I am staying at this hotel on the expense of a company I personally do business with who is paying for my nights stay. That being said, me personally nor the company should have to pay to stay in a room that has human waste stains on the bedding of the only bed in the room that is available for a person to sleep in. This rating shouldn’t be a one star rating. This rating should be negative ten stars.

Was told breakfast is included. What they don’t tell you is they mean its for purchase at their bar for 15-20 dollars for simple eggs. Their “pool” is a joke. Its the size of a hot tub.

Definitely the best hotel in Corvallis. The rooms, lobby and hallways are well kept and clean and everyone was helpful and attentive. Sadly the Riverfront view is not what it used to be but that's not their fault.

Great hotel, wish I could've stayed longer since the rooms are gorgeous. I was staying a single night there for convenience on a school trip and I had accidentally left two necklaces and a charger there, called and told them my name and room number and they let me know they had found my items, returned later the same day and was able to collect my lost items. Definitely would recommend and the service is very good.

$350 for one night! For nothing!! You have to pay $10 to park, and pay for breakfast as well. Loudest place I’ve ever stayed (rm514) squeezed between the elevator and the ice machine, and the IT room. Accompanied with an entire girls sports team across the hallway open the loadest doors you’ve heard down the entire hallway. No online tv streaming services. No lotions, no soaps, no water bottles, one towel. No bathroom fan. No bath, window view is shared with three other balcony’s and a hallway. Just in case you want to fell like you’re in a zoo…this is the place for you. Don’t answer their phone for bookings so I had to book through a third party company. And because of that, no refunds can be issued. No river view either. Really just fells like the worst hotel experience. Next time I’m in town I’ll just stay at the super 8

Very good hotel, clean, cozy, everything is high quality there. But it's quite pricey hotel

Simple review...best Courtyard I've stayed in. Make them all like this one Marriott. Try and get one of the rooms overlooking the river

Marriott hotels have been involved in several controversies over the years. Here are a few examples: 1. Data Breach: In 2018, Marriott announced a massive data breach that affected approximately 500 million customers. The breach exposed personal information such as names, contact details, passport numbers, and payment card details. This incident raised concerns about the hotel's security measures and response to such attacks. 2. Expensive Wi-Fi Charges: Marriott came under scrutiny in 2015 for blocking guests' personal Wi-Fi hotspots in their conference areas and charging exorbitant fees for using the hotel's Wi-Fi. This raised questions about their commitment to guest satisfaction and transparent pricing. 3. Labor Disputes: Like many large hotel chains, Marriott has faced labor disputes and accusations of mistreatment towards their workers. In 2018, thousands of Marriott workers went on strike in multiple cities across the United States, demanding better pay, job security, and improved working conditions. 4. Discrimination: In 2015, Marriott International settled a lawsuit filed by the U.S. Justice Department, which accused one of its franchise hotels of racially discriminating against African-American guests. The hotel had reportedly treated African-American guests less favorably than white guests, highlighting issues of discrimination within the organization.

Small and quiet hotel. Clean and friendly staff. The digital key card does not work in the elevators.

We used the Corvallis Marriott as the hotel for our wedding. We held a welcome event in one of their meeting rooms the night before the wedding. My new wife used their event space for a glam room (hair and makeup) the morning of the wedding. Additionally, most of our guests were from out of town and almost all of them stayed at the Marriott. Finally, my bride and I stayed in a suite the night after the wedding prior to leaving on our honeymoon. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Savannah worked to coordinate everything for us and made everything so easy. The hotel catered food and bar for our welcome event. All the guests raved about the setup, food, drinks and staff. The event spaces were set up beautifully and the cost was very reasonable. If you have an event in Corvallis, the staff at the Marriott will make it memorable and take the stress of planning the event away. Thanks so much,

Excellent location. Newly renovated rooms and beautiful spacious lobby. In the heart of old town Corvallis with restaurants and a few shops. Beautiful river walk just outside the hotel doors.

Clean, nice hotel right on the little river walkway. Easy to get to restaurants and shops. Wish the restaurant inside the hotel was open more hours though. I definitely recommend this spot and we hope to be back soon.

Nice and clean. No breakfast on-site but there is a Starbucks in the lobby. Direct access to rooms from the parking garage. Good company rates if you stay for business.

We’ve stayed here many times when visiting our OSU son. Always a pleasure, quiet, the views and location, and the staff is so nice & accommodating.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s one of my favorite hotels anywhere. The rooms are always clean and nice and the people are friendly. The location is super convenient to downtown businesses as well as the campus. The little restaurant is very handy for breakfast and dinner as well.

What a fancy place. A pretty ritzy restaurant right near the front desk and albeit a bit pricey, the cook is on their game! Four stars ONLY because its expensive. Bonus? A car parking structure, to keep your vehicle safe

perfectly located hotel with many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and close to OSU campus. The rooms were a great size and clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived.

Probably the nicest Courtyard I've ever stayed at. The room itself was Courtyard standard, but I got upgraded to a corner room with a balcony that overlooked a serene river. The (relative) verticalness and nice lobby gave a fancier vibe. Friendly staff and parking garage too.

The location is great and the fall colors are still in full display in November 😀. The rooms have a contemporary/modern feel. For some reason the elevators are slow and the parking spaces are tight if you have an SUV or bigger.

My stay was amazing. It seems that all the Melody’s working during my stay made everything special. Melody G made sure everything was in order. Melody M. Made sure all my drinks were up to par. To top it all off Sasha and Jaci made sure all my stay was a memorable one. When in town, I will always stay at the Corvallis Courtyard.

A great stay with a great Central location in downtown Corvallis. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a nice lobby area to meet and enjoy breakfast, appetizers, or evening cocktails. Ample garage parking. Prices were fair for accommodations. I'll stay here next time I'm in Corvallis.

Grossly inadequate parking for which they apathetically make you park blocks away in a sketchy, unguarded parking lot. Serious design flaw in the building or horrible management of parking lot usage. Will not be returning. Very un-Marriott like. Very disappointing.

Lovely hotel right on the river. A 2 minute scenic walk and you are in the middle of town! Friendly staff, clean room.

I am a lifetime titanium member, and Melodie at the bar was a breath of fresh air. Professional, courteous, and made amazing cocktails. Thank you for your amazing day service!

Operates like a 4 star hotel (not 3 star). Service is warm small town feel. Food is impeccable. I'm so impressed. Will come back.

Courtyard rocked our socks off. My wife and I literally just got married this weekend, and everyone was so friendly and genuinely excited to see us there. Aubrey at the front desk took great care of us big time - we are SO grateful.

Does yourself a favor, if you’re going to Corvallis, stay here. We’ve had the best experiences here due to the staff. The whole staff is excellent and so nice. They’ve gone was above and beyond to make our stay(s) perfect. This is the only place I will stay now!
