Beautiful building although a sign on the door would be helpful. My appointment was at 1:10. WHY show up 15 minutes early when the office is closed for lunch until 1?? Driving from LC, this is irritating. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dr was great! Professional and accommodating. Happy with the service and my bill. Highly recommend!

I was met with a handshake which I took as personal and respectful. I know it sounds cliché on a lot of these when a person says “they seem to really care for my needs” but this guy really seemed to care for my needs. He was surprised I was in my condition And wondered why nobody has done anything and he took the steering wheel and started to try and make a difference in my life which I appreciate. everybody was friendly, what more can I say? it was a great experience.

I was welcomed at check-in warmly and then the medical tech took me back to the exam room. After she asked a few questions regarding my reason(s) for my visit she gave a brief explanation of what the doctor would do for his assessment. My provider was extremely informative and the procedures he performed were quick and fully explained for me to know what to expect. I am completely happy with the staff and the care I received and would highly recommend Silver Falls Dermatology for any skin procedures.

Great experience. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I called and got an appointment the next day. Dr. Farrer is such a great person. He is thorough, thoughful and attentive. He listened to my issues, came up with a solution and explained what he could do to resolve it. I could not ask for a better experience. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and taken back to an exam room within 5 minutes. The clinician, Mark, saw me, treated some skin lesions and answered my questions readily. I would highly recommend this practice.

The receptionist was caring and concerned about getting me the 1st available appointment in one of the closest clinics. I was able to get an appointment in less than a week. The doctor I saw (Farrer) was very thorough and gave me lots of information both orally and in writing. He explained what he would be doing and he answered all my questions.
