Male member of staff was incredibly rude. Very unprofessional (my name was shouted across the room and corridor) & lacked basic customer service skills. I will not return in the future and certainly would not recommend to anyone. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience & wasting his time. All female members of staff couldn’t have done more, they were incredibly helpful.

I searched online and I booked a free hearing test. Then I got there and a lady at the reception told me they are not taking online bookings. I showed them their website and where I put all my details. But she replied "oh it must have ended up in the spam, we only take bookings by phone. I'm aftaid we are full for today." Well first of all good luck making reservations on a phone call with someone who has hearing problem... the thing that actually made me feel very disappointed, is that they made no effort asking if I could leave them my details, in order to let me know when there would be availability next time. I just left and I'm definitely going elsewhere.

Came Down From Dublin to the most wonderful experience from booking by phoning with only 2 days notice for an appointment on a Friday afternoon @4pm i sopke to Niamh she was amazing and provided great costumer service, i arrived in and was seen as i arrived by Lauren for sleep fit ear plugs she checked my ears i needed wax removal so at this late hour on a Fiday i couldt believe it a lovely girl Aisling saw me and after alot of work on her behalf sorted me then back to Lauren to have moulds done all sorted and left at 4.50pm they will post up to me when ready never had such pleasent service would highly recommend thank you all Helga

I finally realised I wanted to participate fully at social outings,hear properly while watching tv, concerts and theatre. I missed a lot. It was vanity and embarrassment. I had hearing loss over a period of 15 years. Eventually the isolation of all the missed words and phrases and asking people to repeat themselves got really annoying. I made an appointment and the front desk staff put me at ease. During the consultation I was comfortable with the audiologist and at this stage, I've seen a couple audiologist and they were thorough and caring. I could not expect more. Well I don't want to have hearing loss but I'm dealing with that.

I have had excellent service and follow up from Egans Hearing Aid Centre for the last 5 years. The whole experience of testing and fitting of my hearing aids was professional and pleasant from start to finish. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Five stars at least!

First time getting hearing aids and from hearing test 2 getting fitted with hearing aids was made feel very comfortable. Highly recommended egans .

I attended the hearing centre yesterday and the service I received (at short notice)was excellent from Angela at reception to Lauren, the audiologist-I have always found the staff there very helpful and easy to deal with.The hearing aids that I was fitted with are excellent (Oticon).Many thanks. I attended egans for a hearing test which was completed Aisling. She was very professional and patient. My results were shown to me and explained very clearly. She went through all management options available and ones that would be recommended for my hearing level and lifestyle . I left feeling confident in my decision and at ease! I recently brought my child to Egan’s Fernhurst clinic after some initial red flags from in-school hearing tests. From the moment we arrived our paediatric audiologist Aisling was outstanding in how she put my child at ease, interacted with her and introduced the thorough yet gentle on the child hearing testing process. The games and interaction with my child to help facilitate the test were outstanding and really helped my daughter relax to ensure the highest quality results from the testing. I genuinely cannot recommend fernhurst enough for how both parent and child were walked through the hearing tests and the level of expertise and care that was demonstrated. 5 out of 5, thank you Egan’s and Aisling.

I want to thank Richard, Angela and all the staff for their kindness and professionalism shown to my aunt recently. At this moment in time Ann needs to see an ENT specialist on Richard's advice whereas we thought Ann would need a hearing aid!! His generosity and kindness was very much appreciated. I have had dealings with Egans over the past 10 years as my Mum is a customer and cannot say enough good things about the team there. I found them to be very welcoming, courteous, friendly and very professional. From Mum's initial consultation to the aftercare she has received since has been second to none.

Delighted with service from Angela and her help with getting ear defenders for my children. They find some situations difficult if there is a lot of noise. The ear defenders will get alot of use as we head into the Silly Season of Panto, busy restaurants and noisy streets. Thank you so much.
