The attendant was professional but still shamed me publicly for being a little bit late to an appointment due to a personal emergency. I tried to call to alert someone ahead of being slightly late but it is an automated system. No one local answers anything or helps you with anything. Then they refused accommodate me as a walk-in after I made the drive up to their location. Their iPad check in and automation is a clear degradation of human-centered service. Don’t bother trying to call the local number to try to speak with someone here - it’s all automated. Very disappointed in my visit.

I had an appointment for 7a.m. and was feeling ill with some signs that it could be Covid. Since I couldn't call the place directly and talk with someone in the office to cancel my appointment. I asked one of the staff to come to the door so i could tell her the situation and should i go ahead and get my lab work done or cancel the appointment. She shouted across the room that she couldn't come to the door and turned around to walk off. I told her well i want to cancel my appointment and she didn't even care to get my name. She said "Well go to the hospital. We don't treat you here". I will never go to Quest again. This goes to show how one employee can ruin the ratings for one entire company.

Don't go here for ANY Covid Rapid testing, vaccines etc. No testing even if on line makes you an app. they DO NOT have their stuff together. Claim they have already had complaints about the on line.... wasting people's time, but still do nothing about it. Im a healthcare worker and my time is valuable!!

If I could give ten stars I would I walked in and out no wait time signing in is quick and convenient place is very clean and staff work amazing lady very professional I recommend this place if your gonna get blood work keep up the amazing work Quest Diagnostics Calallan.

Appointment was at 11:40. I drove over an hour to get there. Arrived an hour early to verify they had my orders. Couldn’t talk to a real person even in the lobby to verify that my orders were there. Of course they didn’t have my orders and wanted to call my doctor’s office at 11:55. Guess what? Doctor’s office is closed from 11:30-1 pm. The office in Beeville is way better than this one. Will not be back ever!

Called and asked what the hours were for drug screen. Was told 3pm. Got there at 2 and was turned away because they stop at 1:30. I asked if I could complete screen due to work obligations and was declined. Horrible communication and customer service.

I made an appointment a week and a half in advance for 8/12/20 which I was given a confirmation. Few days later I looked for openings sooner and did find one for 8/10/20 so I received a confirmation and I cancelled the one for the 12th. I fasted and got to appointment at 7:am but once I got to Quest there was a note on door that it was closed for remodel and would reopen on 8/17/20. I had traveled from out of town and had set up the appointment on line and did provide my phone number and e mail. I did not get a call or e mail that the office was closed so I was not happy and wondering why I had to provide my information since it's not utilized. I wish there was more patient courtesy

Quest has gone straight to hell! Just look at all the 1 star reviews!! Maybe it's just this location. Their answering machine is 30 minutes of BS!! It goes round and round and there is NO WAY to get a human on the phone! Nothing about the phone system works, I could not find out how I get my test kit so I will have to go elsewhere to get the test. Some companies have just turned into garbage!! Labcorp here I come!!

Lady was extremely rude. I was having a great day until I came here and my smile was crushed. I needed a drug test to get into nursing school and was not told how it would work or what to expect. I’ve had a UTI so i thought i needed to pee more than I did, but it ended up not being enough. The lady treated me like I was a criminal who did something wrong, told me she would have to put down that I “refused” to drug test because I said I couldn’t stay in the building for 3 hours after without leaving. DO NOT GO HERE
