Normal Saturday service resumed, jam packed with loads of novice trolley drivers 😱 knees and toes in constant danger. Ques at every till , great for Dunnes not so great for customers. Saying that, the staff on the checkout make it as quick a process without any drama and are so friendly 👍

Lovely store. Well stocked. Friendly staff. BUT every week the prices are increasing at an alarming rate. It's 50c here ,50c there. This week I noticed a 50c increase on a bag of frozen chips that originally cost 2 euro, last Fri That's a 25% increase on one item.

Went in for scones and they are the nicest you can get, the only problem is people are moving them around with bare hands not using the thongs which is off putting.

Generally pretty good all around. Most of the staff are very pleasant and the selection of stuff is impressive. The ladies in the Cafe are always so nice to my little girls when we stop by. The homeware and kids clothes sections are pretty well stocked.

I think ye need to get different clothes for women. It's the same thing for years. And your shoes are very hard on the feet. You need to increase your sizes aswell maybe to UK 44 for women. Lots of women like a light shoe, soft pinks or nude, slip on, with an eggcup heal. We don't like shoes that you need to wear socks, as it takes off our false tan. Mens and kids and household are grand. Cheers.

So the café is supposed to close at 5 but actually stops selling coffee at 4.35pm. that's just bad and disappointing customer service

If you're going to the supermarket, be prepared to queue at the checkout. Also, if you're buying frozen food, the fridges are fairly empty, a lot of stuff is still on trolleys. The delivery must have been fairly late, I'm guessing. On the plus side, there's a lot of bargains to be had in the clothes section!

Rude staff and the most unhelpful/dismissive supervisor that was as much help as a chocolate fireguard. Dirty till areas with broken conveyor belt and obviously the news of covid hasn’t reached that store yet. It will most definitely be my last shopping experience with Dunnes and on hindsight I’m just sorry I continued with the payment and didn’t just leave them to empty my trolley and put it all back on the shelves. Update July '23. The upgrading of the café to the SOL brand has made a big difference. Helpful staff and great snack and coffee offering. Also a very well managed glass and can recycling in a corner of the car park Very good "Dunnes". Loads of parking, very large Dunnes Supermarket and also separate clothes and household section. The centre also has a few other shops including a café. Probably could do with some modernisation now and when that happens, it'll get a five from me

Nice dunnes. Loads of parking. Nice supermarket good selection of productsand great selection of fresh food. Only negative some of the shelves in the back where stacked incorrectly for example laying at angles on top of each other and based on the volume it was definitely a member of staff that stacked them that way, if you where short and you picked an item from the top shelf the items could easily fall down on you.

Just a general good store for your weekly groceries. Especially in combination with Dunnes rewards card and the weekly promotions we found it was actually on par either budget grocery stores

Its been a while since I have here, but I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements made to the store. Very nice.

Dunnes stores are excellent and value for money. My only criticism, I recently ordered online and used the click and collect service. I went to the store to collect the goods, to a counter with a sign click and collect. The lady who was a little aggressive, shouted to me, ‘ you can’t come here’ you have to join a long snaking queue, around the main cashier area’s? I spent another 20 minutes queuing! The click and collect was a separate counter, why mix the counters together? In other companies stores, this service is always independent. Dunnes should market the product ‘click, queue and collect’ Personally I did not see any benefit in ordering online. It did not save me time and it was hassle. I won’t be using Dunnes ‘Click queue and collect’ service in the future !!

Dunnes Stores in Ballyvolane is another great Dunnes Stores location. Like other locations, there are two large open shopping areas, one for clothing and homeware and the other is a grocery and food shopping area! The grocery area has a wide range of food items from fresh fruit and veg! There is also a selection of fully cooked and ready to go meals!

Haven't been to this store in 15 years and was expecting it to be different as it looks different on the outside but that's just it. Range of goods in 15yrs I've been away for men not much of a selection. Dunnes you need to jump into the 21st century for men's clothing

Good it would be better if they had a few EV car chargers in their massive car park like Lidl across the road. That's Dunnes in the background.

Great store for clothing but the food dept is a other story, called here yesterday while passing said I’d pick up lunch supplies etc, if my trolly wasn’t half full of what I needed I would of left it 🤮 the shop was crawling with the dirt lots of young staff that would prefer talking about there Saturday night out then clean the place up, I picked up 2 pots of soup looked at the dates and they were 6 DAYS expired I told 2 young girls working there and they looked at each other and laughed! Walked to get some milk found a deli bag of half eaten goods stuffed in the milk trays! The shop is walking 🤮🤮🤮
