When I think of Banh Mi sandwiches, I think of all the times my parents bought it for me during my elementary school trips. I think of all the times we ate it during the car on the way to Vegas. I think of all the times we snuck it into Universal Studios and Disneyland. Baguette's Banh Mi sandwiches instantly takes me back to those times. The toasted bread, the pickled carrots, the cucumber, the cilantro, jalapeños but MOST importantly, the pork pate!!! Since I moved to Corvallis 9 months ago, we went here at least 2 times a week. We always get the same thing I get when I was a kid. The cold cut original Chả lụa (Viet Ham). It is a sort of pork sausage with a fishy umami taste. Now I also lean toward the daring, which has head cheese. It has this jelly like texture that is OH so good. I also heard that their beef lemongrass and other sandwiches are just as good. On the side note, I usually get some sort of side dish such as the spring rolls, pork buns, or Vietnamese ice coffee. They are pretty good but the star of the show are their Banh Mi sandwiches. Corvallis should be proud to have such great Banh Mi sandwiches in town.

Tbh even seeing this with 4.9 I still don’t want to go because it just didn’t looks good I guess? Finally make my move and yes, this is definitely better than Subway as you believe it or not. It just looks like a sandwich and it looks normal but it’s good, and this is the reason this store get 4.9😭

Vegetarian options available. Ordered: No. 7 Beef Curry sandwich & a beef soup. Good flavor & ingredients. For the sandwich, I recommend doing the the traditional white bread before trying the wheat version. Soup can be made to order & you can expect it to be stovetop hot, which works great if it's to-go. Some menu items will have curry in it, however, there are no curry dishes. The staffing are friendly & respectful. Restaurant clean & has a relaxing setting. If you enjoyed or liked this restaurant, I also would recommend Bon Mi in Eugene, OR. Both of these restaurants are worth checking out. If I had to choose one, it would be Bon Mi.

Such a great sandwich shop. The staff was incredibly kind and the restaurant was clean. The food was super quick (they made our sandwiches in under 4 minutes) and it was absolutely delicious. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a place for lunch/dinner.

This place is the best! It's always the kindest, fastest service anywhere in town for lunch. The food is 100% consistently fresh and perfect. I've been going here for years and have never had a single thing wrong - it's amazing!

Having worked my way through every item on the menu the #2 sandwich, pork buns and shrimp rolls are my favorite. Having said that I would happily eat anything they serve me. Highly recommend

I usually seek out Bahn Mi whenever possible, not sure why, but it's my thing. This place is very charming, clean, priced right, the staff are full of smiles, and the food is good. This restaurant offers great value for the quality and taste. Highly recommend.

Some of the best food in Corvallis. Super fast and good service. I've been going here for 3 years and finally decided to see what the Google reviews said. It's not too good to be true. Don't waste your life not eating their sandwiches. Bless you Baguette.

It's a really great place for a small bite of Vietnamese flavors. I can't recommend the salad roll (shrimps and pork) enough. It's super healthy. They also sell guava canned juice! Seating space is kind of limited so it might take some time finding a spot to eat during peak time. Prices are great and service is kind and very personal.

Have tried every sandwich on the menu and every one is super tasty. Beef lemongrass might be my favorite. The bao is also very good, so soft and fluffy. Owners and employees are all extremely nice.

Awesome lunch spot! A great sandwich, and I love that they also have some dumplings too! Quick service, great food, and a surprisingly small bill — what more can you ask for?

A delightful Corvallis find! Their sandwiches are scrumptious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere was quaint and cozy. I've never had a better steamed pork bun, the dough was sweet and the pork was so flavorful! And the prices weren't too bag either, especially for such a niche restaurant! I'll definitely be going back 😁

I love me some bahn mi and I was not disappointed. I've only ever done basic ones but here I tried the beef lemongrass and it was great. The star was the pork and quail egg dumpling that I got. It may have been better than the sandwich and with how much I love bahn mis, that's saying something. Plus, the little lady running the place was so super nice. I'm definitely going here again.

Delicious sandwich shop in Corvallis. I can recommend the Beef Curry Baguette as it was excellent driving food for re-entering rush hour traffic. The folks who work here were super friendly and fast with my selection.

Excellent Vietnamese baguette sandwiches made to order. The Banh Mi (vietnamese baguette bread) is delicious..very close to the baguettes one gets in Vietnam. Very prompt and friendly service by staff and owners. We occasionally drive up from Eugene to Corvallis with the primary purpose to get a sandwich.

So good! Just like the Vietnamese Rolls back in Australia. Got the sauteed chicken. So so good. From the bun to the pickled carrot to the chicken. My new favorite place to eat in Corvallis

Excellent food with friendly service. Ordered the beef curry banh mi and a few other things to go; order was ready in no time. Very affordable, and everything was great. Will be back soon.

This may be my new favorite sandwich place in town. The bread and all the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. The staff was great and the prices were even better. Worth a try if you’re in the fence. I will be coming back.

Went here for the first time today and 😍 We got beef lemongrass and chicken teriyaki with extra veggies. The beef was the favorite, but both were delicious. We also got a pork bun that was yummy and so soft! Also love the chips selection. And the staff is so sweet!

Love this place. Been coming here for a few years now and love it:) I get their #6 chicken sandwich that has teriyaki marinaded chicken and I add jalapeños. It was $7.95 for the sandwich and probably a 10 min wait! Easy peasy! Delicious. The meat alone was moist and rich and they even picked their cucumbers and it was delicious.

Really, really tasty. great vegetarian options. affordable too. Number 6, grilled chicken wonderful was well marinated. Number 11, curry tofu was fantastic, and complemented the toppings really well.

Soooo good. I had the beef lemongrass sandwich. The meat is so flavorful and all the veggies were fresh. None of that preshaved packaged carrots. And the baguette was the perfect consistency. Tasty and crunchy. Did not cut the roof of my mouth.

I come here all the time. It’s one of my favorites in Corvallis. Staff is really friendly and efficient with helping customers. It’s sort of expensive for what it is but I don’t feel bad since I like the owners so much. Keep it up!
