    The manager was very rude. I came back to ask for a remake of my sandwich. The bread was very soggy and I had to pick through my food and scrap off the soggy bread. I mentioned this to her and she had a horrible attitude. Said that my sandwich was soggy because I asked for extra oil and vinegar (which I didn’t the first time). I would not eat here. Staff has poor emotional control.

    Sandwiches are unique and delicious, service is fast & friendly, but the method for delivery at the counter is a little confusing. Calling order numbers would be more efficient.

    I ordered food from Jimmy Johns on Sunday around 4:30-5:00pm. The driver dropped my food off, knocked on the door and left without taking a payment. I received a phone call on this Monday morning at about 10:30am, while I'm at work, a manager asking to come to my home to retrieve a payment, because his driver usually take credit payments, and didn't know it was a cash payment. Now where I work, if this sort of thing happens it comes out of my check. The manager was rude and I do not feel he needs to show up at my door due to lack of training. With him being rude bout the situation, I will NOT be ordering from them again.

    I just wanna say that the staff is incredibly nice and the manager was phenomenal. He reached out when I ordered the wrong sub and was so nice. The food is always really good too

    Food is great but pricey. I ordered sausage penne and the amount of sausage was ridiculous. Sliced real thin and the amount was about equal to 1/2 of a link. We won't be ordering from there again!

    My family and I went in later tonight around 8:30 pm and was greeted by Logan. Logan was exceptionally nice and helpful especially with us coming in so late. Great customer service. Thank you

    Clearly this place can’t grasp fractions- twice in a week I’ve asked for my sandwich to be cut in HALF…they can’t be bothered to cut it period. Do you not understand what a half is? It’s when you take a whole sandwich, use a knife and split it into TWO equal parts. It’s clearly too much to ask of this location.

    Several problems. #1 went thru the drive thru, ordered....got to the window to pay and was informed that I couldn't pay my 21.67 order with a 50 dollar bill. Why? Last time I checked, that is LEGAL US currency. Why won't you accept legal currency? I had to look like a fool fumbling for money because I only had big bills. I don't believe in credit card debt. Next, got the order, got on the road went to eat and they gave no napkins. Maybe that's normal? This was my first and last visit to any Jimmy John's. Shame on you.
