They need to clean the showers and enforce people not going into the sauna with dirty shoes. Today was the deal breaker. How can the two women employees not smell urine?! I only stayed 15 minutes. Honestly, this is the worst location I've ever been to. I tried to get the attention of the worker.. no luck. Earbuds in and eating. I really regret signing up for another year. 😪 OSHA should be called.

What happened to this company. I thought they were stronger as a business. The name shouldn’t be 24 Hour!!! Someone haven’t sued them for false advertisement. 24 hour used to be my gym!! “TAKE MY MONEY!” they have weak rules and regulations now. Crunch is killing it over there..

The new GM is a Jack, after making an appointment for a platinum membership at the location off of Madison in Riverside I called this location to see if they had the same amenities and hours. To gauge the convenience of the clubs around me I called with no intention of changing my appointment... the "GM" answered the phone. After he answered my questions he offered me a dual platinum membership at discount to "bring up numbers" because "it's a low volume store and he would do anything to steal business from his old location. He assured me that I would be taken care of if I went to him. I let him know that I work till 9 and would not be there until 10:00-11:00 pm. He gave me the name of one of his employees and said don't worry about it make it in and well take care of you. "whatever it takes to take business away from them. Long story short I show up at the location after a hard day's work and the club is closed. Nobody inside to help me. Wasted Gas and time dealing with a limited location and an insolent manager. If I could give it a 0 out of 5 I would.

I had a bad experience with an employee named Desiree at the front desk. I visited the gym on January 12th, 2023, at 8 am. She was very rude and disrespectful towards me. I have been a member of LA Fitness for six years now and wanted to give 24-Hour Fitness a try. So, I signed up online for a three-day pass. I wanted to check the gym and its environment before deciding whether to switch my gym. When I met the girl at the front desk named Desiree, I asked her if I could have a tour of the gym since I had a three-day pass. She replied that they don't offer three-day passes anymore and suggested I sign up today for only one dollar. I explained that I wanted to check the gym before committing to anything and she inquired whether my pass was obtained online. I said yes, and she told me that I couldn't enter without paying. I replied politely that it was okay and thanks for informing me how the gym and its customer service work. It's disappointing to know that this gym has such a low rating of 2.5 stars. Therefore, I will contact customer service today via phone or email to inform them about my experience. I hope they will take necessary steps to improve the management at this location.

Clocks by the pool don’t work. Sauna and the steam room don’t work. It’s usually pretty hot in the gym. Overall this gym is giving a bad name to 24 hour fitness. People deserve better than this. I’m thinking of going somewhere else. I think the owner thinks he’s running a charity organization for the homeless lol

The maintenance is bad women toilets have pads lying there . If the dryer is not working it’s not working for weeks . No bags to put your wet swimming clothes .. showers pour hot to super hot water there is no way you can have medium. They keep on floating low value deals attracting bad crowd and it floods the gym . I was not allowed to take my daughter to swimming who is 12 . They stated that kids under 12 are not allowed and I have seen instances of kids swimming who are in range of 9-11… the staff keeps on standing on reception at times 4 of them .. no one takes rounds to see what is happening around … sad state of affairs.

4 stars to the staff and facility in whole however the 1 star goes to the franchise itself for false advertisement if your brand name is 24hr fitness but you’re realistically open 12 hrs a day shouldn’t you be named La fitness! It’s a burden when your home city 24hr fitness is closed when your off work and have no other choice but to jump on the freeway to another city just to get a work out! Sorry not sorry! Do Better 24 Hour Fitness!!

Walked in there today to start my 3 day pass but was immediately turned away after I told the lady in the front that I wasn’t local, no reason was given other than “we don’t take non locals, thank you”. Drove to Madison location in riverside and they helped me out with smiles, liked them so much I started a membership there instead

Average size gym compared to some of the 24 Hour Fitness gyms I've been. Most machines are outdated. Showers were dirty. Staff were friendly.

