Heads up. No reentry if you exit building during an event. In other words, you can't run outside to smoke and then come back in. 12.00 beers, 10.00 single shot small mixed drink! However, the staff was excellent. Accommodating, welcoming and had great attitudes. Kudos to them.

Saw The Mavericks Band @Bank of America center in Corpus Christi and I have to say it was one of the Best (if not the best) concert I've seen. The venue was clean, comfortable, spacious with AWESOME SOUND!

The american bank center is amazing for holding all sorts of events. From concerts, to business meetings, culinary activities, and cultural appreciation. Although the stadium area may be on the smaller side, the area is still large enough to hold hockey games which are always a joy to see!

Big Venue obviously. We attended my daughters graduation. Parking is a nightmare and $10 unless you valet for $20. Impossible to bring a purse as it has to be clear or tiny tiny. Also, no cash accepted for food.

Well organized, convenient, comfortable and friendly staff. However, there's always room for improvement and vowing clients take extra efforts

Beautiful facility- well done. Level has amazing views of the bay, but please put the seating back! My husband attended TCOLE conference this week and I came with him. All of the seating had been removed except two lounge chairs and a small sofa. Please put the seating back!

Dirty, packed like sardines in a very small venue. We both ended up with food poisoning after eating the food there. One can of beer was $11, and all of their rules were outrageous. It's worth the drive to see the concert in San Antonio or Houston. Will not go back!

I went to this arena many times. Building is clean. Some of the staff they hire during the events are a piece of work but the building itself is in good condition.

Attended a live comedy show, but was surprised by the overly long lines to enter the facility. I understand that Safety rules are in place, but if that is the case, the Facility Manager should adjust the time the doors open and coordinate with the Stage Manager to not start the "warm-up" acts until at least 60 minutes from the time the facility doors open. Operations of such a facility are truly "easy," but unfortunately the positions are given to people who have a Management Degree, but no REAL WORLD experience. We missed all but the last 5 minutes of the opening act due to the long lines to get thru security. The Management team of all acts should monitor these reviews from the "fans" who were in attendance to see where their act's fans are appreciated and taken care of by a facility before returning to same location in the following year.

It was a nice small arena. I believe they have hockey games and college basketball normally. I was here for a boxing tournament. It was during a severe thunderstorm and luckily they were equipped with a good generator cause power went out but they kept the show going

Went to my first Ice Ray Hockey game! It was cold but amazing! Get floor seats if you are afraid of heights!

I have limited exposure to the Center, but from my impression during Anime Corpus Christi 2023, the venue is admirably managed, with a professional and helpful staff. The convention volunteers were always available and equally helpful.

I came here for the Warriors of Deliverance 3 conference. It was an awesome experience. The first day the place was super extremely air conditioned so I wish I would have brought a light jacket and close toed shoes. It's right on the beautiful oceanfront and the staff was kind, there were several different snack bar/cafe's, the food was pricey but it always is at places with events like this.

Went to see Jason Aldean. It was absolutely amazing, staff is friendly. Despite being very busy and on the go with the whole production, everyone was nice and we had a great time.

We saw Fluffy here for my son's Bday. We sat front row, great view (great show too!), however, the seats were WAY WAY too close together, it was so uncomfortable to squeeze in next to each other and strangers on the floor seats, which are different from the arena seats. Otherwise, everything else was typical. Decent bathrooms, typical arena food and drinks. There was a no bottle policy, even for plastic bottles bought at the arena. So you have to pour your drink before stepping onto the floor, that caused a bottle neck (no pun intended!) in getting to our seats, as we were all slowed down to pour our drinks into big plastic cups while in the corridor, that could have been handled better.

Went to see a hockey game. 16.00 for a big can of beer, 6.00 for a grayish small hot dog. Chicken tenders and fries was a little better deal for 9.00 and they were tasty. Parking situation was confusing. 10.00 to park in a lot next to free lots but the free lots got chained up after the game started and there was no way out. Arena was nice. Seats were good. Sound system worked well. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Hey Corpus, go support your Ice Rays! Good seats available cheap. Watch out for pucks flying out of the rink!

Great place to watch a show. Food and beverage lines move fast! Not a bad seat there! Beer prices are a little high, but that goes for just about every venue. The layout was great. Security was in point and checking people. It also did not take very long to get out of the parking lot. Will definitely attend another show here!

We attended the Buc Days rodeo and Clay Walker concert. Seats were $140. Each. The seating is awful so jambed together i couldn't place my arm on the chair rest without bumping the next person. The venue is small and has compressed seating. Everytime some person on our roll had to go to get a drink or restroom visit (which was so frequent) the whole roll of people had to get up to allow them to pass. No walking room or space. Horrible and beyond annoying. At one point we caught this woman from falling on us. The rodeo was awesome as was Clay Walker ,the venue is awful. Drove around for an hour looking for parking. It was disappointing that Clay did few songs, didn't touch on some big hits he's had. Audio could have been better, couldn't hear or understand when he spoke. ABC needs to step up in technology.. The venue and parking is just plain bad. Bought parking pass which got you nothing cuz its first come first serve. The Einstein who came up with Buc days carnival, rodeo and concert all on same night, same venue, needs a class in logistics. They get two stars for the rodeo and Clay Walker who performed despite the lacking audio clarity.
