I’m really not exaggerating when I’m saying Orlaith and the staff are few of the best human beings on this planet. We have an extremely anxious and reactive border collie with a long list of meds we’ve tried and every vet we’ve been to just told us to exercise more - but not Orlaith. She was incredibly gentle with our dog and extremely thorough with the exams and no, exercising more was not the answer. I really cannot thank enough for everything you did for us and our doggo ❤️

Brought our puppy in for the health check. Fantastic staff, everyone was extremely friendly and a great environment. We also signed up for the pet health club which has great benefits. I have a lot of comfort knowing that anytime out dog will visit they will be treated with top quality care.

We foster kittens through the cat action trust and the Animal Care are so easy to deal with. They are all so friendly and passionate about their jobs. They are like pet therapists being there for the good and the bad. We had many trips to come in to get the kittens vaccinated or medicated. Sadly one occasion we had the very sad and unfortunate reality of having to lose one of our kittens in the process. The vet hospital was very empathetic and respectful on the whole journey. They sent us a hand written condolence note and felt really well taken care of. Highly recommend for all your pet needs.

Trust to me is the most important attribute when choosing a family vet. I have 100% confidence and faith that my animals are receiving the best care. All of the Doctors have explained procedures, options and costs in terms that I understand. What makes this practice extra special is that they take that great care and love, treating my pets like their own.

The doctors and stuff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Before becoming a client my dog was in and out of the Vet almost every second month for an ear infection or skin rushes and the Vet suggested any proper solution. At Animal Care they listened and gave me a treatment that works. Pepper rarely has any rushes or infection and is in great health. Thank you for caring☺️

Friendly atmosphere made Charlie feel secure and happy even though his procedure wasn’t pleasant but he walked out wagging his tail. The whole team are fantastic.

My cats always get treated very well at the Animal Hospital. I went here for the first time years ago to ask for a second opinion on my cat who needed surgery. I was blown away by how lovely everyone was, and immediately switched over to them as my vet. My cats get lots of cuddles whenever they visit, they are always available for a call for advice, and most importantly, you can tell everyone who works their loves their job.

We have been bringing our family pets to the Animal Care Vetinary Hospital for the past 25 years and have always received the most excellent care for them. The expertise, kindness and understanding of all the staff are second to none and we could not recommend them highly enough.

Nothing is too much for the staff,I had an emergency recently with a dog & the staff were on hand immediately, no waiting about. Fabulous practice. Gar.

Real caring animal care here, nothing too much trouble, you feel very secure that your pets are in good hands and very well looked after. All staff are fantastic, what I really loved is that when one of our cats was in for a small procedure we got a daily phone call with updates on how he was doing. This is excellent service. Always friendly and helpful staff. We would take our dog to see them as well. They are also always willing to put up with my million questions as a first time cat owner. The first year I had my cat I kept calling them for advice and the staff were always very polite and patient with me. 🤣 Their late shift staff are also extremely kind and full of good advice. Even though I live further away, this is the place I would rather travel to, for my pets healthcare. Thank you to all who work here. You guys are awesome! Please keep up the awesome work!

We've had a number of times where our cat has gotten suddenly ill. The staff here couldn't do enough to help us. She's also very difficult to bring to the vet and they've been so accommodating in order to give her the best care possible. First class care. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Each and every member of staff here are the nicest people on earth!!!! They took so much care of my 2 cats Quincy and GiGi as I was a very very nervous and worried cat mom!!! They are always there to give advice and are so so calming. I won’t go anywhere else I trust them so much 💕

Very fast response, extremely friendly and helpful staff and people that love and care a lot about pets, was worried for not knowing any vets in the city at first but now I feel home with them!

Brilliant care for all pets and for pet owners too. Have used them in emergencies and regular check ups. When our our 17 year old dog was diagnosed with cancer, her end of life care and the compassion that we experienced from the staff was second to none.

They do cat boarding for clients at €14 a night - food and toys included by them! Last time I boarded Luna they also de-flead and wormed her for free. I also feel like I can call any time for advice and there will always be someone there to chat and give an honest and careful opinion. A wee bit trigger happy with prescribing expensive medications though, but I have simply declined the offer and it's been fine.

Aoife helped my beautiful bunny with the beginnings of gut stasis. Her early intervention meant that Buffy was back to her usual, happy self within a day. I was worried that I was overreacting by taking her to the vet when I first suspected something might be off, but Aoife took every precaution and made sure Buffy was comfortable and pain-free immediately. I also appreciated being given an appointment so quickly, and being able to ring the surgery with any questions or concerns. Bunnies are naturally cautious so the fear-free approach is fantastic and minimises the stress on both my rabbits.

Excellent service. So professional. So thorough.I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. From the moment I registered Jules as a new patient I was highly impressed. We have had a few visits since we got Jules in February and recently for neutering. Jules has definitely enjoyed all the attention and the treats. I have enjoyed all the attention she gets. I’m like a proud dog lover parent. Huge thanks to Avril and Chantel especially but also to all the staff. We subsequently got a second one called Jingles so now we have double trouble 🤣🤣🤣in the best possible way 🤣🤣🤣

Our dog Sammy Ryan recently went to doggy heaven. As a family we could highly recommend the girls in the Animal Care Veterinary Hospital , gave Sammy such wonderful care since he got sick in the Summer.We received a beautiful note from Sarah , meant so much to us in particular to our daughter Susie.
