    "I went to the store, asked for a SIM card, explained that my phone was from another country, and he sold me this SIM card, saying it would work within 24 hours. However, four days passed and it still wasn't working. I returned to the store, and the man who assisted me was extremely rude. Knowing that my English is not perfect, he didn't make an effort to help me. In the end, he didn't refund my money, and I still don't have the SIM card. So, I ended up wasting my time and money."

    Had the best in store retail experience in here today. Was dealing with Gemma who was super patient and attentive. She was so helpful, helping me to decide on phones, plans and talking me through discounts. Gemma and the other staff are a credit to this store they work great as a team together.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Phil earlier today. He was absolutely fantastic, his manner, knowledge & perception of what I required in a phone was exceptional. My only issue was that I couldn't acquire the phone from him as it was out of stock. Thank you Phil for the time and education you gave me today.

    Very rude staff the girl I dealt with was rushing me and made me feel like a nuisance. She made it very clear that she did not want to help me and rushed through my query. She couldn't wait for me to leave basically

    Found their number online, made multiple multiple calls - no answer, left multiple messages on the answer machine to discuss the particular repair required over a three day period - no return call even though the answer machine says leave name message and number and they will return call. Very very poor service. Will take my phone elsewhere.

    No queueing system, so everyone just gets frustrated waiting. Also, their SIM card system was down, which seems quite a key part of what Vodafone does.

    Really helpful I was unable to get fibre broadband but I was able to get a free standing box that is amazing 👏 fantastic reception and the staff member I dealt with was so nice

    zero stars. Long term business customers. Shockingly bad service, Dealing with a customer complaint since December. One of our accounts was due an upgrade, we were given the wrong phone, wrong plan and no contract (They said they would email it) .worst of all they did not log the phone and told us we were due an upgrade so we basically could have walked away with 2 phones. It's scary how chaotic and disorganised they are. This happened in their Oliver Plunkett store, cork. The manager and staff there sadly were beyond not helpful. We want to move from vodafone. So disappointing.

    I had a fantastic experience visiting this Vodafone location. I was assisted by Caoimhe and Phil with buying a new sim card and setting up broadband for my apartment. They were extremely knowledgeable and added a personal touch to my shopping experience. They definitely need to be recognized for their customer service skills, 10/10

    The call center that attended me is the worst; They even cut the call when I was talking to them, you don't have a proper customer service if you have a problem. I won't recommend this company.

    Went here after recommended by MI customer support since the store deals with the warranty of MI watches. When i was dropping the watch asked the girl in the reception for the contact number of the store/Technician. She said they will call me. They kept my watch there for two weeks and not even contacted me single time. When i went to collect the watch, they said the technician couldn't repair the watch, because he didn't had any tools. Why would a store become warranty support for MI product when they dont even have the basic tools to repair the products they supporting? Or they only support expensive products? Very bad experience.

    Bought an iPhone for my daughter. Six weeks later phone gave trouble under warranty. This Friday will be six weeks waiting for phones return which they said would be 5 to ten working days. Absolutely incompetent staff all round. Still waiting to hear when the phone will be replaced.

    I’ve been a Vodafone business customer for well over 10 years and have all my telecoms with same. The in-store service is simply shocking and not becoming of a premium brand. I was due an upgrade and was advised by Vodafone over the phone to go to the store at Winthrop Street, Cork to get the phone in-store, as it was out of stock but the shop would have one. The in-store staff were hopeless. I left a 5 star review two years ago which I have now revised to one star. I was at the point of pulling all my business from Vodafone.

    I called into your store today and i think the man's name was phil i had the most pleasant experience dealing with this gentleman, he was extremely knowledgeable about your products while also being brilliant to deal with i purchased today but i will 100% be back again to deal with him in the future.

I followed instructions & all went well all the way Ireland, UK, & back to Canada!     I am an American. I came inside the store with a smile and left with a frown. The woman who waited on me refused to tell me anything about their plans, anything about cost, or anything much at all unless I asked her specifically. She never even looked at me during my transaction. She kept looking out the window. She didn't tell me what she was doing the whole time she was using a computer. I was left to stand there. At one time as she was looking into the street, I saw an elderly woman go by pushing a walker. I said, "That's me in a few years!" She turned and asked, "What?" She was looking right at the lady. I told her what I was talking about. Do you know what she said? Nothing, nada, not a darn thing. It was the chillest experience I have had in a long time. Terrible service was different from what I have come to expect from Irish people who are friendly and open. She sold me a month plan with unlimited Internet and 100 minutes of talk for only 20 Euros. That was great, however, the woman who waited on me was rude, cold, and needed training.

    brought in phone for repair had to pay for parking wait for an hour in city and phone wasn't fixed still has same issue and now trying to ring them since 12pm no answer.
