Comfortable and clean room. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding and the shower was great. Excellent toiletries are provided. The room also has a mini fridge and microwave. Friendly service at check in and since we booked direct, we received free coffee and breakfast from nearby cafes! I would recommend this motel as it is a good value.

This hotel was perfect for our night out in Corvallis. It's clean, comfortable, and they offer a range of free breakfast snacks on the reception area. The shower pressure was great. The bed was so comfortable. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. We couldn't check in right away and they were very apologetic, it didn't matter though, as we went to sit at Tommy's across the street. All round great stay and we will definitely stay again.

Our stay (one night) at Hotel Corvallis was good. The room was clean, check in was relatively easy and straightforward. We did book directly through Hotel Corvallis since I read some other reviews that had issues with booking with a third party. We had our dog with us and I thought that the amount of the room (~$150 with everything included) included the fact that we booked a dog-friendly room. Apparently, that wasn't the case. There was an additional $30 added to our bill at check-in. Of course, we are fine paying extra for a pet-friendly room but we thought that was already included in the amount. The AC was so loud whenever it kicked on. We needed it as it was a hot August weekend in Corvallis. We could also hear our upstairs neighbors' footsteps and noise from neighboring rooms. The extra perks are nice (e.g., free coffee at Coffee Culture, free breakfast (limited items) at Tommy's, $5 voucher for Tommy's, socks for those with pets) and we appreciate that they are partnering with and supporting these local businesses. But I would rather pay less for the room and not receive these perks that we weren't always able to use. It's difficult to make a room less noisy so I would rather be charged less. We did not feel that this room was worth $180

After reading the reviews of Hotel Corvallis, I was left wondering "what is going on with this place?" I don't think I've ever seen an establishment with such a bimodal distribution of stars. We found Hotel Corvallis to be a clean, affordable place to stay in downtown Corvallis, and it has character, too. Every staff member we talked with (a total of four?) was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Seems like there is a lot over-explaining when Hotel Corvallis provides bad service or does not meet customer expectations. "She doth protest too much..." guess there is always an excuse for providing bad service, even though there shouldn't be any excuse....

Weโ€™ve stayed at a refurbished, hipster hotels in Calistoga, Palm Springs and Lincoln city. So we were hopeful when we read about the Corvallis Hotel. Unfortunately, it was not good and we will not go back. They only had one key for our room and had not made extra copies in case a guest accidentally takes one home. There are no bedside lamps in the room, only a bright overhead light not suitable for evenings. The bathroom sink was cracked. The toilet had yellow water. The shower sprays out onto the floor and the flimsy shower curtain blows over and sticks on your body. Two mornings without hot water. The flooring throughout the room and bathroom is cold with no throw rugs in the winter time. The door doesnโ€™t have enough weatherstripping, so cold air blows through and light shines in. But most disappointing was that even though we asked for a quiet location, we were stuck near the stairs where we not only heard a ton of noise from the unit above but also people stomping on the stairs at all hours. When I asked the manager to move rooms in the morning, she over-explained the back end of how computer reservations work and also said she could not spare a cleaning person to move us. She had a chance to make a customer happy but deliberately chose not to. Very poor service. The above issues are all fixable and I hope the owner will act upon them.

What an unexpected treat! Vintage hotel, smack dab downtown. This place has been very thoughtfully re imagined, and kind of gently retrofitted to highlight the mid century bones of the property and make the most of the irreplaceable kitch of the past. The new creation is sharp, clean, and very very functional. The little things! A wall mounted bicycle hook! Cleverly mounted within a glossy black accent stripe! Exposed conduit fixtures add to the ambience. A lone attractive plant, really really functional โ€œleave none of your belongings behindโ€ floating exposed shelving. In our room, a vintage chrome chair am upholstered in orange vinyl was placed in a textured environment of oriented strand board, uniform holes, a chrome retro exposed classic motel UN removable wooden hangers. I just donโ€™t think I can gush enough. Thanks. The surgery early the next morning went well, and we thank you for the extra towels to accommodate the pre surgery instructions.

