I went in and Pat or Pam was taking my order when I was telling her what I wanted on my sub the employee walked away and went to the back. She looked high and dysfunctional. Never came back to the front. When I called the store I spoke with the Manager Dee who wasn’t very helpful and rude herself. I don’t recommend this location. If you don’t like your jobs ladies find different ones. The service I received would have been better from someone in middle school. I will call corporate about the issue and hopefully receive professional service.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Terrible experience! First, I placed my order on the app for a pizza. Arrive to pickup my order to find out the oven is broken. Employee proceeds to advise me in a rude manner that the only thing I can get is a tuna sandwich because it has to be the same price, but never once apologized for the inconvenience. In addition, I'm finally able to order a turkey sandwich and when I ask for extra olives I'm told only 3 olives are allowed. Apparently olives are counted? As I proceed to walk out she begins to talk about me as if I'm not in the store still?! The employees at this store need training on Customer Service, the lack of empathy was unbelievable. If you can find another Subway closer I would highly recommend going to a different location for sure! Or another sandwich shop!

Well I got time today lol. I have been to this Subway location before and I swore I would never come back.... well I was in a time crunch today and I said hey why not give it one more chance. Wrong! I ask for extra cucumbers and bell peppers, the manager says she can't because it messes up the "formula" . Where in the Subway policy and procedure manual is the formula for cucumbers and sandwiches. I then ask well on the app it allows you to ask for more. She proceeds to tell me well the app is wrong and even if they let you do it they won't honor it in the store. Yall I know it's just 12 inches of sandwich but this lady acted like it was gonna kill her to add a cucumber. Anyhow please go to the location on Kostorzy. The workers their are so friendly and will add the extra cucumbers without attitude .

ABSOLUTELY BAD SERVICE BY THIS YOUNG LADY 7/26 @ 4ISH I ORDERED MY FOOD & I ASKED HER IF I CAN WASH MY HANDS SHE SAID NO THAT RESTROOMS WEREN'TALLOWED FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS. THEN SHE SAID SHE CAN'T BREAK MY BIG BILL THAT I HAD TO SPEND @ LEAST $10 SO I DID. I SPENT $10.24 TO BE EXACT. AND SHE SMIRKED AND SAID NOPE STILL CAN'T BREAK IT. I TOLD HER WHAT WAS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF ADDING 2 COOKIES. I WASN'T EVEN ABLE TO EAT BUT THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS RUDE. PS- EXCEPT WHEN CINDY IS WORKING SHE IS ONE OF THE SWEETEST EMPLOYEES.

I was disappointed with the server, Sara... She was rude and disrespectful, acted like she didn't want to work... I'm sorry But for that kind of service I will go elsewhere and make sure to tell everyone too do the same..

This is one of the best subways they have fresh food and the two girls that work at night are very nice I will return to only this one
