I don’t see how the good reviews (I read before booking)can possibly be real! The hotel front desk staff is extremely rude, the rooms are dusty and smell like a mixture of moldy basement and rug shampooer which burns your eyes. Also the mattress is so used and worn out.. like it’s from 1986! I would say this hotel is slightly nicer than a motel 6. Do yourself a favor and book over by the river.. obviously I can’t say the name, but the rooms are MUCH nicer, cleaner, and have a friendly staff for the same price.

In town for a short family visit. Staff is very friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms, quiet. Nice hot breakfast in the mornings and fresh hot coffee all day. Don't forget to grab a cookie in the evening. Will definitely stay again.

Location wide - 5⭐️ Bedroom - 4⭐️ Bathroom - 2 ⭐️ Breakfast- 3⭐️ To be fair, I only stayed 1 night there & was given disable friendly room. There are plenty of marks & eatery house around hotel in walking distance. Bed room is small, but I like the warm feeling and wardrobe thought there are not much furniture. Bathroom is huge to accommodate disabilities. However, it useless to me & irritated me with very soft shower water flow. And too cold in bathroom. Breakfast is similar to other hotel. But 2 types of cooked food only at 7am. 2 Pancake makers saved my breakfast. I think due to single night stay, they gave me disable friendly room which may be lesser utilized. But it made my single night stay unpleasant.

Horrible experience. Felt more like a run down Motel6 to me. Found toenails in the carpet, dirt and hair around the edges of the bathroom, a busted closet door, Breakfast buffet was serving ice cold sausage and bacon. I pointed it out to the front desk and they left it on the line for ppl to continue eating. Nobody turned on the steamer to keep them up to temp. Worst part of the stay they put a $250 hold on my credit card without telling me (in case I smoked in the room-I don't smoke) and held it for days. I called the front desk and someone named Crystal was extremely rude to me and instead of being helpful and caring about my situation. Stated I'm not gonna argue about it. We do it to protect our interest and if you don't like it that's your problem, not ours. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Worst Motel experience ever and extremely rude staff. I even reached out to Corporate and got no response. Worthless customer service and disgusting room.

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean and comfortable. Nosiy people across a the hall was the only down side. The pool was really big and fun and the workout room was clean with lots of equipment. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this hotel! It was very clean!! The staff was great, friendly an accommodating. Our room wasn't ready at check in so they gave us a bigger room. The breakfast bar was very good!!

Room was clean and quite spacious, pool was just the right temperature, staff friendly & personable, continental breakfast fare was varied and delicious. We will be repeat customers for certain!

I don't love every Comfort Suites but this one is pretty great. The rooms are a little dated but they keep them clean and they are still nice enough. The free breakfast is tasty but simple and the coffee isn't too bad. The location is perfect and you can get anywhere in Corvallis in just minutes. I'd happily stay here again.

It was a sweet surprise for our family. We just reserved it for single night for sleepover on our long journey. Surprisingly, the place was super good. Its very clean, well maintained. Beds were excellent, very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with good quality food.

It’s a relatively old hotel with great location. Few eateries around the hotel. The staff are friendly & helpful. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable . Breakfast is provided - decent spread with good variety. Scrambled egg (I love it just with pepper & ketchup), bacon/sausages, wide selection of bread, muffins & pound cake. There is also waffle maker, should try as the batter is pretty good. You can also find fruits & yogurt.

Booked online and everything went well. Rooms are very spacious with large modern television. Hot tub was not real hot, more like a whirlpool (which I personally like better). Restaurants, bar n grill, and fitness equipment all in walking distance. Free breakfast 7 days a week.

Rooms were a bit dated, but they were really clean. Plus the continental breakfast was absolutely incredible! Best one I've ever seen! I'd come back here simply for that!
