Good waitstaff. Food was cooked well. Nice view of the bay. Memorabilia is nice to look at throughout the restaurant. Surely everyone's experience will differ, however compared to somewhere like Landry's where they had 30 open tables and required a hour wait time for a table. We were seated quickly at Joe's and food was great. Will definitely go back

Had an amazing lunch at this Joe’s Crab Shack location. Our server Megan was wonderful. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about both the menu items and the club membership information. Highly recommend requesting to be seated with her for top notch service. Food quality was great and arrived at our table in a quick and timely manner. Parking outside is plentiful and there is an elevator if you’d like to ride it to the second floor where the restaurant is at. There’s outside dining just be mindful of the seagulls being ready to eat leftovers. Overall a definite 10/10.

Great view and relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shrimp tacos, chips and crab dip, and "cranberry crush" drink were all delicious. Can't wait to go back. 🙂

Went to town for a Florkorico competition. To celebrate the kids' victory, we decided to go here. Waitresses were very nice and helpful. Went above to ensure we were satisfied with all portions of our meal. The meal was delicious and served hot.

The service was a little slow. Wasn't even busy, but they said that they were being swamped. Order took 25 minutes even though we got there before the rush. Food was good though, delicious coconut shrimp. The spouse got the Shrimp Sampler. The bacon wrapped shrimp was delicious.

The food was great, but the service was somewhat lackluster. Took the family to dinner during our visit to Corpus Christi, and the service made us feel like we were just another check. My wife had the lobster, and I had the Shrimp and Fish Ensemble, which was phenomenal.

I recently dined at an expensive seafood restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. While the food was decent overall, the service was slow, and it took an hour and a half for our food to arrive. On the positive side, the mushrooms were a highlight of the meal, cooked to perfection with a great flavor. The fries were also exceptional, and the chicken tenders were decent but not particularly memorable. However, the seasonal vegetables, which turned out to be broccoli, were a disaster. Not only did they taste bad, but I had a severe allergic reaction to the oil used to prepare them, which almost ruined the entire meal. It was a frightening experience, and I cannot recommend the restaurant to anyone with allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients. Overall, while the food had its highlights, the service was slow and the risk of allergens made the experience less enjoyable. I would caution anyone dining here to be wary of the ingredients used and only go if you have no allergies or sensitivities.

We ate calamari, a crab bucket and an American burger. They were all good. The crab bucket was alright. Just hard eating it and takes a little more time. The burger was nice but I asked if they wanted to add some cheddar and Mayo which they forgot. The margarita cocktail was decent, a little stronger than supposed to. The employees were nice. Overal 4 stars.

The attraction is definitely the view. Usually I would have wonderful praise for the food served. However, today that has changed. My stuffed flounder was ok. Usually the fish is melt in your mouth tender and the sauce excites with a rich flavor. Sadly, not this visit. In addition the floor under most tables have bits of dropped food and trash. I assume it is part of the "Shack" ambience. Not their best.

Great Food & Great Drinks! So glad we stopped in to eat here at this location. Our waitress Kassie was amazing. She did a great job recommending things to us. My family and I were all very happy with our food and drinks. Money well spent ! Very much worth every dollar. A+++

Our waitress was very friendly, filled drinks everytime they were low, food was excellent ordered the Atlantic steam pot and added king crab and mussels. The shrimp seemed a bit over cooked but everything else was perfect.

I haven't been to Joe's in over ten years and I definitely noticed. It was ok but it used to be incredible. I don't know what happened but I guess another one of my past favorites has bitten the dust. Our waiter was excellent though which definitely helped.

Joe's Crab Shack is a great novelty. Good food, nice scenery and affordable kid's meals. We like the gift shop. Outside dining on the patio over the ocean is nice if it is not windy and you don't mind the birds.

The restaurant is nice. The view is excellent. The food was good. Wait staff was friendly and prompt. The only downfall was the cost. Had been to this location before and the prices have gone way up. Other than the cost the experience is good due to the awesome view that you have while dining.

The food was okay. The Clam Chowder Soup was extremely salty. We also ordered some Coconut Shrimp, they were okay. I didn't like that they were a little too cooked. I liked the french fries they were soft and the Hush Puppies were tasty. The restaurant is very nice decorated. The service was excellent.

It was all nice and dandy. Nice ocean view, cool feel at the bar, fri3ndly service... until i had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my three bland mahi mahi tacos. They looked really nice on the plate, but I could only take 2 bites, they were so-not-good. i could never taste the fish and .... tacos in a flour tortilla??? Gez.

I had a good time here with my boss. He took me for lunch here and I had the chicken sandwich and he had the flounder and shrimp with rice. He loved his plate. My chicken sandwich was really good and flavorful. I did ask for ranch and she brought Bleu cheese. Other than that she was amazing waiting on us.

The food was great. I love the crawfish dip very good. The view is wonderful as well. If you visit before dark the view is amazing & it’s winded which feels awesome.

Food was fantastic. The staff was great Our waitress disappeared so I had to ask another person for a refill. We were celebrating my grandaughter's birthday and the waitress told me they would sing to her. She seemed to forget at the end. I asked if she got a free dessert and she told me no. She double charge for 1 beverage and corrected it when I bought it to her attention. She was very nice.

We tried to eat here early Friday evening but that was a bust (long wait and no one greeting/seating customers) so we left. Glad we decided to give this location a 2nd chance on Saturday midday because that trip generated the 5-star review. Service was good. Food and drinks were excellent--everything tasted great, and portion sizes were good for the price. We definitely had enough left for to-go containers.

Walking in and getting seated was the best part of this place. Place 3 drinks and appetizer order first. The waitress came back with drinks and each one of us got each other's drinks. The sad part is they were completely different (tea, soda, and water). When calamari comes out I already know it's not going to be good. Waiting 20 minutes for an appetizer that doesn't take long, especially when not busy. If you like calamari jerky that would be your pick 😂. Way over cooked. The breading could probably chip a tooth it was so hard. The main course came out and the one that cost over $35 was disappointing looking. Captain's platter definitely didn't look the price it cost. The plate looked so small compared to other places going by. The platter at Long John's Silver's is way better. The waitress was so scatter brained. Waiting for butter for almost 5 minutes seeing her pass by many times before she remembered. Thought it would be a cool spot on the bay.....**** Don't waste your time and for sure your money at this place. Now I see why they closed down in my city. **Gordon Ramsey needs to come here and just tell them...... " Shut it down" **😂😂

Friends don't let friends eat frozen seafood (especially on the coast). It's popular with the college crowd because of the atmosphere. I live at the marina, so I like to watch the people.
