Love going in to this store,the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Customer service is I big thing having worked in it myself and it's what brings me back everytime.

Recently popped into Nevilles in Cork city where I found a beautiful ring. It wasn’t in the store in my size and I was only visiting cork for the day. The girls in the shop and on the phone were so helpful and friendly. They arranged for the ring to be resized and posted to me, which only took one week! Excellent service by all accounts!

Great customer service care & advice. I recently brought in my engagement ring to get the white gold dipped & cleaned Was ready within a few days When i returned to collect it I was weak for it as it like a new ring It was gleaming glistening. While i was there Margaruite helped me pick a beautiful band ring to match it She was ever so helpful Was delighted with my purchase Would highly recommend this business I forget the other 2 girls names They were both very friendly & polite like Margaruite

Having lost an engagement ring we called into Neville Jewellers to find a replacement. Nicola sourced another ring in the exact style that we had purchased back in 2020. It was in another store and she went out of her way to have it delivered over so we could take it away the same day. Every person on your team that we dealt with have been so kind and helpful in a stressful time! Such a relief and very much appreciated. We'll certainly be coming back again to get the wedding bands in the future and I'd recommend ye in a heartbeat

My now husband bought my engagement ring in the store last February 2020. I had a problem with my ring around Christmas, the store took back my ring and had it fixed for me. The service from the sales team was absolutely fantastic, communication was prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend this local store!!

Best place in cork for jewellery or repairs very friendly staff

The minute that I entered the shop the lady behind the counter looked at me strangely. I felt very uncomfortable... She was very cold when I asked her to show me something. When I thought last year I spent lot of money there on a watch and this year I just wanted to buy another gift in this shop but I was so disappointed by the welcoming that I walked out and I went to the other jeweller in the same street.

No refunds. I had a very good experience with the staff they were very polite and helpful and I have no complaint with the service. However I think people should be aware that they do allow refund even during the Christmas period.

Called to this shop twice looking for an engagement ring, then first time neither employees even acknowledge me, too busy with head down and just didn't want to be bothered. So I left I called again thinking maybe the last time was just a bad day, this time the older lady again didn't even say hello, same blonde lady, head down in paperwork.the younger girl was pleasant his time showing me a few rings, when I asked about what they thought of lab diamonds and their resale value, the younger girl had to ask the older lady in which she replied "I haven't a clue " she had zero interest in interating ot making a sale. I had a very generous budget, took my business elsewhere. Out of all the jewellers I went to in cork city this was the worst in terms of customer experience. Will never shop here

Great customer care, advice and service. I wanted a signet ring resized, the shape of the ring proved to be awkward meaning I asked for it to be changed three times before being happy with it. The staff were excellent in their customer care and advice, wanting to make sure I was totally happy with the resizing before giving it back. Original price quoted was charged despite the three resizings. Would highly recommend them for this service. I didn’t get their names but it was a blonde and brunette lady mainly who assisted me.

Yvonne cork city branch, Fabulous to deal with, had a few issues with my engagement ring and Neville jewellers have tried to help resolve the issue a couple of times, delt with Yvonne a few times now, Yvonne helped me pick out the prefect replacement engagement ring she was so helpful, kind and genuinely felt like she was happy to help. I didn’t feel rushed, thank you for spending the time to help me and get my issues corrected, you have been a great help. Will 100% be returning for my wedding bands. Look forward to seeing you all again soon thank you
