shutter gates slowly and it will rise. 3.50 for the first hour today in March 2023.

I use this car park a lot; its very convenient. Last time I used it, there was a problem with the easytrip tag recognition system and it appeared that I had been charged both on the parking ticket and my easytrip tag. When I sought assistance I met the area manager, Daragh, who happened to be in the area. He was extremely helpful and was courteous and professional throughout. He then followed up my complaint by both text and email. This kind of response to a complaint is all too rare these days in my experience and was a very pleasant surprise. Thanks again Daragh for your assistance. Joe McCarthy

Very close to Washington Street, I appreciate it had a safety feature so that you can only enter the pay area if you have a ticket. Well lit up too.

Completely overpriced. I lost my ticket in the wind while getting out of my car in the morning and I had to pay the full day price to get out of there. I only park there if absolutely necessary.

We visited this car park, paid for our parking but got no change. We pushed the help button and were reassured we would get a response the next day. Three weeks later several emails and no response. Very disappointed.