Cool local gym. I got year pass for 179.99 + 2 guest passes. I can bring up to 2 people at a time, every time i show up. Your guest list can be never ending. You can take 2 buddies one week and 2 other buddies the following week. It does not have to be the same people. So you can switch it up. The gym offers a locker room, showers, restrooms, a pool, a sauna, and a steam room. The sauna is the best for mental clarity and to relieve muscle tension after a long, gruelying workout. The steam room is designed for you to clear your lungs and expell the muscus build-up. So if you are coming down from a cold. The steam room is very beneficial for the congestive system. There's a photo of my buddy joseph, whom i took with me the other day registering to my buddy system. To the right-hand side are tables where you can sign up. Don't let them sucker you into more expensive deal. My buddy got this offer and when i went with him, they told me they couldn't do it and tried charging me more. I said "well okay then, sorry we can't do business because i want that exact same deal" and sure enough, the sales rep spoke to the manager and gave me the deal. Use my name, Anthony Torres for price reference $179.99 a year + 2 buddies. Remember to clean the machines before and after use. Lots of germs. And never i repeat never go into locker room, steam room, or sauna barefoot. That is asking for a fungal infection. Enjoy your work out! So I take my daughter whose 14. To the lap pool to teach her how to swim, she's doing great, and we get a good workout at the gym. The stream room is great. I just wish they had a machine to work your lower back, like the other 24 fitness gym. Also, I hope in the future they close later since it's the only one in corona One more thing, clean the pool area and steam room, please 🙏 I give this place 3.5 stars

The men's showers are absolutely filthy and smell like sewage. The bathroom is pretty bad too. Who's in charge of scheduling janitorial services? Seriously get it together

90% of time equipment isn’t where it’s supposed to be. 24 hour should be call 17 hr or less fitness and during the little bit of time they are open you can never find an employee at the desk. Or if you do they are on a phone not paying attention to anything. On top of that the facilities showers toilets and equipment is gross I won’t be renewing my contract with them.

Grew up in this gym before moving down to oc. Was in the area and dropped in. This facility is still 100% up to par, clean, great staff. Cristian Lemus is an example of a hard worker going the extra mile. He was sweeping and mopping the basketball court, a rare occurrence at 24 hr fitnesses these days. Keep all the old machines, especially the shoulder press!

Turn the music down there’s no reason why I should be Hearing the horrible music you guys are playing through my soundproof head phones. And tell the manager to stop being a greedy fu turn the AC on it’s literally like 90 degrees outside and you guys barely have it on. SMH only good thing is it’s way emptier than the other 24 in riverside

I've been coming to this gym for several years and tbh i keep coming back because it's local and i love the staff, that is until my run in with the manager Tessa today. I received an email from my credit card company, unbeknownst to me I was charged double for my renewal and when I came in this morning i was told i needed to come back to speak to the manager. At first Tessa was nice until she realized they charged me twice, for me and someone else that isn't even on my account. I explained to her that I was never advised of the second payment and that I shouldn't have to pay for that persons account only to be told well she needs to pay you because we are not refunding you. Now that's some excellent customer service for a loyal customer of 3 years if you ask me. Aside from having dirty old machines, smelly bathrooms, broken spin room mirrors, a shotty air conditioner system this is the cherry on top. Like i said I enjoyed coming here because of its proximity to my home but you better believe this is my last renewal with 24 hours and they can thank Tessa for that. Thankfully my credit card company has my back and has refunded the money. Thank goodness for Capitol one, maybe they should get into the fitness business because 24 hours days are numbered

Security is not on top of it. Unfortunately my car was broken into this location. Cameras are only faced at the front of the building and do not reach to the farther side of the parking lot that faces the freeway. It appears additional breaks in’s have occurred and no one is kind enough to say anything about it or put a note warning customers. Break ins into vehicles, breaking the windows in plain daylight and no one notices. Concerning. Stay alert people. Not the safest location at this time.

Do not get the annual pass! Autorenewal is a trap. I tried to cancel after the email went to my Junk folder. Found it but couldn't log in. Was told I had to cancel in person with a manager. Went in and no manager present. Finally spoke to a manager who told me too late, too bad. Can't get your money back. Guess that's how the gym makes its money. It's a joke really; they aren't open 24 hours, ever. Go somewhere else.

Not clean at all, bathrooms are gross, trash on floor, stains on sink, no soap in dispenser, machines are also grimy no one wipes anything down.

Decent gym, older machines but well kept. The only thing that makes this place practically useless is that it’s just too hot in there to really focus.
