I love this place. I have been a member for almost 6 years. Sunny always encouraged me to lift heavy and lift smart, and never dissuaded me from doing deadlifts, bench, and squats. The other thing it is not a meathead gym either. You will find a wide variety of classes, and a good constructive atmosphere.

Best gym in Corpus. No unwelcoming chain feel here. Has everything you could possibly want/need to get in a great workout and Sunny bends over backwards for her customers. My favorite gym, my favorite trainer and one of the things I loved when we lived there-everything you could ever need right on the island. Can't say enough good things about it!

Great gym to be a part of! I have met so many awesome people and it has everything I need for weights and cardio, and when I have time I also enjoy the classes. Anytime my son or I have questions or need something, Sunny has been really helpful and professional. She does offer personal training and is very knowledgeable!

Great prices for week memberships while visiting from out of town. Sunny is awesome. Enough equipment to work out any muscle. Not overcrowded, facility is clean and towels are always available. The lil spot even has classes and additional equipment for the cables.

Great gym on the Island. Christine, yoga instructor is awesome and the gym is well equipped to do what you need to stay fit, build muscle or just keep aerobically healthy. Lots of parking too.

Absolutely love this gym! I am a college athlete & come here to train during the summers. Sunny is one of the most knowledgeable & helpful trainers I have ever had! Definitely would recommend this clean, intimate gym to anyone visiting (as they offer day passes), or anyone local!

This gym is great!!! Staff is not rude in the least bit, they are always there to answer questions, but let you get your workout in without bothering you. Has everything you need. Everyone is courteous and always wipe down equipment and re-rack weights after using. 5 stars!

Great gym to be a part of, I love it here! Sunny, Camille & Leslie are all great! This gym has everything you need to get a good workout in, it's clean, has great music and everyone of all ages comes here. They also offer group workout classes for those interested & personal trainers are onsite. I highly recommend this gym!

Great gym. All the equipment you'd need. Good mix of weights and machines. Much redundancy in dumbbells. Just enough people to have good energy in the facility, but not so many to make it feel crowded or make you wait for things.

Everything you need from free weights to machine to cardio to classes. Sunny is my trainer, and is amazing. We started with my goals, and she has created a realistic path to achieve them; from workouts to recover to meal plans to stretching to an encouraging friend. Highly recommend to improve your health and life.

Sunny is great:) Be warned. Just don't pay upfront all your membership dues like I did. I did and went three times and had a medical emergency which can't exercise now. No refund given when asked.