Very pleased with our stay at Motel Corvallis. It has character. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Room was as represented on the booking site. Price was good. Room was very modern and utilitarian. It was clean. Everything worked. Beds were comfortable. Towels were good. Not luxury, but they have taken an older motel and made it a great base from which to explore the area.

Can't beat the location here. Walking distance to OSU campus, food and other places to shop right on the same street! The hotel itself is a nice funky style, a redo of what looks to be an older motel. The staff were super friendly, and the office has complimentary drinks and snacks. The rooms have been updated in a very spare, modern, spacious style. I stayed in the king bed room, and the platform bed is very comfortable. As a tall person, I found the shower to be excellent height, and great water pressure, enough room so I don't bang my elbows on the sides of the shower! The price is very reasonable, one of the cheapest in Corvallis.

Basic room with everything you need including a comfortable bed. My only complaint was that the room was very cold; next time I would turn on the heat before going out for the evening. Also, if light bothers you, bring an eye mask as the outside lights are super cute but super bright. A bonus for reserving directly was a delicious breakfast at adjoining restaurant and a free cup of coffee at the local spot across the street...score!

Great motel with a fun vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are cute but basic. Just what you need for a weekend stay. Book directly with the hotel and youโ€™ll receive lots of little bonuses. Iโ€™ll definitely stay here again when I make it back to Corvallis.

We came to Corvallis for a wedding. We had such a great time visiting the main street and a fair amount of it was in walking distance. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and there was a free coffee coupon to use in the am. I would book here again!

Haven't been to Corvallis for many years was blown away how amazing this motel is. They have done a fantastic job remodeling this place, great decor, wonderful decor, normal size pillows and very comfortable beds. Will stay again next time in town.

Great hotel and location. Room was very clean and updated. The breakfast at the cafe next door was very good. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Corvallis. Fun and laid back. Iโ€™ll stay here if we visit again.

Nice size rooms. Some updates. Clean and well appointed for the price. Located on main street, occasionally had trucks or loud cars. Overall, I had a very nice experience. Stayed there 3 nites while working in town. Would stay again.

The location was great. The front office staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The bed was not the most comfortable and the shower could have used a good scrub. It was all in all worth the price.

Went to Corvallis for a college tour and rolled in from camping with no hotel. Stopped for dinner and searched for the cheepest hotel close to downtown and the university. Teen kids took my phone and read reviews of my place and started their own research. They found Hotel Corvallis had great reviews. We booked it and it totally lived up to the reviews. Cool atmosphere, nice people, perfect location and great price. We loved it! It even had grandma's Madeline's.

The location is perfect and the price is so much better than the chains nearby. Itโ€™s not fancy, but itโ€™s nice. It is also clean and comfortable. Plus they always have coupons or deals for nearby places. We usually stay here when we come, and we save $400-$500 when we do.

The rooms were very cozy, the staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel had a great vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the bathroom doesn't lock.

The most expensive motel I've stayed in, but absolutely worth it. Delighted in a fantastic complimentary breakfast at Tommy's, conveniently on-site. Charming rooms with a comfortable bed, and while the shower next to the toilet is a bit peculiar, it's manageable. Dog-friendly, and my pup was happy and had a great time.

Cute, affordable lodging in downtown Corvallis. Pros: Downtown location was very walkable. Free breakfast and coffee coupons were awesome. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Very spacious. Dog friendly (and they donate part of the dog fee to the senior dog center, love that). Front desk staff are nice. Cons: The street-facing room was quite noisy, especially when the dumpster was being emptied right out front at 5 AM on Wednesday. You can hear all the traffic as well, and people in the room above you. Bring ear plugs or leave the AC fan on. Our room had some ants crawling around on our second day (maybe due to our dog food dish? But still). The room is cute and has nice features, but there was absolutely space for a small table or desk โ€” it made working remotely or eating really rough not to have one. The only chair is a folding metal one, which felt very out of place. Overall a comfortable stay with minor issues.

