My husband and I needed to find a place late at night with our dog. We had checked multiple other hotels, but they were all expensive, and were charging a lot of money to have a dog, and included too many rules for her. We finally went to Econo Lodge where the prices were great, super friendly and accommodating staff, nice clean room… A special thanks to Patrick and Keana for how kind and helpful they were! Thank you to the great cleaning crew as well!

On a short trip to Corvallis, OR, I was in a pinch and needed a place to stay with my dog. We arrived at around 10pm after booking on Expedia. Apparently, I needed to book a pet room and didn't know it. The manager James was very helpful and friendly. He changed the room with no fuss and offered us a late check out. This motel was exactly what you'd expect for the price, clean room and no amenities. My only complaint is that first floor rooms could use shear curtains so they can get light without sacrificing privacy. Thanks James!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THERE IS A REASON THIS IS THE CHEAPEST IN TOWN!!! Where do I even start? This place is a joke of an establishment. As soon as we open the door to our room there is an immediate wave of a strong raid smell. As we walk deeper into the room, it is so strong we can barely breathe. I guess that should have been our first clue. We blast the A/C and open the window but it is still very overwhelming. Then, we lay down on the bed and the sheets are damp and have a very strong mildew smell. It was disgusting!! Last & most disgusting, there were ANTS all over the floors, all over our luggage, and even on our feet and legs. What did management do when we brought it to their attention? absolutely NOTHING. We were so disgusted and upset that we left for the entire night and came back about midnight. Bought our own blankets because the hotel was disgusting, showered very quickly in the morning and left. We called the very next day after we cooled off to let management know and receive a refund for the horrid experience. I mean there were BUGS, come on. We were told to submit PROOF to an email and we would hear back. Not to mention the manager was more concerned about returning money than all the nasty things we encountered. Never heard anything back after multiple attempts of contacting the property. Finally we received an email back saying we will not be receiving a refund because we didn’t alert to the issue while on the property. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!? We were so disgusted and infuriated while on the property we thought it was best for everyone to call back and get it resolved. I mean we submitted all the proof but this hotel is so broke and cheap, they don’t care about anything but getting your money. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!

The hallways had a pretty funky smell like maybe some kind of plumbing issue. The rooms were clean and decent. The beds were fine. Not a bad value.

The manager, James, was warm, professional, and made our stay effortless. The room surpassed expectations. It was clean, comfy, and a great value. Will definitely be back.

Exactly what I expected at this price point. No frills, but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to coffee and places to eat. I’d stay there again.

A great deal for a good price, there are no frills so if you are looking for a basic room with a bathroom this is the hotel for you. There is no breakfast or pool. On the plus side, the room came with a microwave and fridge. The hotel keys gave us a lot of problems, it will work for one night and the next night they will quit working and we have to go to the front desk to reset them. Additionally, housekeeping will clean the room everyday, which was unexpected as the signage said they will clean the room only on request. The hotel seems to be very quiet and the location is very nice. It is definitely worth the price and takes care of basic overnight needs.

James was so awesome during my stay! Great service. Rooms were very clean. Bed comfy. Water hot and high pressure. What more can you ask for?

Close to college and everything else we needed. We had two beds, but needed a rollaway bed and it was an extra fee. Safe area.

Was completely booked but still not an issue to find parking on site at all. Staff were very nice and friendly, rooms were very clean! Like seriously everything was clean! No loud noises from any other guests and it's in a very convenient location. All in all I had 0 complaints. Will definitely be staying again on future business trips!

Be careful! They will do false claims to keep your deposit after you checked out. Rooms are smelly and unclean. Terrible service. Manager was rude and condescending.

Very basic... beds are so uncomfortable. They charged me extra even though I booked online. Took an hour to get our room even though we prepaid online. A really basic low tier motel.

Clean facility and friendly staff. No frills just a quiet place to rest. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Quiet town with light, slow, and courteous traffic!

-Updating review, as the deposit was returned- I'd like to say the staff was friendly and got me checked in and everything was fine for the stay. But the beds are a bit too firm and the AC only kind of worked. I'd recommend staying elsewhere if you have the option.
