Needed an inexpensive place to stay while visiting. This place is in a wonderful location for anyone wanting to explore on foot. Everything was within walking distance, even the grocery store. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and stocked. We didn't need the air conditioner, but the heater in here is no joke. It warmed us quickly. The only things that kept me from giving an excellent review was the smell of old smoke in our room and the strange water pressure. Although the room appeared to be recently painted, the old smell of cigarette smoke still seeped out of the walls. Our sink faucet would make a chuga-screetching sound sometimes from the pressure in the shower or other rooms. Overall i would absolutely stay here again, but would bring a nice candle to counter the odor.

While on waterfront, uptown is a distance, but downtown is ez walking with access to many food and beverage establishments as well as much opportunity for window shopping. Almost no issues with the room except the faucet knob was too loose so only 🥵hot water and all the outlets were loose and couldn't hold a plug.

Stayed here for 5 days , hotel manager was one of the most incompetent people I've ever had to deal with , are ceiling and wall in our room had water damage that they painted over with out fixing , they patch small holes in walls with duct tape and then painted over it the door chain latch was not secured prproperalh and if i pulled on it it would pull the door finishing off the wall , TV, was booked and hthey had a mini fridge , microwave , and 2 lamps , plus the heater all plugged into the same sure protector , defentlly not worth 85 a night.

I stay at a lot of budget places, but this one had a few things that irked me: hairs stuck on the bathroom walls and even in the main room. Bathroom shower faucet didn’t work, so after going for a run and trying to get ready for work I got caught in a pickle. Otherwise the place is decent in that rooms are in good shape, there is a fridge, microwave, TV, ice bucket, and sizeable table to do work at.

The room wasn't too bad. I have stayed in worse. The bed was very hard. I heard non stop traffic all night because of the location of the motel. Also not the best part of town.

Rooms were clean but quite rum down. Heater made a weird noise. Bolt lock didn't lock.

This hotel is right in downtown Corvallis, extremely walkable area with lots of bars/pubs for the evening and cafes for the morning. Check in was easy and the person who checked us in was nice and professional. The room was bare bones, but clean. Beds weren't the most comfortable, but it was perfectly serviceable for a one-night stay to go to an event in town.

Tweakers yelling in the parking lot during my check in, room definitely wasn't cleaned, food from previous stay still in the fridge, pubic hair on the sink, hair in the bed, on the toilet, drug deals going on outside of rooms all night. Save yourself the hassle and just find somewhere, anywhere else to stay

Cheaper than other options and in a really convenient, walkable location in downtown Corvallis. The room was kind of run-down, no clock, dirty grout in shower, stains in carpet. There was a working fridge and microwave though! No breakfast. Less than half of the cable tv channels worked (no HBO as advertised).

    1. They charge $15 for ESA registered animals. So, the rooms go from like $60 screaming up to $75. They are GROSS for that much money. 2. The rooms they give you with an animal? ARE DISGUSTING, see pictures posted. 3. The location, IS LITERALLY SURROUNDED BY HOMELESS DRUG ADDICTS THAT BEG FROM YOU EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR ROOM.
