It was a good experience, atmosphere, cleanliness, well organized and just fell short of service. At the beginning of my order, (dining in), I requested honey with my meal for the bisquits. I requested 2x totally after, once finding not on tray, again when adding another side dish, Cajun rice as it appeared appetizing when I saw it on my companions tray and felt totally ignored. Yes, it's a simple item, however... has to be a major cost concern to management. My order was taken and served by the Manager.

It was okay, a typical fast food restaurant. The service was typical of a minimum wage fast food server. I would not go out of my way to eat here, but if you're looking for fast food, it is a reasonable option.

I was only there to pick up a food delivery, but they were so kind and accommodating. Will definitely be go there for myself, soon. 😊

Where do I start smh! Ordered a family variety box which is $40 bucks got nasty cold food! The rice was mushy and had Mac n cheese pieces and fries in it ! The chicken wasn't cooked completely I called the manager he was rude and said he will give me a refund! And said it's been a rough day so this is what happens I told him I'm calling corporate he said ok he's not losing his job! People working there with pants hanging low and touching the food with no gloves ! Very disgusting and if management isn't right the employees won't be! The guy played on his hair and then started fixing a biscuit without gloves I almost vomit ..

I'm only giving this location 2 stars because on a good day, the food can be really good but ultimately they deserve a 1 star. Unfortunately this is the only Bojangles in this area so when the cravings happens, it's my only option. I understand how hard the food service industry can be, especially with being understaffed, but it has nothing to do with that...it's just pure laziness. I'd be rich with the amount of times I've gotten overcooked fries, or burnt breakfast patties, etc. Not to mention how often they are out of chicken at this location which is shocking since that is their main selling point and product. It's not even like I'm pulling up right before closing time either...I'm talking hours before they close they are out of items. I don't know if they truly don't have the product or are too lazy to cook more but my bet is on being lazy. I wish I could say I won't return but I crave Bojangles too often. Just writing this review to warn others that they should have very low expectations when coming to this location.

Whoever was working the drive thru on 10/24 at 12:10pm was a wonderful person to have take orders. She made my day just with her attitude !

Who's in CHARGE????? Your night shift sucks! Everytime we go there in the evenings, they're Always out of everything it seems. I arrived at 7:30 7:44pm. They were out of dark meat and Mac and cheese. I said well how long for dark meat? The guy stated we're not cooking anymore chicken tonight. I like, but close at 10. I just drove off. This has happened at this location with many people. I just went to Huntersville, they had everything I needed, no hesitation!

doors to the dine in area were locked at 10:30 am and their were no bo rounds on the menu...sweet tea was good though and the bo-berry biscuits were delicious
