Bad customer service the bartender is to forcus on sitting down in side then take care of the customers outside

I had a brief interaction with the staff member while we were doing a benefit outside she was very friendly and helpful..

This is a very unique local bar. You can drive into a part of it with carside service and never get out of your car. You can also park your car and go inside to enjoy your favorite brews with friends or set outside on their enclosed screened patio and enjoy table service. If you live in the area you will run into someone you know.

Place is great awesome atmosphere. Good friends. Cold beers, always. Great prices.

Its okay you have inside and out very limited seating great music on both sides tvs for sports watch cold beer drive threw have cold beers its a place to vome Hang Out and chill 😊

A "The Hangout Bar and Drive Thru" attendant on Ayers Street is up to some shady business. I went into the drive thru for 2 beers “to go” on 11/7/22 at around 4pm. The service wasn't the best. The attendant seemed distracted, but that wasn't the issue. I payed for 2 beers with a debit card and didn't tip. I wasn't offered a receipt and was just told bye, but I thought nothing of it until I saw my account statement for that purchase. The female attendant had tipped herself $3 from my account. I describe her as short and heavy with a shade of blonde. It's not a huge amount, but it's stealing. I don't think the bar would be in on this scam, but it's best to pay with cash or watch the transaction closely when buying there. Also, insist on a receipt. I'm not removing this post until I get a chance to speak to the owner. I don't care about the money. They just should know.