Location is great. Lighting in our room was awkward, no real bedside lamps and only bright ceiling lights. Air-conditioning was loud but not as loud as the DJ playing random music in the parking lot. Fortunately it all became quiet by 7:30pm. Very strange ambiance.

I stayed at Hotel Corvallis for almost a week and never once had to worry about making this place my temporary home. All the staff I had an encounter with were nothing but nice. Even when they didn't know how to help me with something, they handled it with kindness and willingness to explore some solutions with me. This place is located perfectly near downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, gas station and easy access to highway and freeway that will get you where you need to go. Also the price of this place is fairly cheaper compared to other places in town and most of them don't even have all the perks Hotel Corvallis has as far as the location goes. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Corvallis again to experience something more than just a nice hotel room. This was a GREAT place to stay and would absolutely come back when I am back in town.

Lovely hotel! Stayed here for a week due to our transmission going out. Very cute and clean rooms. Wonderful vibe. Friendliest hotel check in ever! Amazing location- the whole town is accessible by foot or free bus, which was great for us with our car being in the shop. Would definitely recommend staying here over other hotels in the area.

Good conveniant location for shops n food, close to hwy. The rooms are nice but cheaply done nice. Walk in showers that get floir wet and rolling bathroom doors that bounce open. Ac and tv and free snacks in lobby plus free breakfast at restaurant in parking lot was a good idea

We're in town for 3 days of swimming. This place impressed my teen and preteen. They loved the room decor and the shower is a 10. King bed is form but comfy. AC is ice cold! Preteen slept on the futon and found it to be comfortable. The only downside side is our room is near the restaurant so the first night I noticed the garbage can noise but it wasn't bad.

My family and I rented 3 different room for my graduation and the stay at Hotel Corvallis was really great! The people are super nice, check-in and out were super easy and it came with really helpful maps about the city. The hotel as a whole has a really unique style, it has a mixed of vintage yet modern feel. They really highlights the business in town as well which is one of my favorite part about the stay. The overall experience was very excellent, would for sure recommend and stay there again ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

From check in to check out, the services my family and I received were just so great! It's our first time visiting Corvallis and we got to walk to downtown Corvallis and had free breakfast and free coffee with the vouchers we got from the hotel. The beds were very nice to sleep in and the room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was great because we got to cook some easy and simple meals and have it together in the room. There's a fridge, kitchenware, and utensils for us to use. There's also free parking. The internet was a little slow the first day, but they fixed it right away the next day. Same thing with the heater, we couldn't get hot water for a few hours, but they had it fixed within a few hours. Overall, it was a very good experience, and would definitely come back and stay at Hotel Corvallis.

The place is very cute and comfortable, great location and I love that you can get free drinks and little snacks when you stay. The only thing I was upset about was how loud my neighbors were at times but that's not the hotels fault it's just the joy of staying at a hotel. Would absolutely recommend to others and would stay again

Staff was phenomenal. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The only issue was the noise. A lot of people around at night and a lot of road noise. Can't blame the place and they are doing a great job!

Great service directly from Andrea at the front desk, she provided us with coupons for local spots and free wine tastings. The office is stocked with sparkling water and snacks, rooms are clean, comfy bed, easy parking, and check out. The hotel is close to stores, bars and restaurants. I would book again!

A must stay. Love the retro remodeling. Ice cold A/C. Cute rooms. Close to everything downtown. There were bike hooks in the room we stayed in, so convenient for students who bike everywhere. Shares a lot with an affordable breakfast place. Bar with typical American fare right across the street that has an arcade upstairs (the Angry Beaver). Have stayed here 3 or 4 times. Always a great stay. They have rooms that accommodate large groups.

Looks newly renovated. It's very lovely. The bathroom and beds are beautifully designed and clean. The room came with a coffee machine pre stocked with 2 decaf and 2 regular plus fixings. The hotel offers free breakfast, free coffee, 2 free liquor tasting offers, some are only available if you book through the hotel itself. I love that the offers are for local businesses encouraging a lovely walk in the area
