They are rude, disrespectful, stingy and dishonest, they only care about your money, maybe they have good prices (not very cheap at all) but if you have any problem… good luck to solve it By yourself because if you have paid they don’t do anything to help you, worst experience in my live traveling. You have a lot of options in coron, don’t let them ruin your travel. They are racist with tourist.

To Prim, Positive 1. We enjoy the tour so much. 2. Walking safe around the City. Some are advice and some are comments 1. Not everyone wakes up at noon, don't prepare breakfast late. 2. There are too many flies around the table. 3. The bar is unstaffed and no one to ask if need anything. 4. Don't tell the guest to save water, they know what they are doing. 5. We left without you just asking if we we're satisfied or not. 6. It seems that you only care about the payment but not about customer satisfaction. 7. Be polite with your guests and don't discriminate local tourists. 8. Do not show your guest that you are annoyed. They are still the reason of your business. 9. Once paid, you don't care anymore. 10. Don't just thank the good criticisms but learn and ready to accept negative criticisms so that you can see the mistakes and correct them for the betterment of your service to the next guests. ALL IN ALL. NOT RECOMMENDED. BUT TRY IT YOURSELF AND OBSERVE. Thanks anyway.

I am so grateful to have found this place: 1. They took care of everything. I paid 23k for 4 pax, 4 days 3 nights, family room with “Super Ultimate Tour” and “Island Escapade Tour,” both are joiners. This includes daily breakfast, transfer from the airport to the inn and vice versa. The tours included transfer and hearty lunch. 2. WiFi is strong. My kids and I have our own gadgets plus an iPad but we all used it uninterrupted and you can watch Netflix without buffering 😄 3. They offer laundry services at p80/kl which is great. Even if they are a small establishment, it was a relief to me that they offer it and I didn’t have to go looking else where. 4. I paid with a credit card! 5. You can rent kayaks and snorkels from them for your tours. Fairly priced, too. Like crystal kayak is p1,800, regular kayak is p1,000, snorkel set is p150 per day. I know you can also rent a GoPro, it was part of the list. 6. The place is generally quiet and peaceful yet near places to eat, even bars, and cash machines. There are also souvenir shops within walking distance. No annoying karaoke singing/noise. 7. Rooms are clean with cabinets/drawers to put clothes in and they will also clean your room for you, just let them know if you want them to. They can also replace your towels if need be. 8. There are tables outside where you and your family can have dinner or even hang your clothes and wet equipment on to drip dry. Things they can improve on: 1. Fix the shower head. The water that trickles from it is, well, almost a trickle. It took each of us a lot of time to bathe, my son even used the bidet to wash his head. 2. Flush button in toilet does not work. Like you push it down and it won’t flush so you have to try again or gently lift the tank lid up so it will flush. 3. Their bar could be manned with a bartender. While we were there, there was no bartender so even if I wanted to order cocktails, I couldn’t. We ended up going to a bar nearby. Beer is available though for those who are OK with beer. 4. Steep, uneven road to go down to the inn, which means steep, uneven road to go back up. Which would be fine if it weren’t raining because then, it’s slippery and there is a danger of slipping and getting hurt. Maybe stairs should be built here instead, not steep and uneven road. All in all, a great experience and for me and my family, we technically only used the room to bathe and sleep in so it was good enough. It was a plus that the place is quaint, cute and peaceful and that they arranged everything. 😊

Rooms are clean and comfortable, Location is near dowtown of coron, they also have packages for tours and bike rental which is nice that you dont have to look for another place. The best is the price its affordable and they are so accomodating! Highly recommended! Thank you so much for the great experience!

Very strong wifi -- we worked there for a couple of days and didn't had any issues. Location wise, it's in the Busuanga proper so if the wifi is down cell signal is also an option for your internet needs. Rooms are 5/5 given the rates aren't high. Staffs are superb!!! The only downside for me is you have to go down a very steep road to reach the accomodation. Other than that no problems at all!

Pros: The location of the guest house is good. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The outdoor seating area/bar has a really nice vibe. AC works well. Cons: The owners are friendly but some of their staff were not at all. Breakfast was very simple: one egg and plain toast - lacks butter or jam (if you’re vegetarian). They advertise that “Kitchen is always available for everyone” but it clearly didn’t seem like it was for guests’ use so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. First stay in the Philippines that didn’t have free flow drinking water. 4-person dorm was tiny, and only curtain on one of the beds. Overall, it’s a decent accom but lots of room for improvement.

We did not stay in the guest house but we had an amazing experience with the travel agency. We had some issues with a flight that was cancelled, and the owner not only helped booking a new flight, but also assisted us with getting a refund from the company, even after we left the Philippines. He showed great support in a difficult and stressful situation, and the communication wa really easy and smooth as he spoke perfect English. We highly recommend!!! To start, I’ve never had to write a bad review in the past 9 years travelling Asia. We have booked a family room with a double bed and 2 single bed, as soon as we arrive they show us a six bed dormitory with old bulk beds, a window that has been cover by a bed a super noisy ac and a shower that it was laterally pissing everywhere in the bathroom a really low pressure of water. When we told them that wasn’t the room that we booked they told us that that have to give our master room to someone else and they give us the dormitory without any reduction in price. We were tired from the trip so we choose to stay overnight. At 6 in the morning I woke up and ask if they were serving coffe and the reception told me that the breakfast was included (it wasn’t mentioned before) so we ask for coffe and few pancake, we sit and meanwhile few other guest (locals) woke up and ask for breakfast. They have been served straight away, and we wait . We waited and wait. We asked few time if they were making our and the answer was: yes is coming… At 8 after almost 2 hours waiting we had our breakfast. I’ve been the first ordering and the last served. To conclude, the room wasn’t clean, the stuff impolite, really bad organised with construction site working overnight just in front of our room and what most make me sad, they are RACIST WHIT TOURIST. They served first locals and then if u ask enough time they will eventually serve u. Worst experience in all south east Asia I ever had. So disappointed I’ll never recommend this to anyone.

We have a lovely nights during our stay. They are so nice to us and they played relaxing music. Also, they will let you too to chose music that you want to play. Foods are nice. They have a small bar which can accommodate group of people. If you are looking for accommodation in coron. This is highly recommended . 👌
