what a pleasant surprise! great spot on the river and walkable to town, clean updated rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, restaurant-quality breakfast, and plenty of parking! the room overlooking the river was worth it - and I was able to sleep with the window open letting the breeze in. I'll stay here again when I'm in town for work.

I have been staying at the Corvallis on the River Holiday Inn Express for years. Their staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. During my last stay, 6/22/23, I was treated to a newly remodeled room. Layout and furnishing were fantastic, and most important, extremely comfortable. Yes, the remodeling was on going so during the day, 9 am to 5 pm, there were some noises for the other room being transformed into luxury, but those were minor. The free breakfast room was closed during my stay for transformation, but they utilized the lobby, which worked except for limited seating. I will return happily.

They are currently remodeling, so things have been in disarray for a month. Exterior has been repainted, landscaping cleaned up. I like using the walking path between hotel and river to walk my dogs (hotel is dog friendly, for a fee). Rooms have always been clean. Some updates with the remodel. I've stayed here at least 6 times over last couple years. Staff has always been helpful, and accommodations clean.

The room definitely needs refurbishing. It looks like the carpet was new recently but could have had better vacuuming. The bed was ok but the bathroom was a mess. The floors hadn’t been steamed cleaned probably since it was new the tile grout was black and underneath the sink it was a cream color so you new it was filthy. There had been a leak in the ceiling above the vanity and the wallpaper was stained. There was mold around the back of the toilet on the wall where the floor met the wallpaper. Out the windows in the bedroom you could have a view of the river if the landscaping had been pruned. The parking lot was old and run down.

Clean room friendly staff. Great breakfast. Workout room could be better but the location close to a great walking trail gives for alternative exercise and close enough to walk downtown to get food. Pool looked clean.

It was my first time to stay in this hotel location, excellent! Beautiful view of the river while taking my breakfast. I'm from California and for sure I will choose this hotel, it was a pleasant experience

Excellent service and clean rooms for the rates. I was nervous about getting a hotel that allowed pets, but the rooms are very fresh and clean. Great continental breakfast on a balcony overlooking the river.

Jess, Joel and Kylie made our stay amazing! They all helped make my uncles birthday special from helping accommodating our early check in to decorate to our housekeeper Jess leaving a happy birthday note💛 highly recommended this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Hotel, it's been renovated. Rooms are nice. Staff is great, always with a smile, very helpful and professional. This is one of the best experiences we ever had at a Holiday Inn Express
