😠 My god, the lady who answers the phone is so dismissive and condescending! She doesn't listen at all and cuts your speech constantly. She must understand that people who go to the doctor are already felling bad. Instead, she stabs you more and more... and more and more. Awful person and experience. People often mention Moloney,

I rang to check if they were taking in new patients and the receptionist was rude. A simple no would suffice.

My rating is directed towards the staff, not the GP's. I came in with my son (toddler) to sign him up with Dr. Der Moloney who was recommended to me after ringing around. I was told he was working today. Not only did they not let me speak to Dr. Moloney, but the blonde-haired girl at the reception told me not to waste my time coming back. She said you can try coming back Monday, but I doubt he'll be accepting new patients, and according to her, I won't find anyone taking on new patients anywhere in the city centre. When I asked where to go and what to do next, she looked at me dumbfounded and shrugged.... We live in the city, and according to her we won't be able to find a GP for my son anywhere. Hopefully I find a GP soon, but the experience I had here was very poor.

Terrible experience. Doctor prescribed Mirena and didn’t want to do the insertion even though gynaecologist said any GP could do it (I’m not a special case, just have Endometriosis fibroids). I spent €152 buying the device to have it set aside. Find a specialist and don’t waist money as I did!

Got a weird hernia exam. He didn't break the news kindly at all and was rough. I left feeling depressed and discouraged. I went home feeling like I should just give up on fitness altogether over this one hurdle. Thankfully I'm seeing another gp who's holistic in his approach and takes the physical and mental benefits of sport seriously. Oh, and his parting words were that I should be thankful I don't have cancer. Well maybe I don't but it's what both my parents died from it so cheers for that. Bit of sensitivity goes a long way.

I went to this centre in late October last year as I had issues with my lower back and was told that someone will ring me to schedule MRI test in 2 weeks... still waiting :-)

I spent over a year trying to get a diagnosis in other GP surgeries. I was also referred to medical specialists. On my first visit to Dr. Janet O'Sullivan, a diagnosis made, medication prescribed and the condition cured there after. I found Janet to be excellent in the fine art of listening, I didn't feel rushed and found her to possess genuine empathy. Excellent qualities for any successful doctor.

Dr Der Moloney is im my opinion the best GP. I trust him fully and when my daughter is feeling seriously unwell Im always seen him, he was also Dr of my very elderly father and always perfect with medication and diagnoses for him. Dr Janet is mine and my daughter GP for every consulation and I recommend her without hestation

Great service. Dr Der Moloney is a very good doctor, understanding and knowledgeable. Jenny is a great nurse, and very helpful and good at her job. The rest of the staff are very helpful and prompt with all matters. Would recommend.

My and also whole family’s GP. Doctors are very nice. Jenny is so good doing vaccines. Still with them even after moving. Could see it’s becoming busier over the past 8 years.

👍👍 When I entered Optimal Chiropractic last November, I was in so much pain. Since 2017 I was suffering with back and knee issues, could no longer run, walk for long, stand on the spot for more than 5 minutes....without pain. From day one I had decided that it was time to invest in myself as I wanted...
