Bit of a wait but was nice to find a place that accepted walk-ins. Might be advisable to not speak of covid related topics, easy to have controversial views. Bit pricey compared to what I normally pay but overall an OK cut. Side note (small ocd): it was weird that every bulb over every chair was cool white in color except one which was warm white.

Outstanding service here. As a repeat customer, I appreciate the care that each worker takes and the friendliness is very great. I'm not sure what her name is but I had the Polish lady and she was fantastic, friendly, and really proficient at her job.

Having just spent the last couple of hours on the Barbers Chair with a cut & style and finished with a Hot towel shave its safe to say Galway’s male grooming is in good hands,Well done lads ,next time i’m in town i’ll be be popping in again.. 👏👏👏

Great experience with Grafton shops, had a chance to get a haircut in both shops in Cork, and like it every time, for all the boys in my family. Barbers are quick and precise, will do your cut how you like it and even suggest if you’re not sure. Will continue coming here and recommend the place for sure.

Was a usual customer, nice staff with good chat but have had one haircut butchered too many. Asked for the ends cut to keep the hair long, but instead had my hair cut down to the very roots and not for the first time it's happened. As you can imagine, fairly unimpressed having to regrow it for months after every visit.

Maurice did a great job, I asked for a high foil fade as well as a beard shape up and he delivered just that. He took his time and paid fine interest to detail which I greatly appreciated seeing as I’ve found many barbers don’t do that and just rush the job. That wasn’t the case here. His customer service skills were top tier also, very friendly and had interesting and informative conversation with him as he cut my hair. Would definitely return!

The lady in there is very good, had a lad today and he just didn’t listen to me at all, even when I expressed what was important to me a second time to emphasise it. Will be looking elsewhere unfortunately, very unhappy with the haircut.
